Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide education and knowledge to the younger generation, enabling them to realize their entrepreneurial aspirations and play a direct role in the local economy. The community service takes place in RT. 03 RW. 02, Bandar Raya Village, Payung Sekaki District, and involves teenagers and students, particularly the local youth, as participants in the counseling sessions. The methodology used in this community service includes lecture-style presentations and question-and-answer sessions. The lecture-style presentations are employed to deliver general knowledge about entrepreneurship education to the younger generation, aiming to foster their interest in entrepreneurship. The question-and-answer sessions are used to address specific topics that may not have been fully covered in the lecture-style presentations. This counseling program involves business practitioners from various business activities in the vicinity of the counseling location. It directly involves faculty members from the Management Study Program at STIE (School of Economics) and lecturers from Universitas Islam Riau, as well as teenagers/students from RT. 03 RW. 02, Bandar Raya Village, Payung Sekaki District, who serve as the target subjects of the program.

Abstract

Jejaring sosial adalah jenis teknologi yang memungkinkan orang untuk secara instan berinteraksi satu sama lain melalui jaringan internet melalui berbagai media sosial yang dapat diakses oleh setiap orang yang memiliki akun media sosial. Dengan media sosial, para pelaku usaha tidak lagi mempermasalahkan keterbatasan jarak, tempat, dan waktu. Komunikasi pemasaran sekarang menggunakan media sosial. Anggota kelompok wanita tani dapat menggunakan media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran untuk memasarkan produk pertanian mereka. Media sosial seperti Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, dan yang lainnya dengan banyak pengguna telah menjadi tempat di mana setiap orang dapat masuk dan memposting apa pun yang mereka inginkan. Kelompok Wanita Tani Beringin Indah merupakan salah satu Kelompok yang di bentuk untuk memfasilitasi para ibu-ibu di perumahan beringin indah (terutama yang sudah pensiun dan berusia) agar tetap produktif dan memiliki kegiatan di hari tua mereka. KWT Beringin Indah baru berusia 1 tahun, banyak yang bisa di hasilkan dari kegiatan KWT ini. Meskipun cenderung baru, namun semangat ibu-ibu anggota KWT. Untuk memperkenalkan produk hasil pertanian dari KWT beringin indah. Dari fenomena permasalahan mitra, maka tim pengabdian masyarakat yang beranggotakan dosen-dosen program studi manajemen memutuskan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang bagaimana strategi promosi dengan pemanfaatan media sosial bagi kelompok wanita tani beringin indah.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas selalu terkait pada perlakuan diskriminatif yang sering mereka terima dari orang-orang di lingkungan sekitar setiap hari. Dengan di sahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 memberikan harapan bahwa penyandang disabilitas memiliki kesempatan yang sama dan bisa mendapatkan pemenuhan berbagai hak-hak mereka. Salah satunya yaitu adanya jaminan akan keberlangsungan hidup para penyandang disabilitas. Untuk bertahan hidup, seorang penyandang disabilitas harus berusaha dan bekerja ekstra keras. Banyak faktor permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh para penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik dan berkualitas, permasalahan tersebut tidak hanya datang dari diri mereka sendiri namun juga dari luar diri mereka, seperti masyarakat sekitar yang tidak mendukung dan cenderung tidak percaya akan kemampuan para penyandang disabilitas tersebut. Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Sosial bagi Penyandang Cacat ditegaskan bahwa penyandang cacat berhak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak sesuai dengan jenis dan derajat kecacatan, pendidikan dan kemampuannya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesempatan kerja serta membuka peluang bagi para penyandang disabilitas untuk menyadarkan mereka bahwa mereka juga bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak dengan segala keterbatasan yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

