Abstract

During the Industrial Revolution 4.0, it is important to develop critical thinking (Critical Pedagogy) and the use of technology in the learning process (Cyber Pedagogy). This research aims to explore how technology can be used to improve pedagogical competence in the educational context in Indonesia. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with a survey-based quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected from primary research results published in national and international journals such as Google Scholar, ERIC, and Scopus. The results of this research are from three study focuses related to the use of technology in learning in general, specifically mathematics learning and in the context of increasing pedagogic competence. Where the strategy for increasing teacher competence in applying technology in the classroom is training in the form of activities in the form of training in the use of learning methods, skills training in choosing suitable media, and training in media technology development.

Abstract

Penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi masih menghadapi berbagai kendala di sekolah, sebagian besar guru belum memperoleh pelatihan yang memadai, sementara sebagian lainnya telah mengikuti pelatihan namun belum mampu mengimplementasikannya secara efektif di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi serta mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang dialami guru dalam proses penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek guru kelas I dan IV pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan memanfaatkan strategi diferensiasi konten, produk, dan lingkungan belajar. Namun, pelaksanaannya belum berjalan secara optimal. Hambatan yang ditemukan antara lain keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, rendahnya keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, kurangnya kreativitas dalam merancang pembelajaran, serta kendala waktu dalam menyiapkan materi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dukungan sistematis melalui pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan intensif sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara efektif. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi profesional guru sebagai kunci keberhasilan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The teacher's mindset will influence learning strategies such as designing or implementing learning. Furthermore, the strategies created by teachers will influence student character development. This research is motivated by the absence of other research that discusses the relationship between elementary school teachers' growth mindset and the cooperation character of elementary school students. This research aims to describe the growth mindset profile of elementary school teachers and find the relationship between elementary school teachers' growth mindset and students' cooperation character. The research was an ex post facto correlational design involving 30 elementary school teachers as research subjects. Data was collected through non-test methods, using questionnaires and checklist sheets. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive and single predictor regression analysis techniques. The research results show that most teachers have a growth mindset with some fixed ideas. A correlation coefficient of 0.769 was also obtained, meaning there is a strong and unidirectional relationship between the growth mindset of elementary school teachers and the students' cooperative character. This research implies that more training can be held to shape the growth mindset of teachers so that they can take more of a role in improving students' cooperative character.

Abstract

Learning outcomes in Civics subjects for elementary school students are still low. This is because teachers do not use learning models that suit students' learning styles. So this research aims to analyze the influence of Discovery learning using the Teaching at Right Level (TaRL) approach on Class IV Civics Learning Outcomes. The method used in this research is quantitative using a Quasi Experimental Design approach. The population in this study was all class IV consisting of class IV A and class IV B. The sample for this research was class IV A students totalling 23 students as the experimental class and class IV B students totalling 23 students as the control class. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population was used as a sample. The data collection technique used is a multiple-choice test. The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques (t-test) with a significance level of 5%. The results of the research state that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Discovery learning using the TaRL approach on class IV Civics learning outcomes. The implications of this research are expected to be able to make students active in learning.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk pembelajaran adalah kurangnya penguasaan teknologi digital, terutama dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika guru sekolah dasar menggunakan aplikasi digital dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi sebanyak 56 guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrument berupa angket. Data kuantitatif yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan informasi terbaru terkait problematika guru sekolah dasar dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital berada pada kategori sedang. Problematika yang dihadapi guru-guru yaitu sebagian besar guru masih belum mampu menguasai aplikasi digital. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital yaitu: 1) membuat pekerjaan lebih mudah dan efektif; 2) mudah dipelajari dan digunakan; dan 3) tidak terikat waktu atau tempat. Maka dari itu, dapat diketahui bahwa aspek utama yang menjadi problematika guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital yaitu aspek keterampilan dan aspek ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstract. At elementary schools in Bali, there were English teachers who taught English but did not have an English education background, included pedagogical content knowledge. Therefore, the aim of this research are to describe how are the teacher’s perception and implementation of pedagogical content knowledge in English learning for young learners and to compare the result of the perception and implementation by elementary school English teacher who do not have English educational background in Denpasar. The subject of this research was three English teachers in three different elementary schools in Denpasar with a non-educational English background that were selected using a convenience sampling technique. Mix method which was dominant in using qualitative was the research design. Questionnaire, observation sheet, and interview guide was the instrument used in this study. The result of this study showed that teachers’ perception towards pedagogical content knowledge was high, but the implementation was very low. The comparison between teacher’s perception and implementation towards pedagogical content knowledge showed that the teacher’s had lack of consistency. Therefore, learning activities become less effective. In conclusion, the teachers need to improve the implementation of pedagogical content knowledge first before teaching in the class. Keywords: PCK, perception, implementation, young learners, English teacher

