Abstract

The main issue faced by Hatchery D-Marine Aquaculture is the reliance on manual methods for monitoring water quality in grouper fry rearing ponds, which hinders the efficiency and productivity of aquaculture. To address this, the activity implements the concept of precision aquaculture through the application of Internet of Things technology for monitoring. The objective of this activity is to improve water quality monitoring efficiency and fish rearing productivity, and to enhance the partners' understanding of using real-time IoT-based water quality monitoring devices. The methods used include phases of socialization, training, and the implementation of monitoring devices. Socialization was conducted to convey the solution concept, implementation methods, and to build cooperative relationships with the partners. Training was carried out after the monitoring devices were completed, covering device use, installation, and real-time online water quality monitoring. Evaluation of the training results was conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires, indicating an increase in participants' understanding and satisfaction with the training provided. The results show that the application of Internet of Things based water quality monitoring technology within the framework of precision aquaculture has effectively improved fish rearing efficiency and productivity. The partners can monitor pond conditions in real-time, reduce reliance on manual methods, and enhance production outcomes. The conclusion of this activity is that training and technology implementation provide significant benefits to the partners in managing water quality. For program sustainability, it is recommended that the partners continue periodic training and perform regular device maintenance. Ongoing technical support will ensure that the technology can be used optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Abstract

Criminal prosecution is the process of determining and imposing penalties under criminal law. In cases of minor criminal offenses, settlement of cases through reconciliation is permitted. This reconciliation involves the victim, the perpetrator, and the community, but its practice remains limited and is typically conducted outside of court. Forms of reconciliation may include compensation for losses and granting forgiveness, which can influence the leniency of the sentence imposed on the perpetrator. Under Articles 364, 373, 379, 384, 407, and 483 of the Criminal Code, minor criminal offenses that can be resolved through mediation are punishable by a maximum prison sentence of 3 months or a maximum fine of Rp2.5 million. In the juvenile criminal justice system, the diversion mechanism already accommodates this reconciliation. The hope is that victims and offenders can jointly seek the best solution, thereby giving the practice of reconciliation clear legitimacy within Indonesia's criminal justice system.

Abstract

This study normatively examines the handling of children involved in narcotics abuse within the framework of achieving equitable law enforcement in Indonesia. The issue represents a multidimensional problem requiring an integrated legal, social, and psychological approach. According to Law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, children in conflict with the law are entitled to special treatment. Employing a normative juridical method, this research analyzes relevant legislation and legal doctrines. The findings indicate that the resolution of narcotics abuse cases involving children should prioritize restorative justice principles, emphasizing recovery and social reintegration rather than punishment. Strengthening coordination among law enforcement institutions and implementing humane rehabilitation programs are essential to realize fair and child-centered law enforcement.