This research is a follow-up research that was previously carried out by the author, the difference lies in the research object. If the object of the previous research was coffee shops in the city of Pekanbaru by analyzing the creativity and innovation that coffee shop entrepreneurs must have, while in this research the object is the baristas owned by coffee shops. Individual creativity, product innovation and barista career development are very important aspects to be the main focus for coffee shops in Pekanbaru city for the continuity of the business they run. In order for the career development of coffee shop baristas to be maximized and make the baristas proud of themselves because their skills are recognized by coffee shop businesses, it is necessary to increase individual creativity so that they can produce product innovations that are getting better over time. Good career development for coffee shop baristas is one that can provide high self-confidence and ultimately be able to compete with international and global baristas, thus automatically having a very positive impact on the coffee shop business itself. To be able to realize good career development for coffee shop baristas in the city of Pekanbaru, special attention is also needed regarding how to increase individual creativity which will then be able to give birth to product innovations that better suit the needs and desires of consumers from time to time. From the results of these thoughts, researchers are interested in discussing and finding out how and to what extent individual creativity and product innovation can influence the career development of a coffee shop barista. The analysis in this research uses the multiple linear regression method, from the results of SPSS data processing the coefficient of determination value in the strong category is 0.706, which means that individual creativity and product innovation have a 70.6% influence on the career development of coffee shop baristas in the city of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance at PT Aneka Warna Indah in Jakarta. The place of this research was carried out at PT Aneka Warna Indah in Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study with communication and teamwork variables on employee performance. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 40 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, the results of multiple linear regression analysis yielded a value of -27.974 + 0.510X1 + 0.833X2 and the results of the communication t test (X1) used the t test with t count = 3.453 > t table = 2.02619 teamwork (X2) yielded t count = 2.385 < t table = 2.02619. F test results Fcount > Ftable or 56,747 > 3.25 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the results of the coefficient of determination test yield Adjusted R Square = 0.746, meaning 74.6% simultaneously the communication variable (X1) and teamwork (X2) ) contributed 74.6% to teamwork (Y) at PT Aneka Warna Indah in Jakarta, while the remaining 25.4% was contributed by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Agribisnis merupakan semua aktivitas bisnis di sektor pertanian yang meliputi pengadaan input pertanian, produksi, penangan pasca panen dan pengolahan, serta pemasaran produk sampai ke konsumen akhir. Bidang agribisnis meliputi pengolahan budidaya pertanian, penyediaan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan, penanganan pasca panen, proses pengolahan hasil hingga pada bagaimana tahap pemasaran yang dilakukan. Setiap bagian dalam agribisnis memainkan peran yang sama pentingnya, oleh karena itu perlu adanya perhatian yang sama untuk memajukan setiap subsektor agribisnis tersebut. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) merupakan salah satu kelembagaan petani yang mana para anggotanya terdiri atas wanita yang berkecimpung dalam kegiatan pertanian. Kelompok Wanita Tani Beringin Indah adalah salah satu Kelompok yang di bentuk untuk memfasilitasi para ibu-ibu di perumahan beringin indah (terutama yang sudah pensiun dan berusia) agar tetap produktif dan memiliki kegiatan di hari tua mereka. Kelompok wanita tani beringin indah belum terlalu fokus dalam mengembangkan hasil pertanian mereka karena manajemen yang belum terkoordinir dengan baik. Ketua KWT BI merasa kesulitan mengatur SDM yang ada di dalam struktur organisasi. Permasalahan ini membutuhkan jalan keluar yang serius agar KWT BI bisa tetap bertahan juga berkembang dengan baik. Karena permasalahan tersebut akhirnya tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang beranggotakan dosen-dosen pada prodi manajemen mengangkat tema pelatihan untuk para SDM KWT BI tentang “Pelatihan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia bagi Kelompok Wanita Tani Beringin Indah”

Abstract

The purpose of thisresearchwas tofind out the influence ofworkload and work stress on turnover intention of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used by the Census technique, The number of samples used in this research is 154 respondents who are employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru. Questionnaire and literature are used for data collecting, while multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test), statistical test (t test, F test, coefficient of determination test) are used as data analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that workload and work stress have a positive significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT Yanmarindo Perkasa Pekanbaru either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait pencegahan kejahatan, khususnya penyalahgunaan narkoba, yang dihadapi oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Pelalawan. Tim PKM melakukan serangkaian kegiatan, termasuk observasi, rapat perencanaan, sosialisasi, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini mencakup beberapa aspek, yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan, perubahan sikap, dorongan motivasi, dan pemberian dukungan kepada mitra. Melalui penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, anak dan remaja diberikan pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang strategi pencegahan kejahatan, terutama dalam hal penyalahgunaan narkoba. Mereka juga didorong untuk mengembangkan sikap positif dan bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga diri sendiri serta mencegah kejahatan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini mendorong motivasi mereka untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan sosial yang positif dan menjauhi narkoba. Selain itu, tim PKM memberikan dukungan kepada Mitra Pengabdian, Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Pelalawan, dalam mengintegrasikan pengetahuan lapangan dengan teori pencegahan kejahatan. Dukungan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Mitra dalam memperbaiki dan mengembangkan program-program pencegahan kejahatan yang sudah ada. Sebagai luaran, tim PKM menargetkan publikasi pada media cetak lokal untuk memperluas penyebaran hasil pengabdian dan solusi yang ditawarkan. Dengan demikian, pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pencegahan kejahatan, khususnya penyalahgunaan narkoba, dapat meningkat di masyarakat Kabupaten Pelalawan.

Abstract

This service aims to identify effective strategies in improving household economic welfare through empowerment programs for PKK mothers. The method used is a participatory approach by involving group empowerment activities through training, mentoring, and skill development.This activity shows that through participatory approaches and group empowerment, PKK mothers are able to develop various creative economic businesses such as handicrafts, food production, and other services. Targeted skills training and continuous mentoring play an important role in improving business management and product marketing capabilities. From the phenomenon of partner problems, the community service team consisting of lecturers from the Persada Bunda College of Economics program decided to provide training on Empowering PKK Group Mothers as an Effort to Improve Economic Welfare. In addition, collaboration between educational institutions, local governments, and local communities is also the key to success in implementing this empowerment program. With the support and involvement of all parties, a conducive environment is created for sustainable economic growth at the household level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on turnover intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya) in Pekanbaru. The place of this research was carried out at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). The population in this study was 52 respondents, so that the sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique because the population size was relatively small. This research method is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire and the data is analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, work conflict affects employee turnover intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). Job Stress affects Employee Turnover Intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). Work Conflict and Work Stress jointly affect Employee Turnover Intention at PT Suriatama Mahkota Kencana (Suzuya). The variable contribution of Work Conflict and Work Stress to Turnover Intention is 54.3%.
