Abstract

Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Mikro Kecil Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir   Lamin* Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau Email: lamindal782@gmail.com   Arhipen Yapentra Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau     Abstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil di kabuapaten Indragiri Hilir. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terhadap 76 orang pemilik usaha bengkel sepeda motor di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Kompetensi kewirausahaan usaha kecil pada kategori tinggi dengan perolehan rata-rata 3,78 dan untuk kinerja usaha juga pada kategori tinggi dengan perolehan rata-rata 3,81. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 6,509 sedangkan untuk nilai t_tabel sebesar 1,993. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil di kota Pekanbaru. Nilai R Square 0,302 atau 30,20% yang memiliki arti bahwa besarnya kontribusi kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil di kabupaten Indragiri Hilir sebesar 30,20%. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of work environment on employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru. To achieve this objective, the study was conducted using a sample of 55 respondents through a questionnaire method. The data analysis employed both descriptive and quantitative methods utilizing simple linear regression. Based on the testing results of the work environment variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y) using SPSS software, the obtained t-count (6.695) was greater than the t-table value (2.006), thus indicating that variable X or the work environment factor has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru. The R Square (R²) value of 0.463 (46.3%) demonstrates that employee performance at Subur PS Poultry Farm Pekanbaru can be explained by the work environment factor at 46.3%. Meanwhile, the remaining 53.7% represents other independent variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

This study investigates how leadership influences employee performance at the Burger Indonesia outlet in Panam Pekanbaru, Riau. A census of 38 employees was surveyed using Likert‑scaled questionnaires, and simple linear regression was applied. Results reveal that leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.564, t = 4.093, p < 0.001), explaining 31.8 percent of performance variance (R² = 0.318). Employees perceive leadership practices—especially motivation, participative decision‑making, and clear delegation—as key drivers of higher work quality, timeliness, and productivity. Nevertheless, disciplinary data and absenteeism records indicate areas where leadership enforcement could improve. The study recommends that managers intensify participatory decision‑making, consistent sanctions, and regular motivation sessions to sustain performance. Future research should integrate additional variables (e.g., work environment, compensation) to capture the remaining 68.2 percent of unexplained variance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT CEPART Indonesia, Pekanbaru Branch, located at Jl. Garuda Sakti Km. 3, Pergudangan Angkasa II. The study population consisted of 34 employees. Data analysis showed a t-value for the compensation variable of 4.646 with a significance level of 0.000. This indicates that compensation significantly influences employee performance. The correlation (R) value of 0.403 indicates that compensation has a 40.30% effect on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that compensation significantly influences employee performance at PT CEPART Pekanbaru Branch.

Abstract

Kosiok Island in Muara Jalai Village has unique potential as a conservation-based tourism destination that requires professional management to achieve superior and sustainable services. This research and community service activity aims to improve the quality of tourism services through intensive training and mentoring for local managers. The methods used included needs analysis, theoretical and practical training, and direct field mentoring. The training covered key topics such as conservation and ecotourism principles, tourist service standards, operational management, and digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in managers' understanding of the concept of conservation integrated with tourism, improvements in service operational standards, and enhanced communication and tour guiding skills based on local and environmental knowledge. Ongoing mentoring ensured the implementation of best practices that focus on an educational tourist experience and minimize negative impacts on the environment. In conclusion, structured training and mentoring empower local managers, which in turn will drive improvements in the quality of tourism services, maintain the sustainability of the Kosiok Island ecosystem, and sustainably improve the well-being of the Muara Jalai Village community.ABSTRAKPulau Kosiok di Desa Muara Jalai memiliki potensi unik sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis konservasi yang membutuhkan pengelolaan profesional untuk mencapai layanan yang unggul dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dan kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki mutu layanan wisata melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif bagi para pengelola lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan teoritis dan praktis, serta pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Pelatihan mencakup materi penting seperti prinsip-prinsip konservasi dan ekowisata, standar pelayanan wisatawan, manajemen operasional, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Temuan kegiatan ini memperlihatkan lonjakan yang nyata pada pemahaman pengelola mengenai konsep konservasi yang terintegrasi dengan pariwisata, perbaikan dalam standar operasional layanan, dan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi serta pemanduan wisata yang berbasis pengetahuan lokal dan lingkungan. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memastikan penerapan praktik terbaik yang berfokus pada pengalaman wisatawan yang mendidik dan meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur mampu memberdayakan pengelola lokal, yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong peningkatan mutu layanan wisata, menjaga kelestarian ekosistem Pulau Kosiok, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Muara Jalai secara berkelanjutan.
