Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: The mission of the zakat institution as a philanthropic booster is very necessary. As an economic empowerment for the poor and to support micro businesses. Especially when the covid 19 pandemic condition requires a wealth distribution of income and consumption from the sufficient in the weak economy condition.Objective Study: The aims of this study is to identify the optimization of the zakat institution program which involves poverty reduction and the utilization of the poor and disadvantaged. This is in line with SDG’s 1 and 8 values on poverty reduction and the provision of decent work.Methodology: This study uses an explanatory qualitative approach. A solution review of the process of managing and utilizing money waqf at LAZ Yatim Mandiri, using primary data by in-depth interviews with waqf doers and continued with source triangulation, focus group discussion that talks about covid 19 in many perspective, accompanied by the opinion of 15 academicians and 4 experts (fiqh) waqf.Findings: The result of this study showed that the potential for endowments must be balanced with increasing Nazir awareness and understanding to manage endowments of money in order to continue to be useful. Ascertaining the direction of philanthropic movements during pandemic to collect funds and distribute them to the poor and pandemic affected victims is a crucial point. The important advice that LAZ should make is to maintain the intensity of friendship with muzakki or donors and the needy, to create a socially oriented business and also can be appropriate and feasible with the propaganda method used. this needs to be done considering that in addition to humanity issues, other issues that have a severe impact on the covid pandemic 19 are the microeconomic sector and MSME.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the price of waste at the UINSA Sharia Waste Bank. The research method used this time is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected using direct and in-depth observation techniques in the field to find out what factors influence the fluctuation of waste prices. Researchers also use documentation methods to support the achievement of research results. The results show that the price of waste every time it deposits to collectors is always different. The management always asks the collectors why the price of waste often fluctuates, but the collectors always answer because the price is determined from the center. The relevant suggestion that can be used is that it is recommended that the UINSA Sharia Waste Bank be a partner of the waste collection center, because there is little possibility of periodic price changes.

Abstract

This study aimed to to ascertain the impact of Islamic Performance Index and Operating Efficiency Ratio on the financial performance of Islamic banking for 2016-2020 period. Purposive sampling was used as the empirical methodology. Data analysis was done by using Eviews 12 software and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings indicated that while the Islamic income ratio did not have impact on profitability, the profit sharing ratio and operating efficiency ratio had a significant detrimental impact on it. The findings also showed that intellectual capital can influence profitability by reducing the impact of operating efficiency ratio and profit sharing ratio, but it cannot affect profitability by reducing the impact of Islamic income ratio.

Abstract

The study aims to determine sharia marketing strategies and the obstacles encountered in increasing the number of visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Radho Syariah Malang Hotel. The research method conducted at the Radho Syariah Hotel Malang uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data obtained through field surveys of hotel owners and tourists as well as secondary data from the official websites of hotels and travel agents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and recording. The results obtained in this study are the Sharia Marketing Strategy implemented by Hotel Radho Syariah in the form of a promotional strategy by giving customers a 25% discount and a 20% discount only for special customers such as Islamic boarding school children to increase the number of visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, there were obstacles encountered in increasing the number of visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic, including internal obstacles in the form of a lack of cohesiveness between the F&B Kitchen and Engine marketing divisions, suddenly jammed water pumps, troubled WiFi, and external obstacles in the form of too many non-sharia-based hotel competitors. The recommendations that can be used as input to the Radho Syariah Hotel Management are expected to further increase creativity and innovation in the marketing of hotel services offered to the public and in accordance with the principles of sharia marketing strategies, to increase sales to the right markets and achieve trust and loyalty. customer

Abstract

Nilai NPF Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya berfluktuasi dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Hal ini mengindikasikan adanya pembiayaan bermasalah pada Bank Jatim Syariah Cabang Surabaya, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang dilakukan di Bank Jatim Syariah Cabang Surabaya serta beberapa rumah nasabah yang mengalami kendala pembiayaan bermasalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Cabang Surabaya terdiri dari beberapa proses dan tahapan. Proses dan tahapan ini didasarkan pada kualitas pembayaran pelanggan. Mulai dari pendekatan psikologis, telepon mengingatkan nasabah, restrukturisasi, dan penjualan agunan.

Abstract

The development of technology is so rapid today that the banking industry must be able to provide services that can adapt to the needs and desires of customers in the current digital era, such as mobile banking. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of knowledge, service features, benefits, and convenience on the interest of BSI Mojopahit 2 Mojokerto City customers in using BSI mobile banking in 2021. This study uses a quantitative research type with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 24 application. The results of this study show the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 1.433 + 0.175 X1 + 0.184 X2 + 0.219 X3 + 0.191 X4 + e. The F (simultaneous) test shows that the variables of knowledge, service features, benefits and convenience have a significant effect simultaneously or jointly on customer interest. Meanwhile, the T-test (partial) shows that the knowledge variable has a significant partial effect on customer interest. The service feature variable has a significant effect on the customer interest variable. The benefit variable has a significant effect on the customer interest variable, and the convenience variable significantly affects the customer interest variable. Moreover, the benefit variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the interest of BSI Mojopahit 2 Mojokerto customers in using mobile banking. Based on the results of this study, Islamic banking is expected to provide information about BSI mobile banking clearly and maintain and maximize service features, benefits and ease of use of mobile banking to increase customer interest so that the BSI mobile banking application becomes the main choice in transacting.

