Abstract

Pesantren is an institution that serves as a platform for the younger generation to gain knowledge, particularly Islamic religious education. Santri, as the golden generation of the future, must be equipped with strong religious knowledge for their afterlife while also being motivated to pursue higher education as a preparation for their careers in today's complex and highly competitive global world. This program aims to enhance the motivation of santri at Pesantren Mathla'ul Anwar Karyabakti, Karawang Regency, to pursue higher education. Pesantren is chosen as the implementation site because it is where many santri live and learn, thus ensuring a significant impact on the target group. The implementation steps include organizing training for the Career Guidance Service Program, specifically designed to meet the needs of santri. The training materials cover concepts of career guidance services, career planning, motivation for further studies in higher education, and opportunities and challenges in the development of science and technology in the future. Additionally, practical applications such as case studies or simulations are also included. Through this program, santri are expected to enhance their understanding of career guidance services, enabling them to make more informed and responsible career planning decisions. Moreover, increasing the motivation to pursue higher education is expected to help santri plan better career directions for the future. The implementation of this PKM program is designed holistically and systematically to achieve clear and measurable career direction goals for the santri. Program evaluation is conducted to assess the level of understanding and behavioral changes among the santri after participating in the training. Feedback collection from participants and pesantren management is also involved to continually improve the program's quality. Thus, this PKM program is capable of making a positive contribution to enhancing the motivation of santri to continue to higher education, enabling them to be better prepared to face technological challenges and empower themselves in the future. Conclusion The training revealed that many santri have not yet determined their future careers or have a clear picture of the higher education pathways to pursue. This training serves as both motivation and socialization about the importance of determining future career directions for santri. Outputs of this community service program include a scientific article published in a nationally indexed Sinta journal, an activity video, a printed mass media article, and relevant intellectual property products (HKI).

