Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat suatu Pemetaan Strategi Layanan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik pada Kab. Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir data yang dikelolah oleh merupakan data program dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh beberapa Organisasi Perangkat Daerah pada Kab. Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir data tersebut di identifikasi menjadi data strategi pada domain arsitektur SPBE, arsitektur SPBE diantaranya domain Tata Kelola, Domain Manajemen, Domain Layanan, Domain Infrastruktur, Domain Aplikasi, Domain Keamanan, dan Domain Audit TIK ketuju Domain tersebut memiliki Program dan Kegiatan yang dapat menunjang tercipanya SPBE. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan Pemetaan yang di faktorkan pada metode Fishbone Diagram yang dimana program dan kegiatan yang ada pada setiap domain di terjemahkan kedalam diagram Fishbone dan dari sinilah dapat dilihat strategi yang digunakan untuk terciptanya domain arsitektur SPBE.

Abstract

Poor management of diabetes leads to damage in organs and body tissues, impacting crucial organs like the heart, kidneys, eyes, and nerves. Although there is no permanent cure for diabetes, early detection enables effective disease management, which researchers and medical professionals agree enhances recovery prospects. The rapid progress in information technology has facilitated early prediction and diagnosis of diseases through Machine Learning (ML), a subset of Artificial Intelligence (AI) comprising various algorithms such as Neural Network, Support Vector Machine (SVM), kNN, Random Forest, and Naïve Bayes. These algorithms serve as effective tools in handling predictive data. Early prediction of diabetes holds the potential to control the disease and save lives. Therefore, the focus of this research is to develop a predictive model for diabetes status by utilizing various algorithms, but the level of validation of this model still needs to be tested. The dataset utilized consists of information from several diabetic patients, including eight input variables (pregnancies, glucose levels, blood pressure, skin thickness, insulin levels, BMI, age, and diabetes pedigree function) and one output variable (diabetes status). Research findings indicate that the SVM algorithm exhibits superior accuracy (84%) in predicting diabetes status compared to other algorithms such as neural network, Random Forest, Naïve Bayes, and kNN.

Abstract

In today's digital age, Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has become a pivotal technology that improves network control and flexibility. Despite its advantages, the centralized nature of SDN also makes it susceptible to threats such as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. This study compares the effectiveness of three machine learning models Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and Linear Support Vector Classification (LinearSVC) using the 'DDoS SDN dataset' from Kaggle, which contains 104,345 records and 23 features. An equal 70/30 ratio was used on model. The models were then assessed using measures such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, and ROC curves. Among the models, Random Forest outperformed the others with a 97% accuracy, precision values of 1.00 (benign traffic) and 0.94 (malicious traffic), and an ROC AUC score of 1.00. In contrast, Naive Bayes and LinearSVC recorded lower accuracies of 63% and 66%, respectively. These findings underscore Random Forest's effectiveness in detecting DDoS attacks within SDN environments.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of work procedures, authority, work performance assessment, and performance evaluation individually and together on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality tests were conducted using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The descriptive and inferential analysis used statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. The study results show that work procedures significantly affect the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Authority has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Work performance assessment has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Performance evaluation has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat. Work procedures, authority, work performance assessment, and performance evaluation significantly affect the work performance of the Lahat Regency Regional Secretariat employees

Abstract

The research conducted by the author aims to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing and digital services individually and together on the performance of MSMEs of female entrepreneurs in Sirah Pulau Village, Merapi Timur District, Lahat. The research method used in this study is quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality testing using validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests with normality test formulas, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficients of determination. The results of the discussion obtained digital marketing has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Women Entrepreneurs in Sirah Pulau Village, Merapi Timur District, Lahat. Digital service has a substantial effect on the performance of MSMEs in Women Entrepreneurs in Sirah Pulau Village, Merapi Timur. District, Lahat. Digital marketing and digital services significantly affect the performance of MSMEs in Women Entrepreneurs in Sirah Pulau Village, Merapi Timur District, Lahat.

Abstract

This research aims to find out strategies for empowering women in developing villages in the digital era through digital marketing, digital services, and digital communication towards tourist villages in Pulau Pinang District, 2. to find out the driving and inhibiting factors for women's empowerment in developing villages in the digital era through digital marketing, digital services and digital communications to tourist villages in Pulau Pinang District. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, verification, drawing conclusions, and testing data validity. This research shows that implementing government support to improve women's communication can help reduce village poverty. Government support for women's empowerment in tourist villages has been carried out. This activity aims to provide understanding and knowledge about how to market creative products in the digital era through digital marketing, digital services, and digital communications so that participants can apply them to increase sales of creative products in Pulau Pinang Village, Pulau Pinang District. Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Pulau Pinang village aims to empower women entrepreneurs in the technology and digital fields. So that they can keep up with current developments where the world is entering industry 4.0, which uses more technology and digital capabilities; apart from that, people can get jobs without having to leave the village or the city, but by partnering with business owners who need their skills in the field of digital marketing.

