Abstract

Project performance monitoring is still largely done manually, hindering accurate cost and schedule evaluation. This study designed an interactive dashboard-based project monitoring information system using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method to automatically display PV, AC, EV, CPI, and SPI indicators. The system was developed using the SDLC approach and produced a dashboard prototype capable of presenting real-time project performance visualizations. As a result, the system supports faster analysis and decision-making regarding cost and schedule deviations. The development of an interactive dashboard-based project performance monitoring information system with the integration of the Earned Value Management (EVM) method successfully provided an effective and efficient solution in project performance evaluation. Through the application of the SDLC method, the system was designed in a structured manner and is capable of automatically presenting key performance indicators such as PV, EV, AC, CPI, and SPI in an informative visual form. The real-time presentation of data through graphs, tables, and performance indicators makes it easier for users to understand project conditions, detect cost and schedule deviations early, and identify activities experiencing delays or waste. Thus, this system has proven to be an accurate and comprehensive tool in supporting decision-making and increasing the effectiveness of project performance monitoring. Keywords: Information System, Project Monitoring, Interactive Dashboard, Earned Value Management, EVM.   Abstrak Monitoring kinerja proyek masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga menghambat evaluasi biaya dan jadwal secara akurat. Penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi monitoring proyek berbasis dashboard interaktif dengan metode Earned Value Management (EVM) untuk menampilkan indikator PV, AC, EV, CPI, dan SPI secara otomatis. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan SDLC dan menghasilkan prototipe dashboard yang mampu menyajikan visualisasi kinerja proyek secara real-time. Hasilnya, sistem mendukung analisis dan pengambilan keputusan lebih cepat terkait deviasi biaya maupun jadwal. Pengembangan sistem informasi monitoring kinerja proyek berbasis dashboard interaktif dengan integrasi metode Earned Value Management (EVM) berhasil memberikan solusi yang efektif dan efisien dalam evaluasi kinerja proyek. Melalui penerapan metode SDLC, sistem dirancang secara terstruktur dan mampu menyajikan indikator kinerja utama seperti PV, EV, AC, CPI, dan SPI secara otomatis dalam bentuk visual yang informatif. Penyajian data secara real-time melalui grafik, tabel, dan indikator performa mempermudah pengguna dalam memahami kondisi proyek, mendeteksi lebih dini deviasi biaya maupun jadwal, serta mengidentifikasi aktivitas yang mengalami keterlambatan atau pemborosan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini terbukti dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu yang akurat dan komprehensif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan peningkatan efektivitas monitoring kinerja proyek. Abstract

The rapid development of identification technology has encouraged the utilization of Near Field Communication (NFC) as an efficient solution for authentication and data management systems. NFC-based chip card readers are widely applied in modern information systems due to their ability to improve processing speed, security, and data accuracy. This study aims to design and implement an Android-based chip card reader application integrated with an information system using NFC technology. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall software development model. The results indicate that the developed chip card reader application is capable of accurately reading NFC card data, displaying user information in real-time, and supporting data recording into the system database. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance data management efficiency and reduce errors commonly found in manual systems. Keywords: Chip Card Reader, NFC, Information System, Android, Waterfall.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi identifikasi otomatis mendorong pemanfaatan Near Field Communication (NFC) sebagai solusi efisien dalam sistem autentikasi dan pengelolaan data. Chip card reader berbasis NFC menjadi salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan pada sistem informasi modern karena kemampuannya dalam meningkatkan kecepatan, keamanan, dan akurasi proses identifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi chip card reader berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi menggunakan teknologi NFC. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi chip card reader yang dikembangkan mampu membaca data kartu NFC secara akurat, menampilkan informasi pengguna secara real-time, serta mendukung proses pencatatan data ke dalam basis data sistem. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data dan meminimalkan kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada sistem manual. Abstract

The use of information technology is increasingly needed to improve administrative processes, including attendance data. A web-based attendance system is one solution that can be used to provide fast, structured, and easily accessible attendance recording. This study aims to analyze user needs and develop a web-based online attendance system using a prototyping method. A qualitative approach was applied through observation, and questionnaires to enable researchers to understand user needs and work patterns implemented in the research environment. The prototyping process was carried out in stages using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling as a system design tool. This approach allows users to see the initial form of the system, identify deficiencies, and provide input that is used for continuous feature improvements. The results of the study indicate that the developed system can record attendance in real time, provide automatic recaps, and display attendance data in a more understandable format. In conclusion, this prototyping method is effective in producing an online attendance system that meets needs and improves administrative processes.

Abstract

Health risk assessment is a crucial stage in the selection process of health insurance applicants. The development of information systems has enabled insurance companies to manage medical history data more quickly, systematically, and accurately compared to manual methods. This study aims to describe the processes of collecting, inputting, processing, and utilizing medical history data in assessing the health risks of prospective policyholders. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with a certified insurance agent holding AAJI/AASI certification. The results indicate that the use of information systems accelerates the underwriting process, improves agents’ work efficiency, and supports decision-making in health risk assessment. However, technical issues such as application disruptions and potential data input errors were still identified during implementation. Overall, information systems contribute positively to the quality and effectiveness of health risk assessment processes in insurance companies.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile telah memengaruhi pola konsumsi masyarakat, termasuk dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan produk dan layanan hewan peliharaan. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan platform digital oleh usaha petshop masih relatif terbatas dan belum sepenuhnya terintegrasi dalam satu sistem khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat dan kebutuhan konsumen sebagai dasar perancangan marketplace petshop berbasis mobile. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method) dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden pemilik hewan peliharaan, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pelaku usaha petshop. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki tingkat minat yang tinggi terhadap penggunaan marketplace petshop berbasis mobile. Kebutuhan utama konsumen meliputi kemudahan akses aplikasi, ketersediaan katalog produk yang lengkap, kejelasan informasi produk dan harga, keamanan sistem pembayaran, serta antarmuka aplikasi yang mudah digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perancangan marketplace petshop berbasis mobile yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan pelaku usaha.

