Abstract

This article is the result of co-research the author and students in completing her final education at STIE Riau. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze influence of Supervision toward the Work Discipline of Teachers in the Vocational High School "XY" Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study amounted to 42 teachers and in its presentation the authors describe the descriptive and quantitative methods. Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS application, the t test results in simple linear regression obtained t_count > t_table (8.277> 2.020) and the significance value obtained 0.000 < 0.05. In connection with positive and significant supervision of the Work Discipline, Teachers with a contribution of 45.6%, based on the R Square Value obtained by 0.456 or 45.6%

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze the effect of  tranformational and transactional leadership towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teachers of  SMK "M" Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study used the census method with 47 respondents. Using descriptive and quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the partial test results for Transformational Leadership Variables (X1) are obtained, t count> t table (3.041> 2.015). Furthermore, the partial test results for the Transactional Leadership Variable (X2), obtained t count > t table (2,719 > 2,015). Both are variable X with probability <0.05. This means that Transformational Leadership (X1) and Transactional Leadership (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on OCB at SMK “M” Pekanbaru. Likewise, the simultaneous test results obtained the value of F count > Ftable (30.549> 3,210) with a probability of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the variables of Transformational Leadership (X1) and Transactional Leadership (X2)  simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on OCB at SMK “M” Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence  both of variables on OCB at SMK “M” of Pekanbaru, based on the Determination Coefficient Test, obtained 56.2% and the remaining 43.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

ABSTRACT  : This study aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the new tide division of PT. Telkom Access Pekanbaru. With a total of 34 respondents. In analyzing the data obtained from the object of this study using the Simple Linear Regression Analysis Method, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership variables on employee performance in the new tide division of PT. Telkom Access Pekanbaru. This means that employee performance is strongly influenced by the leadership given. The results of the validation test, reliability test and normality test of all items were declared valid because Rhitung> Rtabel. The results of this study are the Simple Linear Regression Equation model Y = 3.031 + 0.923X. Based on the data in the t test where t count 13.534> t table 2.039 means that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance in the new tide division. And the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.851 (85.1%) while the side (100% - 85.1% = 14.9%) is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of organizational commitment and supervision on the work discipline of employees of CV. Bintang Terang Pekanbaru with a total population and research sample of 41 respondents. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods as well as multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The average score for the overall organizational commitment variable statement was 3.87 and the Supervision variable was 3.90, meaning that both variables are in the GOOD class interval. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the value of t_count for organizational commitment and supervision was greater than t_table with a significance < 0.05 and an F arithmetic value > F table. Thus, Ha was accepted, meaning that organizational commitment and supervision on partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on Work Discipline of  employees CV Bintang Terang Pekanbaru . The magnitude of the influence of the two variables on work discipline is obtained from the Adjusted R Square value of 0.584 or 58.4% and the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the morale of teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, normality tests, hypothesis testing through t-test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The results of data processing obtained that hypothesis testing with t test there is a t count of 3.989 and t table of 2.036 so that the hypothesis test in this study is t arithmetic 3.989 > t table 2.036 and also a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05 which means organizational culture significant effect on the morale of teachers MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru. The form of the relationship between organizational culture and the morale of the teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru is positive, as evidenced by the regression coefficient (b) of 0.517, which means that each increase in organizational culture by one unit will increase the morale of the teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru by 0.517 units. The value of R Square is 0.332. It means that the contribution of organizational culture to the morale of the teachers at MTs Darul Muqomah Pekanbaru is 33.20%. While the remaining 66.80% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study entitled The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Education Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this study were all 79 civil servants of the Educational Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods and then analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of the recapitulation of the average value of the competency variable are 4.11, meaning that the respondents' answers to all statements of Competence for Education Personnel are in the GOOD category. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the value of t_count > t_table (9,714 > 1,991) and a significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The R square value of 0.551 or 55.1% means that competence has an influence on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru by 55.1% and the rest (44.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at Rural Bank of Rokan Hilir.. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 31 people, using the census method (saturated sampling). The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the compensation variable (X) obtained t-count is greater than t-table (3.506 > 2.045). Thus it can be concluded that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees. Rural Bank of Rokan Hilir,. The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.298 (29.8%) explains that the compensation variable contributes to the influence of the performance of employees. Rural Bank Rokan Hilir by 29.8%. While the remaining 70.2% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. "Qr" at the Dang Merdu Tower of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. The population of this study were 35 employees of PT "QR" who were assigned as Cleaning Service at the Dang Merdu Tower of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru City. The sample technique in this study used the census method so that there were 35. The research method used in this study was descriptive and quantitative method and then analyzed using simple linear regression method. The results of data processing obtained the average value of the workload variable is 3.41, meaning that the respondent's answer to all workload statements is Agree (GOOD). Based on the results of the regression test, it is known that the t_count > t_table (29.004 > 2.037) and a significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), then Ha is accepted. This means that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. "Qr" at the Dang Merdu Tower of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. The R square value is 0.487, this shows that workload has an influence on employee performance at PT. "Qr" at the Dang Merdu Tower of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah was 48.7% and the remaining 51.7% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This  research  was  conducted  at  PT.  Karya  Fia  Utama  Pekanbaru  which  is located on Jl. Garuda No. 57A New East Labuh Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of security unit employees at PT. Work by Fia Utama Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using several methods. First, the simple linear regression test method obtained by the Simple Linear Regression Equation is as follows Y = a + bX. (Y = 31.191 + 0.443X). Second, the Work Discipline t test has a significant effect on the performance of security unit employees at PT. Work by Fia Utama Pekanbaru. This is proven based on the t test found tcount > ttable (3.363 > 2.035). And finally, the magnitude of the influence of the work discipline variable on the performance variable is 25.5%, this is proven based on the results of the Determination Test where an R2 value of0.255 is obtained.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Principal Leadership on Teacher Work Spirit at SMK Taruna “X” Pekanbaru. The population of this study consisted of 59 teacher respondents, while the sample was 58 respondents. The research method used in this study is Descriptive and Quantitative methods, followed by analysis using simple linear regression. The data processing results show that the average value of the Leadership variable is 4.03, meaning that respondents' answers for all Leadership statements are Agree (good). Based on the regression test results, it is known that the t_count > t_table (6.817 > 2.003) and significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), thus Ha is accepted. This means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Spirit. The R-square value obtained is 0.454 or 45.4%, meaning that the leadership variable has an influence on the Work Spirit of SMK Taruna “X” Teachers by 45.4%, and the remaining (100 - 45.4) 54.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