Abstract

Technology in the digital era is currently progressing very rapidly. This is marked by the increasingly massive number of social media users in everyday life. Survey results from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) in 2022 recorded that the number of internet users in Indonesia reached 196.7 million people. This number increased by 23.5 million or 8.9% compared to 2018. With information technology and the internet, information is now becoming more easily spread and can be accessed by all levels of society thanks to the internet, not just people in urban areas, but people living there. in rural areas too. The Ogan Ilir Regency Government initiated information technology infrastructure including village internet or Digital Village to solve the problem of inequality in digitalization of society in rural and urban areas. Development and implementation of a digital village is a program that implements electronic-based government system (SPBE) services to the community and empowers the community based on the use of technology. This research aims to conduct a survey of information technology infrastructure to identify village potential, marketing and accelerating access and public services. Apart from that, this research also identifies digital-based life patterns of people in rural and urban areas, as well as to advance economic development in rural areas to improve SPBE services in Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used is a quantitative method for surveying and mapping the use of information technology in villages and ultimately producing the concept of an independent digital village. Research data was obtained from surveys and FGDs with the Ogan Ilir district government, village heads, village communities and micro, small and medium enterprises. Meanwhile, secondary data will be obtained through the results of MSME and village profiles from the Central Statistics Agency.

Abstract

Era digital saat ini membentuk konsep baru Literasi yaitu literasi digital atau literasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Literasi TIK menjadi semakin penting bagi Tenaga Kesehatan Puskesmas di Kota Palembang dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, antara lain: aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan berbasis TIK, penggunaan media sosial (whatsapp, facebook, instagram dan website) sebagai media informasi, promosi, komunikasi serta menyampaikan himbauan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan Literasi TIK pada Tenaga Kesehatan terhadap aplikasi pelayanan berbasis TIK dan media sosial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Melalui kuesioner yang disebar ke 5 (lima) Puskesmas di wilayah Kota Palembang didapatlah 53 partisipan untuk penelitian ini. Selanjutnya data dianalisa menggunakan metode People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM), hasilnya tingkat kematangan Literasi TIK tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas di Kota Palembang terhadap aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan berbasis TIK berada pada Level 2 (Repeatable) dengan rata-rata indeks maturity berada diantara 0,66 – 0,69. Sedangkan media sosial berada pada Level 2 (Repeatable) dengan rata-rata indeks maturity berada diantara 0,65 – 0,70.   Abstract The new digital era has formed a new literacy concept, namely digital literacy or Information and Communication Technology Literacy (ICT Literacy). ICT Literacy is becoming increasingly important for health officer Puskesmas at Palembang City to improving the efficiency and quality of health service, including ICT-based health service applications, use of social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website) as a medium for information, promotion, communication and delivery of advice to the public. The purpose of this research is to evaluate Maturity Level of ICT Literacy in Health Officers towards ICT-based health service aplications and social media using a quantitative approach analiyzed descriptively. Through a questionnaire distributed to 5 (five) Puskesmas in the Palembang City area, 53 participants were obtained for this research. Furthermore, the data was analiyzed using the the People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM) method, the result being that the Maturity Level of ICT Literacy in health officers at the Puskesmas in Palembang City towards ICT-based health service aplications is at Level 2 (Repeatable) with an average maturity index between 0,66 – 0,69. While social media is at Level 2 (Repeatable) with an average maturity index between 0,65 – 0,70.

Abstract

EmoGame is a cognitive and emotional game that is useful for helping the elderly with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). EmoGame was developed with a memory therapy approach. This therapy can help cognitive and positive emotions and introduce objects through images, such as images of old objects and old music in old age. This study aims to build a game application for the elderly with MCI on the Android platform to support the improvement of cognitive abilities and positive emotions in the elderly. This application has two games, namely memory puzzles and memory exploration. with the socialization and training at Werdha Dharma Bakti South Sumatra, it is hoped that this EMogame application can be used for the elderly who have experienced cognitive disorders to always practice memory recall. with training using this EMoGame application, we hope that the health of the elderly's memory will be slow to decline so that the elderly will always live healthily.

Abstract

This research develops a pempek food image classification system using two Deep Learning architectures, namely MobileNetV2 and GoogLeNet. The dataset consists of five types of pempek with a total of 446 images, which are divided for training (70%), validation (15%), and testing (15%). The model was evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results showed that GoogLeNet achieved a validation accuracy of 96.21%, higher than MobileNetV2 which was only 70.58%. GoogLeNet is also more stable in convergence and more accurate in recognizing different types of pempek. This research shows that GoogLeNet is more optimal for pempek classification. In the future, this research can be extended by adding more datasets, exploring more sophisticated models, and developing mobile or web-based applications.
