Abstract

Our research aims to reveal factors that are considered effective in influencing intentions to use mobile banking services, especially those owned and managed by Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch. In our research, the population used was all customers who saved at Bank Nagari Main Branch in Padang, while the samples were 100 customers who had saved through Bank Nagari Main Branch for more than a year and were over 17 years old. The data collection stage was carried out by a survey, namely by distributing questionnaires directly to target respondents who met predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression (OLS) and t-statistical testing. In accordance with the results of hypothesis testing, we found that three dimensions of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence, have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Bank Nagari's mobile banking services, while the other dimension is Facilitating conditions do not have a significant influence on customers' intentions to use Bank Nagari's mobile banking services. Thus, it can be concluded that the hope of obtaining maximum benefits, the ease of operating procedures for technology-based devices, as well as the large influence of the social environment have an important role in shaping the intentions of Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch customers to use mobile banking services.

Abstract

This study aims to see or find out 1) the phenomenon of income inequality during 5 years of observation in the Districts / Cities of West Sumatra Province, 2) Human Development Index in Districts / Cities of West Sumatra Province, 3) The Impact of Income Inequality on the Human Development Index in Districts / Cities of West Sumatra Province, The type of research used is associative research. This research was conducted using the object of research in districts / cities in West Sumatra province consisting of 19 districts / cities in Sumatra Bara province. Research data used during the period 2017-2021 with 90 samples. The results showed that: 1) Income Inequality has a negative and significant impact on the Human Development Index in the Districts / Municipalities of West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah upaya sadar dan terencana untuk menciptakan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran yang memungkinkan peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya sehingga memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia. Dalam kehidupan pendidikan yang kompetitif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, waktu belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan dengan pendekatan survei, dengan menggunakan angket (kuesioner) sebagai alat pengumpul data hasil belajar siswa yang berkaitan dengan prestasi belajar siswa dan metode penelitian berdasarkan karakteristik positif untuk meneliti beberapa populasi atau sampel, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dilakukan secara acak, pengumpulan data menggunakan alat penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, tujuannya untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (X2). 2) Menunjukkan bahwa waktu belajar (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar (X3). 3) Menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar (X1) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y). 4) Menunjukkan waktu belajar (X2) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y). 5) Menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y).

Abstract

A polynomial equation with the highest power of four is called a quartic equation, which has the general form. A common problem with equations is finding the roots, that is the values of that satisfy the equation. This research aims to determine the roots of quartic equations analytically using the Ferrari method. The steps involved are reviewing the method, analyzing the graph and characteristics, determining the roots of the quartic equation, and forming a formula with the characteristics of the roots of the quartic equation. The results show that the reduced quartic equation is the fundamental form for solving equations using the Ferrari method. The roots of the reduced quartic equation are decomposed into five cases and the characteristics of the roots of the quartic equation are obtained based on the values.

Abstract

Quality human resources are inseparable from the quality of education available. This condition will certainly encourage the education sector to continue preparing educational systems and materials to prepare students who are able to compete and meet all current challenges. The development of the 4.0 revolution requires us to be able to understand and practice existing computer applications, one of which is computer applications using Accurate Accounting software. In fact, every company must develop its system according to the complexity, company development, and to keep up with the times. Several types of computer accounting applications that have been widely used in the world are Accurate Accounting. To keep up with all these technological advances, students must be prepared to face these developments and teachers are provided with provisions to be proficient in using these programs. Providing practical computer accounting training for vocational high school teachers aims to provide teachers with vocational skills competencies to improve their abilities in training their students to become productive individuals, able to work independently or fill job openings in the workforce as middle-level workers. This activity seeks to provide a correct understanding of accounting by using Accurate applications to assist in preparing financial reports.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the way business people market their products through E-Commerce and social media. This condition requires the world of education, especially entrepreneurship study programs, to equip students with applicable digital marketing skills. E-Commerce not only functions as a transaction medium, but also as a means of learning digital entrepreneurship practices that integrate online store management, promotional strategy creation, and direct interaction with consumers through social media. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of E-Commerce and the use of social media on students' understanding of entrepreneurship in the Digital Marketing and Social Media course. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with 35 respondents from the Entrepreneurship study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat . The results of data processing show that all indicators are valid and reliable with Outer Loading values above 0.70, AVE above 0.50, and Composite Reliability exceeding 0.70. Path Coefficient shows a significant influence of the use of E-Commerce (β = 0.52; p = 0.001) and social media (β = 0.47; p = 0.004) on students' understanding of digital marketing. This study is expected to be a reference for universities in designing an entrepreneurship curriculum based on digital practices that are in line with the development of the digital economy. The integration of E-Commerce and social media as learning media is believed to be able to produce young entrepreneurs who are adaptive, creative, and ready to face the challenges of the digital market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: pengaruh konsep diri, cara belajar, aktivitas belajar, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di MAN 3 Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Pertama konsep diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, Kedua cara belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, Ketiga aktivitas belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Keempat pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kelima fasilitas belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Keenam konsep diri, cara belajar, aktivitas belajar, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama- sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh gaya belajar secara persial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 2) pengaruh kepercayaan diri secara persial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 3) pengaruh teman sebaya secara persial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 4) pengaruh disiplin belajar secara persial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 5) pengaruh fasilitas belajar, secara persial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 6) pengaruh gaya belajar, kepercayaan diri, teman sebaya, disiplin belajar dan fasulitas belajar secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata Pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 2 Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Fase F di SMA Negeri 2 Lengayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 berjumlah 90 sampel. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian berupa angket tertutup dengan digunakan uji Regresi Linear Berganda dan uji hipotesa dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama Variabel Gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar. Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,425 thitung2,648>ttabel1,988 sedangkan nilai signifikan 0,010>a0,05. Kedua Variabel Kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi belajar siswa Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,437 dengan thitung3,162> ttabel1,988. sedangkan nilai signifikan 0,002<a 0,05. Ketiga Variabel teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,311 dengan thitung2,409> ttabel1,988. sedangkan nilai signifikan 0,018>a 0,05. Keempat Variabel disiplin belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,253 dengan thitung2,443> ttabel1,988. sedangkan nilai signifikan 0,017>a 0,05. Kelima Variabel fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 0,361 dengan thitung2,793> ttabel1,988 sedangkan nilai signifikan 0,006>a 0,05. (6) Variabel gaya belajar, kepercayaan diri, teman sebaya, disiplin belajar dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Nilai Fhitung7,085>Ftabel2,66 dan nilai signifikan 0,001<0,05, Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.
