Abstract

Geographic Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are two rapidly advancing technologies in spatial data analysis. GeoAI integrates artificial intelligence with geographic data to identify patterns, make predictions, and support decision-making. Meanwhile, NLP enables the processing and analysis of textual data related to spatial information, such as documents, reports, or geographic descriptions. The objective of this research is to obtain a representation of spatial data patterns through a series of processes, including problem identification, needs analysis, data collection and processing, document representation, and the application of Geographic Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Fuzzy Similarity methods to spatial or textual tax data and textual land data to identify data similarities. The research explores the integration of GeoAI and NLP in spatial data analysis to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of geographic data interpretation. The methods used in this study are based on artificial intelligence, which extracts spatial information from text and performs machine learning-based spatial analysis. The results demonstrate that the combination of GeoAI and NLP can improve the understanding of spatial patterns in unstructured data and support location-based decision-making processes. This research contributes to the development of more accurate spatial data analysis techniques that can be applied in various fields, such as urban planning, disaster management, and environmental analysis.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged government agencies to adopt digital systems in various administrative aspects, including employee attendance management. The implementation of this digital system aims to improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and transparency of attendance recording. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a mobile-based attendance system integrated with facial recognition technology in the Tangerang City Office environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through literature studies, observation, and documentation. The results show that the use of facial recognition technology can improve the accuracy of attendance recording, strengthen data security, and reduce the potential for fraud. However, the implemented system still has limitations, particularly related to environmental lighting conditions and the quality of the supporting devices used.

Abstract

Waste management continues to be a major issue in community environments, particularly in residential areas and public spaces. Limited trash bin capacity, low public discipline in disposing of waste properly, and inefficient conventional management systems often lead to waste accumulation and environmental degradation. Therefore, the application of technology is needed to improve cleanliness and efficiency in waste handling. This research aims to design and develop an Arduino Uno-based Smart Trash Bin that operates automatically without requiring direct physical interaction from users. The system employs an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to detect object presence and an SG90 servo motor to control the opening and closing mechanism of the trash bin lid. The research methodology follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The testing results indicate that the system is capable of accurately detecting objects and automatically controlling the lid mechanism based on the predefined distance. Therefore, the proposed Smart Trash Bin is expected to contribute to improved environmental cleanliness, more efficient waste management, and the adoption of smart technology within community settings.

Abstract

The transportation reimbursement process at Al Azhar Serpong Campus is still carried out manually through the completion of transport request forms and the submission of physical supporting documents. This manual procedure has the potential to cause errors in data recording, the risk of losing submitted expense proofs, and requires considerable time during documentation and verification. These conditions lead to an administrative process that is inefficient and not well integrated. This study aims to analyze user needs and design a web-based transportation reimbursement information system that improves efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the submission, verification, and reporting processes. The research applies the Scrum method, which includes preparing the Product Backlog, conducting Sprint Planning, developing design iterations, carrying out Sprint Reviews to validate designs with users, and performing Sprint Retrospectives to refine the system. The results of this study include a system design represented through UML modeling and user interface prototypes tailored to user needs based on feedback from each Sprint cycle. The proposed system design is expected to improve the reimbursement workflow, reduce administrative errors, accelerate the verification process, and support automatic and structured reporting. Furthermore, the design serves as a foundation for the development of a fully implemented web-based application in future stages.

Abstract

CV Amana Nusantara merupakan perusahaan konstruksi yang masih melakukan pengelolaan data proyek secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti duplikasi data, kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pembaruan informasi, serta kesulitan dalam melakukan monitoring proyek yang berjalan secara paralel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan proyek berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan algoritma Highest Ratio Next (HRN) guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan objektivitas penjadwalan proyek. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Algoritma HRN diterapkan untuk menentukan prioritas pengerjaan proyek berdasarkan waktu tunggu dan estimasi durasi pekerjaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menyajikan data proyek secara real-time, menghasilkan penjadwalan proyek secara otomatis, serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan yang disebabkan oleh proses manual. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan proyek, transparansi data, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen pada CV Amana Nusantara.

Abstract

Perkembangan usaha laundry menuntut adanya sistem informasi yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan data secara terstruktur dan efisien. Permasalan yang sering terjadi pada usaha laundry adalah pencatatan transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimmbulkan kesalahan data dan keterlambatam informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manjemen laundry berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode prototyping. Metode ini dipilih karena manajemen laundry memungkinkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi laundry yang mampu mengelola data konsumen, transaksi, serta status cucian secara terintregasi. Sistem yang di kembangkan diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kerapihan pengelolaan data dan mendukung aktivitas operasional usaha laundry.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong digitalisasi pelayanan publik di lingkungan masyarakat. Perumahan Duta Asri Palem 5 masih menggunakan sistem manual untuk pengelolaan data warga, kegiatan, dan iuran, menyebabkan keterlambatan informasi serta kurangnya transparansi keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web terintegrasi untuk manajemen kegiatan dan iuran warga. Metodologi mengadopsi model Waterfall dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara pengurus RT/RW, menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil menunjukkan sistem meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sebesar 75%, transparansi laporan keuangan, dan akses informasi bagi warga. Penerapan sistem ini mendukung konsep smart community di perumahan.

Abstract

The massive digital transformation in Indonesia's banking sector has created fierce competition among financial service providers, making it crucial to understand the psychological determinants of technology adoption. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence behavioral intention and use behavior in one of Indonesia's leading digital banking applications by adopting the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) framework. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 300 active users and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the hypotheses between variables. The results show that all independent variables in the UTAUT2 model contribute positively and significantly to behavioral intention, with hedonic motivation and perceived value identified as the most dominant determinants, indicating that users now prioritize aspects of enjoyment and economic benefits over mere technical functionality. Furthermore, analysis of actual usage behavior shows that habit and behavioral intention are the main predictors, while facilitating conditions are not proven to have a significant direct impact

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web di Palace Billiard Pamulang untuk mengatasi pencatatan transaksi manual yang rawan kesalahan dan tidak mendukung pemantauan meja secara real-time. Metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Waterfall diterapkan melalui tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mengotomatisasi penagihan meja, pemesanan makanan, serta pelaporan bisnis. Hasil uji kelayakan memperoleh skor 88% dan dikategorikan Sangat Layak, sehingga sistem terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan.
