Abstract

Trembesi seeds can be used as an alternative raw material for making tempeh considering the erratic fluctuations in soybean prices. This research aims to analyze how much income there is from the business of processing tamarind seeds into tempeh and to analyze the added value of the business of processing tamarind seeds into tempeh in the home industry in Cadaskertajaya Village, Karawang Regency. The data collection technique used was purposive sampling. Researchers used one respondent, namely the owner of the tempe trembesi home industry. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to analyze the business which includes analysis of costs,revenues, income, and added value (added value) for domestic tempe trembesi industry products. The results of the analysis show that the total costs used for processing trembesi bean tempeh are IDR 463,333.2 per month. The average revenue for tempe seeds from trembesi is IDR 720,000 per month. The income obtained by the home industry of tempe seeds from trembesi was IDR 256,666.8 and the profitobtained by the home industry by selling 1 kg was IDR 21,388.9 or a profit of IDR 356.5 / pack. The added value obtained in one month is IDR 51,648 per kg of raw material, which means that every processing of one kg of trembesi seeds into tempeh provides an added value of IDR 51,648 with a value-added ratio of around 86% per kg. Keywords: home industry, revenue, tempe trembesi, value added

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment from a person as a result of a comparison between the perceived and expected performance of the product. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of product quality, service quality, emotional, price, and cost on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Ceritanik organic vegetables at least 2 times with a sample of 67 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study simultaneously show that all variables have an effect on Ceritanik's customer satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0.000.Partially it is known that product quality affects customer satisfaction with a Sig. value of 0.015. Service quality affects customer satisfaction with a Sig. value of 0.245. Emotional customers affect customer satisfaction with a Sig. value of 0.027. Product price affects customer satisfaction with a Sig. value of 0.000, and cost affects customer satisfaction with a Sig. value of 0.797.

Abstract

AbstrakPabrik Tahu Tira Boga Sejahtera (TBSA) menghadapi ketidakseimbangan antara kapasitas produksi dan permintaan pasar, yang menyebabkan kekurangan produksi di beberapa periode. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kombinasi produksi optimal untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan menggunakan metode Linear Programming, dilengkapi analisis primal, dual, sensitivitas, serta perhitungan Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). Data yang digunakan mencakup kapasitas produksi, biaya bahan baku, harga jual, dan permintaan Januari–Desember 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kombinasi optimal per hari adalah 1.080 unit tahu putih, 880 unit tahu kuning, 920 unit tahu segitiga, dan 620 unit tahu pong, dengan keuntungan maksimal harian sebesar Rp1.995.000,00. Analisis dual mengungkapkan bahwa kacang kedelai dan kayu bakar digunakan sepenuhnya, sedangkan tenaga kerja masih tersisa 9,34 jam. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa penambahan bahan baku masih memungkinkan, tetapi pengurangan di bawah batas tertentu mengubah solusi optimal. Skenario menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan bahan baku dengan jam kerja tetap (Kondisi Optimal 1) menghasilkan keuntungan lebih besar, yaitu Rp2.448.500,00, dibandingkan dengan penyesuaian jam kerja tanpa menambah bahan baku (Kondisi Optimal 2), yang hanya menghasilkan keuntungan Rp1.995.000,00. R/C Ratio masing-masing adalah 4,74 dan 4,65. Disarankan agar perusahaan menambah bahan baku tanpa menambah tenaga kerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keuntungan.Kata kunci: Linear programming, optimalisasi produksi, tahu.AbstractTira Boga Sejahtera (TBSA) Tofu Factory faces an imbalance between production capacity and market demand, which causes production shortages for several periods. This study aims to determine the optimal production combination to maximize profits using the Linear Programming method, equipped with primal, dual, sensitivity analysis, and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) calculations. The data used include production capacity, raw material costs, selling prices, January–December 2024 demand. The results of the analysis show that the optimal combination per day is 1,080 units of white tofu, 880 units of yellow tofu, 920 units of triangular tofu, and 620 units of pong tofu, with a maximum profit of IDR 1,995,000.00. The dual analysis revealed that soybeans and firewood were fully utilized, while labor was still 9.34 hours remaining. Sensitivity analysis indicates that increasing raw materials is still feasible, but reducing them below a minimum threshold alters the optimal solution. The scenario shows that increasing raw materials without extending working hours (Optimal Condition 1) results in a higher profit of IDR 2,448,500 compared to adjusting working hours without increasing raw materials (Optimal Condition 2), which only yields IDR 1,995,000. The R/C Ratio is 4.74 and 4.65, respectively. It is recommended that the company add raw materials without adding workers to increase efficiency and profit.Keywords: Linear programming, production optimization, tofu.