Abstract

Masih banyak siswa yang kurang memiliki kreativitas. Temuan sebelumnya juga menyatakan bahwa beberapa kendala yang memicu rendahnya tingkat kreativitas siswa yaitu siswa merasa bingung dalam mengembangkan imajinasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan paket belajar montase dan kolase bersama (MOKOBER)  yang dapat meningkatkan Kreativitas siswa kelas III SD. Jenis penelitan ini yaitu pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 2 orang ahli isi. Subjek uji coba yaitu 2 orang guru dan 6 orang siswa. Populasi berjumlah 20 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi kualitatif, observasi kuantitatif, wawancara, angket dan studi dokumen. Instrument yang digunakan untuk analisis data yaitu rating scale. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif, dan statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu penilaian dari ahli berada pada rentan validitas sangat tinggi. Hasil respon guru dan siswa yaitu nilai berada pada rentan validitas sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil signifikansi uji t , diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh paket belajar MOKOBER terhadap kreativitas siswa kelas III SD. Disimpulkan bahwa paket belajar MOKOBER dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas III.

Abstract

Lack of selection of innovative learning models, instilling cultural values ​​in learning materials, and difficulty developing student ideas. A learning model with cultural involvement is needed to develop students' ideas in writing to overcome these problems. This study examines the effect of the learning model Think Talk Write (TTW), which is tradition-oriented Makepung, on fifth-grade elementary school students' short story writing skills. This research includes quasi-experimental research (like an experiment) by design, and there is no equivalent post-test-only control group design. The research population was fifth-grade elementary school students, totaling 106 people. Samples are taken using random sampling, with 24 people as the experimental group and 21 as the control group. The data collection method uses written product assessment in the form of short stories, and the research instrument uses a multilevel scale model performance observation sheet. Research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). Based on the analysis of the t-test results, the sig. (2-tailed) namely 0.004 < 0.05. This research concludes that the learning model TTW tradition orientedMakepung is more influential on students' short story writing skills. This research aims to develop ideas, increase cultural values, encourage students to learn actively, and improve their writing skills.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam pendidikan saat ini adalah masih terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam pola pikir perkembangan (growth mindset) di kalangan guru, khususnya dalam Program Sekolah Penggerak di Kabupaten Badung. Hal ini berimplikasi pada variasi kualitas pembelajaran yang diterima siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menggambarkan profil growth mindset guru Sekolah Penggerak dengan mempertimbangkan perbedaan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei deskriptif. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian yaitu 16 guru di beberapa Sekolah Dasar Penggerak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur sikap perkembangan guru dengan 20 item pertanyaan. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi signifikan dalam karakteristik growth mindset guru. Sebagian besar guru menunjukkan pola pikir berkembang dengan beberapa gagasan tetap, sementara yang lain menunjukkan pola pikir tetap dengan berbagai ide berkembang. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa guru perempuan memiliki skor rata-rata growth mindset yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan guru laki-laki. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya program pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional yang berfokus pada peningkatan growth mindset di kalangan guru, untuk memastikan kualitas pendidikan yang merata dan mendorong inovasi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Teaching good values in various aspects of life is the main thing that we must live by, as Ki Hadjar Dewantara and Emanuel Khant emphasize goodness in all aspects of life. This means that educated teenagers are not under the doctrinaire rules of education solely through the amount of cognitive value they obtain as a result of studying at school, but more than that, the realization of the value obtained is the main thing. This research is library research by looking for references from various national and international articles. The data obtained was analyzed using content analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that character education in Indonesia is influenced by the thoughts of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, while America is influenced by the thoughts of Imanuel Khant. Character education in basic education in Indonesia and America has a different development focus. Indonesia is currently focusing on the characters packaged in the Pancasila Student Profile. Meanwhile in America the focus is on the character of trust, respect, responsibility, justice, caring, citizenship, honesty, courage, perseverance and integrity which are packaged in educational institutions through honest schools" charity schools, caring schools and intellectual schools.
