Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Brand Image and Religious Belief on Purchase Intention of halal cosmetic products, with Attitude toward Product as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis. The study's population comprises Muslim women in Surakarta who use halal-certified cosmetics, with a sample selected through non-probability purposive sampling. Data collection is conducted via questionnaires using a Likert scale (1–5), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 is applied for analysis. The results indicate that Brand Image and Religious Belief do not directly impact Purchase Intention. However, both variables significantly influence Attitude toward Product. Furthermore, Attitude toward Product mediates the relationship between Brand Image and Purchase Intention, as well as between Religious Belief and Purchase Intention. Study limitations include a restricted sample size, limited geographic coverage, and the exclusion of other potential independent variables. Future research should expand the sample size, broaden geographic scope, and incorporate additional independent variables to enhance the validity and generalizability of the findings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari citra produk dan kualitas produk perawatan kulit Skintific terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan menggunakan niat beli sebagai faktor mediasi. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Orang-orang yang telah menggunakan produk perawatan kulit Skintific, baik pria maupun wanita, menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan accidental sampling, berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti pernah menggunakan produk Skintific, berusia di atas 17 tahun, dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki atau perempuan. Survei online digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data primer, dan didistribusikan melalui Google Formulir, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari publikasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui Smart PLS 3.0, termasuk uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra produk dan kualitas produk secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi niat beli, yang pada gilirannya berdampak pada keputusan pembelian produk perawatan kulit Skintific. Tabel analisis SEM menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel, di mana citra produk dan kualitas produk mempengaruhi niat beli, yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, nilai R² dan hasil uji GoF menunjukkan bahwa model tersebut cukup menjelaskan variasi variabel, dengan validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi, dan hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel yang diuji.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the effect of price, quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions mediated by buying interest in Pandawa Led lamps. The population in this study were consumers of Pandawa LED lamps at the Gema Lawu Elektronik Plaosan store, from which data was taken in part with a Likert-scale questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study was non probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use PLS-SEM analysis consisting of two Outer model and Inner model. The results showed that price, product quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise, price, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The same results on the mediating variable can be explained that buying interest mediates the influence between price, product quality and promotion variables on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work discipline and motivation on employee performance, with job satisfaction acting as an intermediary variable. A quantitative research method was utilized in this investigation. The target population consisted of employees at PT X, located in Central Jakarta. The sampling process utilized a purposive sampling method, involving a total of 80 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire formatted on a Likert scale. For data analysis, PLS technique was applied with the assistance of SMARTPLS 4.0 software. The PLS-SEM analysis consists of two main components: the Inner Model and the Outer Model. The result showed that motivation positively affects employee performance, but the impact is not significant. In contrast, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, both motivation and work discipline contribute positively and significantly to job satisfaction. Additionally, job satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship between motivation and work discipline with employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z di Solo Raya dengan mempertimbangkan peran retensi karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 200 responden yang merupakan karyawan generasi Z di berbagai instansi swasta maupun pemerintah di Solo Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, manajemen talenta juga berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa retensi karyawan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara manajemen talenta dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk studi lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi hubungan antara manajemen talenta dan kinerja karyawan di lingkungan organisasi.

Abstract

This research focuses on the effect of financial incentive programs and career development on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. The research methods used is quantitative with the PLS-SEM approach. A total of amounted to 98 respondents of PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari employees who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The findings reveal that financial incentives and career advancement positively and significantly influence employee performance. In addition, financial incentive programs and career progression show a positive and meaningful impact on employee job satisfaction. Than, job satisfaction is proven to serve as a mediating variable between financial incentives and career development toward employee performance outcomes. These results suggest that job satisfaction plays a vital part in strengthening the effect of financial incentives and career development on performances. This study implies that organizations should consistently enhance transparent and transparent incentive programs, as well as develop clear and systematic career paths to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Employee presence is a key element in driving organizational activities and optimizing the use of existing resources to achieve orientation. Research findings show consistency in the relationship between turnover intention and factors such as leadership, intelligence, employee behavior in carrying out tasks outside the main task (extraroles), job dissatisfaction, and experiences related to organizational commitment. The method applied in the following research applies a quantitative approach. The population identified includes employees in the CV production department. Indojati, taken by 80 people. Data analysis was carried out using Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. Research findings show that it is. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style is known to influence turnover intention significantly positively. Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style can mediate organizational commitment with turnover intention. Suggestions for future researchers can be to use other variables that can be studied significantly regarding the influence of turnover intention. Variables that are not applied in the following research should be applied or added to further research. Future researchers can research other organizations or service industries.

Abstract

Keraton Surakarta is one of the tourism destinations in Surakarta, Central Java. The southern side Keraton Surakarta looks rundown with quite untidy culinary street vendors and it was well-known as an area for night prostitution a decade ago. Previous research has already identified a mapping and economic potential of creative SMEs of culinary occupying in the Alun-Alun Kidul Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta. This literature and empirical study consists of three sections. First, it presents creative economic potential in the Alun-Alun Kidul Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta. Second, it discusses the various regulations on the management of street vendors. Third, it presents various empirical studies on the creative economy and the arrangement of the Alun-Alun Kidul. Content analysis of literature study was conducted to generate a pre-analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the creative economy in the Alun-Alun Kidul Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta. The results of this study show that the Alun-Alun Kidul Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta becomes a recreation potential for medium-small income people. Besides, the regulation issued by local government and the Kasunanan Surakarta prohibit it to be permanent place for street vendors. In addition, various empirical studies show the importance of managing and structuring the Alun-Alun Kidul Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta as small recreational place for public while accommodating street vendors leads to good and fair situation for all parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap minat beli konsumen marketplace Lazada dengan brand image sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Variabel brand ambassador dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Brand ambassador dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli melalui brand image sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of current ratio, and total asset turnover on profit growth. Current ratio is one of liquidity ratio and total asset turnover is one of activity ratio. This type of research is quantitative data. The population used in this study is all companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2016-2020. This research hypothesis test uses secondary data with purposive sampling techniques and companies that meet the criteria of 18 companies. Secondary data uses data collection by means of documentation. The analysis methods used are Multiple regression test of panel data, Classic assumption test, goodness of fit model accuracy test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that the current ratio has a significant positive effect on profit growth. While total asset turnover negatively affects profit growth. Simultaneously the current ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect simultaneously on the company's profit growth.