Abstract

The family is the first school for every individual born into this world; therefore, instilling educational values should naturally begin within the family environment. This workshop program aims to enhance parents' awareness and understanding of family education and to create a healthy, supportive, and conducive environment for the optimal development of children in Telukambulu Village, Batu Jaya Subdistrict, Karawang Regency. This village was selected based on the evident need for parenting education that directly engages the community. Through family-based parenting workshops, this program focuses on shaping a generation that is religious, intelligent, and of strong character through a holistic and integrated approach. The program involves collaboration with local religious institutions such as mosques, Majelis Taklim, and community organizations to ensure its sustainability and relevance. Five strategic steps are undertaken, including: 1) Collaboration with local religious institutions, 2) Designing parenting programs tailored to the culture and understanding of the local community, 3) Integrating character values such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility into daily family life, 4) Promoting literacy and formal education as part of developing an intelligent generation, and 5) Encouraging active parental involvement in educating children through positive parenting practices. The outcomes of this workshop program not only include the formation of a generation that is religious, intelligent, and of strong character but also a reduction in juvenile delinquency through the application of religious and moral values. By strengthening moral foundations, children are expected to overcome social pressures and make appropriate decisions, contributing to their mental and emotional well-being while improving family harmony. The outputs of this program include scientific articles published in Sinta-indexed national journals, activity videos, articles in print media, and relevant Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) products. In conclusion, many parents still raise their children using traditional parenting methods, while today’s Gen-Z children require adjustments in parenting approaches to ensure proper guidance and education for their future. Thus, this workshop serves as a means of providing understanding and literacy for parents in raising their children effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the alignment between the legal substance of complementary contracts (kafalah, hawalah, rahn, wakalah, wadi'ah) in muamalah fiqh with their accounting treatment. Using a qualitative legal-normative method, this study comparatively analyzes fiqh literature, DSN-MUI fatwas, and Sharia Financial Accounting Standards Statements (PSAK). The results of the study indicate significant alignment, where Sharia PSAK consistently reflects the nature of contracts such as guarantees and mandates through off-balance sheet recording and service-based revenue recognition. The main implication is the need to expand more substantive qualitative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam, menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur, buku, majalah, dan penelitian terdahulu untuk mendapatkan teori dan solusi masalah. Pendidikan Islam harus mampu bersaing dengan pendidikan umum melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Keunggulan dalam mata pelajaran agama dan pembinaan lingkungan Islami menjadi daya tarik tersendiri. Strategi peningkatan mutu meliputi pendekatan top-down, bottom-up, dan komprehensif yang menggabungkan keduanya, dengan fokus pada kepemimpinan profesional, kompetensi guru, kurikulum yang relevan, dan kerjasama dengan masyarakat. Melalui analisis literatur, penelitian ini menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Islam, memastikan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi budaya literasi membaca di MAN 3 Karawang dengan fokus pada frekuensi membaca, motivasi membaca, dan sarana serta prasarana perpustakaan. Melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa meskipun upaya peningkatan literasi melalui program dan fasilitas telah dilaksanakan, masih terdapat tantangan signifikan. Siswa lebih memilih membaca buku fiksi dibandingkan buku non-fiksi, dan frekuensi kunjungan ke perpustakaan serta minat terhadap bacaan akademik masih rendah. Evaluasi program literasi dilakukan dengan memantau grafik pengunjung, analisis peminjaman buku, dan survei kepuasan siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada peningkatan partisipasi, diperlukan perbaikan dalam hal akses terhadap bahan bacaan dan fasilitas perpustakaan, termasuk teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menyarankan penyediaan bacaan yang lebih menarik, kegiatan literasi yang lebih kreatif, dan dukungan aktif dari guru serta orang tua untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi membaca di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan administrasi terhadap peningkatan mutu data kepegawaian Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di SMK Negeri 1 Karawang selama periode 2020-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, yang bertujuan mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel bebas layanan administrasi (X) dan variabel terikat mutu data kepegawaian PPPK (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan layanan administrasi terhadap mutu data kepegawaian dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 72%. Ini menandakan bahwa kualitas layanan administrasi berperan penting dalam memastikan keakuratan, kelengkapan, dan keterkinian data kepegawaian di sekolah. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik administrasi di sekolah, serta menyoroti perlunya peningkatan kompetensi administrasi dalam pengelolaan data digital untuk mendukung efektivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di SMP An-Nihayah Rawamerta. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan situasional, yang tercermin dalam berbagai strategi peningkatan profesionalitas guru. Strategi utama meliputi pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, program mentoring, dan kolaborasi antar guru. Kepala sekolah juga berhasil membangun budaya sekolah yang mendukung, memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pengembangan guru, dan memberdayakan guru dalam pengambilan keputusan. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan keterbatasan sumber daya, kepala sekolah menunjukkan kemampuan adaptif dalam mengatasinya. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan kinerja guru dan prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktik kepemimpinan pendidikan yang efektif dalam konteks sekolah menengah di Indonesia, serta menyediakan referensi bagi pengembangan strategi peningkatan profesionalitas guru yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the process of appointing school principals in SMA Negeri Karawang regency in the process of appointment and assessment in leading the school. The principal is the highest leader in the school. In the process of appointing a school principal, there are requirements and other provisions that already exist in government regulations. The service branch office under the auspices of the West Java Provincial Education Office is very concerned about teachers who will nominate to become school principals. The existence of certain rules and conditions will form a school that has quality education. Apart from having to fulfill the five personality competencies, of course, the principal's performance assessment is also purely based on the results of PKKS, Questionnaire 360, and Preview Scores. The research location this time was carried out at the Regional IV Service Branch Office in Purwakarta using a descriptive qualitative research method. The technique used for data collection is using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Principals at SMA Negeri Karawang Regency have met the criteria and requirements according to the rules that have been set. (2) in the process of appointing the position of the Principal, of course, he will be promoted to a school that has superior accreditation. (3) school principals must have five competencies such as Managerial, Supervision, Entrepreneurship, Personality and Social Competence. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques from this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang secara langsung di pergunakan untuk menunjang proses Pendidikan, khususnya proses belajar mengajar di SMP Pasundan Sumurgede Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon Kabupaten Karawang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjawab serangkaian pertanyaan mengenai manajemen sarana prasarana sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dimana di dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, yaitu mengetahui secara rinci gambaran bukti-bukti penelitian. Proses pengumpulan data di dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai sumber, mulai dari metode pembekalan, analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan program, observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukan hasil bahwa manajemen sarana prasaran sekolah di SMP Pasundan Sumurgede yaitu pengelolaan sarana prasarana tersebut sudah maksimal digunakan oleh siswa. Karena keterbatasan tempat yang kurang cukup dengan rasio atau jumlah siswa yang ada di SMP Pasundan, maka dari itu Sarana prasarana yang ada di sekolah digunakan dengan sistem roling atau secara bergantian dengan teratur dan sudah terjadwalkan.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted was to provide experience and knowledge by means of case studies of Dhinda Hijab stores in e-commerce. The approach and method carried out by the research is to use qualitative descriptive. Data sources obtained through empirical data, case studies, observations, and interviews. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research obtained by the e-commerce marketing strategy applied in Dhinda Hijab are the strategy of Upselling products, promotions, discounts, photos or with complete video content. The impact of e-commerce provides many conveniences that are reached such as; facilitating digital product promotion, reaching more customers, and services in customer satisfaction
