Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap minat beli konsumen marketplace Lazada dengan brand image sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambassador, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Variabel brand ambassador dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Brand ambassador dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli melalui brand image sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of current ratio, and total asset turnover on profit growth. Current ratio is one of liquidity ratio and total asset turnover is one of activity ratio. This type of research is quantitative data. The population used in this study is all companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2016-2020. This research hypothesis test uses secondary data with purposive sampling techniques and companies that meet the criteria of 18 companies. Secondary data uses data collection by means of documentation. The analysis methods used are Multiple regression test of panel data, Classic assumption test, goodness of fit model accuracy test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that the current ratio has a significant positive effect on profit growth. While total asset turnover negatively affects profit growth. Simultaneously the current ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect simultaneously on the company's profit growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the role of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation in influencing employee performance mediated by work motivation in the study of agency "D" in Surakata city. This study uses nonprobability sampling method, which is non-random sampling. In this study, the population is all employees who work at agency "D" with a total of 84 employees with details of 32 civil servants and 52 PPPK people. The sample taken in this study was 84 respondents. The technique that will be used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) statistics through the help of the SMART PLS application. Based on the research results previously described, the researcher can conclude that the variables of leadership style, compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline variables do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation variables are not proven to mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance. Work motivation variables are able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Work motivation variable is able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, product quality terhadap purchase intention dengan brand image sebagai variabel intervening pada produk pakaian Uniqlo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 144 orang generasi Y dan Z yang mengetahui produk pakaian Uniqlo. Data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, digital marketing tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, product quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, product quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image, brand image tidak memediasi pengaruh digital marketing terhadap purchase intention, brand image mampu memediasi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengaruh product quality terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

Employee presence is a key element in driving organizational activities and optimizing the use of existing resources to achieve orientation. Research findings show consistency in the relationship between turnover intention and factors such as leadership, intelligence, employee behavior in carrying out tasks outside the main task (extraroles), job dissatisfaction, and experiences related to organizational commitment. The method applied in the following research applies a quantitative approach. The population identified includes employees in the CV production department. Indojati, taken by 80 people. Data analysis was carried out using Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) software. Research findings show that it is. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style is known to influence turnover intention significantly positively. Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. Transformational leadership style can mediate organizational commitment with turnover intention. Suggestions for future researchers can be to use other variables that can be studied significantly regarding the influence of turnover intention. Variables that are not applied in the following research should be applied or added to further research. Future researchers can research other organizations or service industries.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh Brand Ambassador Dan Brand Image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Bening’s Skincare dengan Trustworhtiness sebagai variabel intervening.Metode penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk Bening’s skincare di Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 210 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan Instrument Penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS memiliki beberapa model spesifikasi yang terdiri dari tiga tipe hubungan, yaitu inner model, outer model dan weight relation. Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa Brand ambassador dan Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Brand ambassador dan Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap trustworthiness. Trustworthiness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision. Trustworthiness memediasi pengaruh brand ambassador terhadap purchase decision, secara parsial. Trustworthiness memediasi pengaruh brand image terhadap purchase decision, secara parsial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis terkait pengaruh influencer, dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan konsumen pada pengguna live streaming aplikasi tiktok Locana Label. Data dikumpulkan lalu dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran lebih lanjut tentang gejala atau fenomena yang terjadi. Ini adalah jenis penelitian korelasi, yang berarti mengetahui bagaimana variabel independen dan variabel dependen berkorelasi satu sama lain. Hasil yang mampu diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variable Influencer berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Influencer berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen, Kepercayaan Konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the spearheads that an agency or organization needs to achieve its goals. It is necessary to know the factors that can help improve employee performance. This research aims to examine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of work ethic, work discipline, organizational culture on employee performance. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a survey research type. Research data was collected using a questionnaire method. The population in this study were employees at the ESDM Diskuktrans, Karanganyar, Central Java using a total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the research show that: Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance expectations, Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Work discipline has an effect positive and significant on organizational commitment, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This research also shows that organizational commitment has no influence on the performance of employees of the ESDM Diskuktrans, Karanganyar, Central Java.

Abstract

This community dedication program is intended to assist partners in the preparation of institutions to become sustainable green schools. This is a community-based activity that promotes the circular economy, particularly in elementary schools staffed by parents, students, and faculty, as well as the adjacent area. Activities for promotion, instruction on the significance of adiwiyata schools, and a sequence of initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficacy of communication, in addition to the construction of facilities at the adjutant school.