Abstract

AbstrakProvinsi Jawa Barat berpotensi dalam memproduksi pisang yaitu sebanyak 1.267.922 ton dan menempati urutan ketiga sebagai penghasil pisang terbesar di Indonesia. Selain itu, minat konsumsi masyarakat terhadap pisang di Jawa Barat pun cukup tinggi dengan rata - rata konsumsi mencapai 14,846 kg. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pisang menjadi komoditas unggulan yang strategis. CV Agro Berkah Seraya sebagai perusahaan distributor pisang cavendish yang telah bekerja sama dengan petani pisang di beberapa wilayah Indonesia berupaya untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen terkait kebutuhan pisang cavendish yang siap konsumsi. Namun, dalam proses operasional di perusahaan tersebut mengalami beberapa kendala pada kegiatan distribusi seperti kerusakan produk yang menyebabkan kerugian perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab risiko prioritas dan strategi mitigasi prioritas dari risiko distribusi pisang cavendish di CV Agro Berkah Seraya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode House of Risk dengan 2 fase diantaranya yaitu House of Risk fase 1 dan diagram pareto untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab risiko prioritas dan House of Risk fase 2 untuk mengidentifikasi strategi mitigasi prioritas. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, diperoleh 15 kejadian risiko (risk event) dan 15 penyebab risiko (risk agent) dari kegiatan distribusi pisang cavendish. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan diagram pareto dan dihasilkan 9 penyebab risiko (risk agent) prioritas. Pada hasil 9 risk agent prioritas tersebut, dirumuskan 13 strategi mitigasi menggunakan metode House of Risk fase 2. Metode tersebut menghasilkan urutan prioritas strategi mitigasi dengan urutan pertama yaitu melakukan perjanjian kontrak pemesanan dengan konsumen. Urutan prioritas strategi mitigasi tersebut diharapkan dapat mencegah terjadinya kejadian risiko yang dapat merugikan CV Agro Berkah Seraya.Kata kunci: Diagram pareto, house of risk, mitigasi, pisang cavendish, risiko.AbstractWest Java Province has the potential to produce 1.267.922 tons of bananas and ranks as the third largest banana producer in Indonesia. In addition, public consumption interest in bananas in West Java is also quite high with an average consumption of 14,846 kg. This shows that bananas are a strategic, superior commodity. CV Agro Berkah Seraya as a cavendish banana distributor company that has collaborated with banana farmers in several regions of Indonesia strives to meet consumer demand for cavendish bananas that are ready for consumption. However, in the operational process, the company experiences several obstacles in distribution activities such as product damage that causes company losses. This study aims to identify the causes of priority risks and priority mitigation strategies of cavendish banana distribution risks at CV Agro Berkah Seraya. This research uses the House of Risk method with 2 phases including House of Risk phase 1 and pareto diagram to identify priority risk agents and House of Risk phase 2 to identify priority mitigation strategies. Based on the results of risk identification, 15 risk events and 15 risk agents were obtained from cavendish banana distribution activities. Pareto diagrams were used and 9 prioritized risk agents were identified. As a result of the 9 prioritized risk agents, 13 mitigation strategies were formulated using the House of Risk phase 2 method. The method produces a prioritized sequence of mitigation strategies with the first order being to make an order contract agreement with consumers. The priority order of the mitigation strategy is expected to prevent the occurrence of risk events that can harm CV Agro Berkah Seraya.Keywords: Cavendish banana, house of risk, mitigation, pareto diagram, risk.

Abstract

Pokdakan Nila Sulyani Kalijati memproduksi beberapa jenis benih ikan nila seperti ikan nila merah danhitam. Peramalan penjualan membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengambil keputusan serta menentukanjumlah stok yang optimal berdasarkan prediksi hasil penjualan. Permasalahan yang terjadi padaPokdakan Nila Sulyani Kalijati keraguan dalam pasokan budidaya benih ikan menjadi masalah bagipokdakan, yang dapat menyebabkan mereka menghadapi kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengenalisis peramalan penjualan dan menghitung keuntungan yang dihasilkan dariperamalan penjualan benih ikan nila merah dan hitam di Pokdakan Nila Sulyani Kalijati selama periode9 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peramalan yaitu Decompotion Multiplicative dan ARIMA.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ARIMA (3,1,3) menghasilkan nilai Mean SquareDeviation (MSD) terkecil untuk benih ikan nila merah, yaitu sebesar 1,97505E+11. Sementara itu, untukbenih ikan nila hitam, nilai Mean Square Deviation (MSD) terkecil diperoleh menggunakan metodeARIMA (3,1,3), dengan nilai sebesar 1,16810E+10. Ramalan penjualan benih ikan nila merah periodeke-18 hingga ke-26 menunjukkan data stabil, dengan kenaikan signifikan pada periode 23 hingga 24.Penjualan benih ikan nila hitam menunjukkan peningkatan stabil pada periode 18 hingga 20, diikutipenurunan drastis dari periode 21 hingga 25, dengan kerugian mencapai -76.714 ekor pada periode 24.Total keuntungan dari penjualan kedua jenis benih ikan nila selama 9 bulan (periode 18-26) mencapaiRp368.253.088, dengan rata-rata bulanan sebesar Rp40.917.010.