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, pengelolaan kegiatan ilmiah di IDAI Cabang Banten masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga menimbulkan masalah seperti duplikasi data, keterlambatan konfirmasi pembayaran, dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan peserta serta penyebaran informasi kegiatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem manajemen informasi berbasis web terintegrasi untuk kegiatan ilmiah dokter spesialis anak guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan kegiatan. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Agile, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, pengujian, dan evaluasi iteratif. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur pendaftaran peserta online, pengelolaan data peserta, konfirmasi pembayaran, pencatatan kehadiran, dan penerbitan sertifikat digital. Pengujian sistem dilakukan pada 15 peserta menggunakan pengujian black-box dan pengujian penerimaan pengguna (UAT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,986, dan seluruh instrumen dinyatakan valid. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian, sistem memenuhi persyaratan pengguna dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses pendaftaran, pengelolaan data, dan penyebaran informasi kegiatan. Lebih lanjut, sistem meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, transparansi proses, serta memberikan kemudahan akses layanan bagi peserta. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat membantu optimalisasi pengelolaan kegiatan ilmiah di IDAI Cabang Banten.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang mampu bersaing di era global. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) sebagai bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam mengenali potensi diri, khususnya minat dan bakat, sebagai dasar dalam menentukan program studi yang tepat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi di SMK Mutiara Bangsa adalah masih banyak siswa yang memilih jurusan tidak sesuai dengan minat dan potensi akademik, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan implementasi aplikasi Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) berbasis teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemberian materi mengenai konsep minat dan bakat, pelaksanaan tes TPA menggunakan aplikasi, serta analisis dan pemetaan hasil tes siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai potensi diri serta mampu mengidentifikasi kecenderungan minat dan bakat yang dimiliki. Selain itu, pihak sekolah juga mendapatkan data yang lebih sistematis mengenai profil akademik siswa yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pembinaan dan bimbingan pendidikan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membantu siswa menentukan pilihan program studi yang sesuai, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta mendukung perencanaan pendidikan dan karir yang lebih matang.

Abstract

In the world of education, efficient administrative processes are very important to support the smooth running of teaching and learning activities. One aspect of administration that often requires special attention is recording student attendance. At SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency, recording student attendance is still carried out using attendance agenda books, namely through physical recording which is prone to causing data inaccuracies and takes quite a long time. This condition hampers efficiency in the process of processing student attendance data which should be done more quickly and accurately. This research aims to overcome problems in the student attendance process which is still carried out using the attendance agenda book at SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency. The scope of the research includes the development of a web-based student attendance information system using QR Code as a media for identifying attendance. This system is designed to be accessed by teachers and students, so that the attendance process can be carried out digitally and in real-time. The system development method used is the V-Model. The final results of the research show that the implementation of a QR Code-based attendance information system increases efficiency, reduces the potential for fraud, speeds up data validation, and makes recaps, reports and evaluations of student discipline easier.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of network traffic and the rapid evolution of cyber threats require adaptive intrusion detection systems capable of identifying anomalous behavior in large-scale network environments. Traditional signature-based detection methods are effective in recognizing known attack patterns but are limited in detecting emerging or zero-day threats. Consequently, anomaly-based approaches using machine learning have become an important research direction in modern intrusion detection systems. One of the widely used unsupervised algorithms for anomaly detection is Isolation Forest, which identifies anomalies by isolating observations through random partitioning mechanisms.This study investigates the capability of the Isolation Forest algorithm for intrusion detection using the UNSW-NB15 dataset under imbalanced data conditions. The dataset consists of 2,540,044 network traffic records with approximately 87% normal traffic and 13% attack traffic. A quantitative experimental approach was applied, including data preprocessing, model development using Isolation Forest, and performance measurement using several evaluation metrics, namely Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, Receiver Operating Characteristic Area Under the Curve (ROC-AUC), and Precision-Recall Area Under the Curve (PR-AUC).The experimental results show that the model achieved an overall accuracy of 79.3% and a ROC-AUC value of 0.6302, indicating moderate capability in distinguishing between normal and malicious traffic. However, the PR-AUC value of 0.1710 reveals limited sensitivity in detecting minority attack instances under highly imbalanced conditions. These findings highlight that evaluation of intrusion detection systems under imbalanced data should not rely solely on accuracy-based metrics. Isolation Forest can serve as a baseline anomaly detection mechanism, but additional strategies are required to improve detection sensitivity in real-world intrusion detection environments.

Abstract

MSMEs as the backbone of the Indonesian economy face the challenge of digital transformation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, where many MSME websites in Tangerang City are not optimal so that sales stagnate despite significant investment. This study aims to prove the effect of website quality (X1) and digital marketing (X2) on increasing sales (Y) using a causal associative quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The population includes MSMEs in Tangerang City, a sample of 50 purposive respondents who have had an active website for at least one year. The Likert 1-5 questionnaire instrument was analyzed using IBM SPSS 26 including validity-reliability tests, classical assumptions, and hypothesis tests. The results show a regression coefficient of Y = 12.450 + 0.452X1 + 0.385X2 with an adjusted R square of 0.685 (68.5%), both variables have a significant effect (sig. 0.000). The conclusion states that MSMEs need to optimize website UI/UX and SEO strategies for maximum sales conversion