Abstract

Abstract Financial technology is a new innovation that combines technology and financial services which aims to provide solutions related to financial intermediation so that the existence of these financial services can make it easier for the community. The development of sharia fintech in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly so that it can be an opportunity to continue to grow. This study aims to determine the opportunities and obstacles of Islamic fintech in this modern era. The type of research conducted in this research is qualitative, with a descriptive analysis strategy. This study seeks to review all scientific literature published within the last five years, this is done because to keep data and analysis up to date. Acquisition of data sourced from secondary data and literature review. The results show that Islamic fintech has a large market share because it is supported by a large Muslim population, but data security, regulations, and so on are still obstacles to the development of Islamic fintech today. According to the author, it is necessary to have a page that contains information, references, and also recommendations that present updated material on sharia fintech so that it makes it easier for people to carry out financial literacy. The uniqueness of the study, even though it was carried out as a descriptive study, is that not many have studied the topic of discussion so that the research we wrote can provide information about fintech Islamic financial literacy in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 by identifying and formulating it in detail, so that it sufficiently explains the topics discussed. However, the first step that must be taken is to make all members of society aware of technology literacy and always update it to make it easier to access fintech. Referring to the results of this study and the limitations found, the advice that can be given is to examine other related objects such as sharia fintech users.AbstrakFinancial technology merupakan inovasi baru yang menggabungkan teknologi dan jasa keuangan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terkait intermediasi keuangan 2 sehingga dengan adanya layanan keuangan tersebut dapat memudahkan masyarakat. Perkembangan fintech syariah di Indonesia saat ini berkembang pesat sehingga dapat menjadi peluang untuk terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peluang dan hambatan fintech syariah di era modern ini. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan strategi analisis deskriptif. Studi ini berupaya mengkaji semua literature ilmiah yang terbit dalam waktu lima tahun terakhir, hal ini dilakukan karena untuk menjaga keterbaruan data dan analisis. Perolehan data bersumber dari data sekunder dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah memiliki pangsa pasar yang besar karena didukung dengan populasi muslim yang besar, namun masih keamanan data, regulasi, dan sebagainya masih menjadi hambatan perkembangan fintech syariah saat ini. Menurut penulis, perlu adanya sebuah laman yang berisi informasi, referensi, dan juga rekomendasi yang menyajikan materi terupdate pada fintech syariah sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan literasi keuangan. Keunikan studi sekalipun dilakukan secara studi deskriptif, adalah masih belum banyak yang mengkaji topik Pembahasan sehingga penelitian yang kami tulis dapat memberikan informasi mengenai literasi keuangan syariah fintech di era revolusi industri 4.0 dengan mengidentifikasi dan dirumuskan secara terperinci, sehingga cukup menjelaskan topik yang dibahas. Namun, langkah awal yang harus dilakukan adalah menyadarkan seluruh kalangan masyarakat untuk melek teknologi dan selalu update agar memudahkan dalam mengakses fintech. Mengacu pada hasil studi tersebut dan keterbatasan yang ditemukan, maka saran yang dapat diberikan adalah mengkaji objek lainnya yang berkaitan seperti pengguna fintech syariah.

Abstract

The Moral hazard and skill of costumer are fundamental problems in fi nancing of sharia bank by muarabah contract. In order to reduce the risk of that problems, sharia bank obliges the bail for granted loan. This research aims to know how the determination of bail included in contracts of fi nancing, especially in muarabah contract. The approach of this research is qualitative descriptive approach. The analytic result shows that the collateral in sharia bank is different from conventional bank, it doesn’t bail the credits but it bails muarib for not breaking the agreement. Therefore, if the muarib incurred economical losses without breaking the agreement, the bail can’t be confi scated.

Abstract

The background this study are: firstly, there are a number of zakat institutions in Indonesia, both agencies and institutions amil amil zakat zakat is still not able to optimally collect zakat funds, infaq, and sadaqah of society. Second, the persistence of people's distrust of institutions in channeling zakat zakat funds, infaq, and sadaqah, so people still rely on the old way is by direct distribution. The third officer attitudes zakat institutions in serving mustahiq should be improved because it is related to the satisfaction and familial ties between the parties with mustahiq amil zakat institutions. The results of this study are as follows: First, empowerment conducted by Yatim Mandiri covers many aspects, such as economy, education, health services, humanitarian and others. Second, each of these aspects before, have the derivation in the form of empowerment programs. Third, Yatim Mandiri as amil zakat institutions that focus on empowering orphans/dhuafa was also to empower the poor, Fourth, Yatim Mandiri as amil zakat institutions have a number of donations and charity infaq much larger than the amount of zakat donations, with ratio of 80:20, and Fifth, the service provided by the Yatim Mandiri to the poor and needy got a very good assessment from the their mustahiq. Overall, the conclusion from this study is tha t the Yatim Mandiri has done his duty to the optimum as evidenced by the very positive assessment of mustahiq and empowering the poor to the services them, and they provide from time to the time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the capital, labor, and length of business and the dominant variable affecting Small and Medium Industries (IKM) income. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive discussion. The test was carried out with multiple linear regression using SPSS with a total population of 30 using the accident sampling technique. The results of this study proved that capital and labor have a significant effect, while the length of business has no significant effect on IKM income. The dominantly influential variable is labor. These results provide information to IKM that they can better utilize technology, such as innovation in the batik production process for a cheaper price. Marketing of Batik Tulis Jetis can use social media or international e-commerce such as Instagram and Amazon to further increase income and be able to survive when on social restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