Abstract

Mangrove pasir putih cilamaya kulon karawang is a 20-hectare beach and mangrove forest tourism area. As a conservation area, eco-tourism mangrove pasir putih cilamaya kulon itself is projected to be able to save the pasir putih fishing village area, which was previously threatened by erosion. Mangroves can also have economic value, but many people do not know that mangroves have many benefits and can increase income. The purpose of this community service activity is to empower the community through diversification of mangrove product processing in the form of mangrove batik, mangrove soap and dodol in improving community skills related to processing and marketing of good mangrove processed products. To increase the sales and household income of the community around the white sand mangrove tourism. The partner in the implementation of this service is prpm pasir putih, which oversees the management activities of tourism and mangrove forests in sukajaya village.

Abstract

The semi-biofloc vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) technology is still manual, often having problems such as aeration stones which often fall into ponds and pests in vannamei shrimp disease. This research aims to identify internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors that influence vannamei shrimp cultivation strategies. The method used is a case study, analysis using IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and the Grand Strategy Matrix. There were 10 respondents, including shrimp farmers, traders, people in charge, Fisheries PPLs, experts/experts, Fisheries Services, apprentices, and vannamei shrimp entrepreneurs. Primary data was collected directly through observation and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from journal literature and previous research. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique carried out by taking samples from a population based on certain criteria. The research results maximize strengths and opportunities, but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. Recommendations given include maintaining product quality and improving technology such as UV light to prevent dead cells in viruses/bacteria from infecting or spreading widely. Semi-biofloc vannamei shrimp have great potential to produce quality production so that they get higher opinions. The conclusion of this research shows that Vannamei Semi Biofloc Shrimp can improve production quality and increase income.

Abstract

Desa Muarabaru merupakan kawasan pesisir karawang yang mengembangkan hasil produk perikanan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga nelayan. Keterlibatan anggota keluarga dalam rumah tangga masyarakat pesisir dalam aktivitas mencari nafkah sudah menjadi pola strategi adaptasi penghidupan yang terkonstruksi baik secara tradisi maupun akibat dari dinamika kondisi lingkungan sosial ekonomi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah: 1) Tingginya tingkat kemiskinan masyarakat kawasan pesisir, 2) Keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kemampuan dalam memaksimalkan sumberdaya perikanan yang ada, 3) Keterbatasan modal dalam usaha pengolahan hasil perikanan. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat pesisir khususnya dalam mengolah hasil perikanan melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam perbaikan produk hasil perikanan serta diperlukan strategi pemasaran pada UMKM perikanan sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga nelayan dan menjadi solusi dari pengentasan kemiskinan masyarakat pesisir di Indonesia.

Abstract

Shrimp paste by home industry in Muarabaru Village, Cilamaya Wetan Subdistrict, Karawang Regency often faces problems especially in its marketing strategy, including simple packaging, unstrategic location, and limited promotion. The purpose of this research is to analyze the business model and design a new marketing strategy for the shrimp paste by home industry in Muarabaru Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with Business Model Canvas (BMC) and quantitative with Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 38 respondents consisting of business actors, retail traders, consumers, and experts. This study found that the shrimp paste by home industry in Muarabaru Village needs to improve, reduce, and create its marketing strategy. The most important thing to improve is the strategy of providing electronic payment tools such as banks and digital wallets to facilitate the transaction process with a score of 3.49. The most important thing to reduce is the strategy of maintaining discounts with a score of -1.46. The most important thing to create is a strategy to provide educational tourism facilities for making shrimp paste with a score of 4.52. It can be concluded that home industry in Muarabaru Village need to be more open about the times and technological advances to develop their business.

Abstract

Milkfish is one of the leading aquaculture commodities which has high consumption value in Indonesia. The implementation of milkfish pond cultivation in Sedari Village, Cibuaya District is still not optimal because it is constrained by limited fertilizer provided by agricultural kiosks. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of production factors on production and to analyze the level of technical efficiency. The data analysis method used is the Stochastic Frontier production function. The research results show that the production factors that have a real and significant influence are pond area, seeds and labor. Meanwhile, the variables fertilizer, feed, pesticide, water pump and technology dummy did not have a significant effect on milkfish production in Sedari Village. Milkfish farming in Sedari Village is technically efficient because the average technical efficiency value is 0.84 with the highest efficiency level being 0.95 and the lowest efficiency level being 0.10.
