Abstract

Studi ini berjudul “Korupsi Dana Desa Dalam Perspektif Principal-Agent”. Dilatari oleh munculnya fenomena local elit capture yang semakin menciderai kepercayaan publik terhadap penyelenggaran pemerintah pada aras lokal Desa. Menggunakan pendekatan principal-agent sebagai pisau teoretik dalam memaknai korupsi pada aras lokal Desa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk meneropong fenomena sosial yang diteliti dalam membaca dan menganalisis setiap data yang ditemukan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan. Pertama, korupsi sebagai akibat asimetri informasi diantara principal dan agent. Kekuasaan atas informasi dimanfaatkan oleh elit lokal untuk mengkapitalisasi proses pembangunan. Kedua, korupsi terjadi karena ketiadaan mekanisme pengawasan publik pada aras lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the involvement of marginalized groups in the formulation of regional regulations (Perda) in Mataram City within the framework of inclusive local political participation. This study uses a qualitative method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to scientific articles published in the last five years (2021–2025) and available in the Dimensions and Scopus databases. Only literature that meets the eligibility criteria—including topic relevance, journal reputation, and full-text availability—is systematically analyzed. The results of the study show that the participation of marginalized groups, such as female heads of households, people with disabilities, and indigenous communities, is still hampered by structural and cultural factors. Existing participatory mechanisms are symbolic and not substantively inclusive. Although digital technology offers the potential to expand participation, its implementation still faces challenges in terms of social justice and cultural sensitivity. This study recommends the need to integrate the principles of intersectionality, social justice, and participatory evaluation in the formulation of Perda. This study contributes to filling the literature gap on inclusive local political participation and offers a new direction for regional policies that are more transformative and responsive to the needs of vulnerable groups.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara parsial dan simultan intensitas iklan dan harga terhadap impulsive buying pada pengguna e – commerce Shopee mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan 99 sampel, mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Intensitas iklan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap impulsive buying pada pengguna e – commerce Shopee mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Nilai uji t menunjukkan bahwa thitung 2.770 > ttabel 1.984. 2) Harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap impulsive buying pada pengguna e – commerce Shopee mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Nilai t menunjukkan bahwa thitung 4.980 > ttabel 1.984. 3) Intensitas iklan dan harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap impulsive buying pada pengguna e – commerce Shopee mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Nilai uji F menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung 26.802 > Ftabel 3.090. Selain itu nilai dari R Square sebesar 35.8% menunjukkan bahwa variabel intensitas iklan dan harga dapat menjelaskan 35.8%, sehingga 64.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain seperti faktor layout website, hot list product dan fasilitas cicilan pembayaran.   KATA KUNCI: E- Commerce,Harga, Implusive Buying,dan  Intensitas Iklan

Abstract

Pengelolaan potensi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dan Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) Kuripan dalam mendukung program masih rendah. Tujuan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendalami potensi local BUMDes dan PCM Kuripan Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Metode digunakan adalah Metode digunakan adalah sosialisasi. Kegiatan  pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan diantaranya: 1) Persiapan tim pengabdian 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan, 3) evaluasi, berupa feed back terhadap kegiatan. Hasil dan pemabahasan adalah Pelatihan ini telah memberikan kontribusi cukup baik dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola BUMDes dan PCM Kuripan. Dimna mampu memahami dalam mengelola potensi ekonomi desa melalui BUMDes dan PCM secara lebih efektif. Keberhasilan pelatihan ini tercermin dari peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang diperoleh. landasan bagi keberlanjutan program penguatan BUMDes dan PCM Kuripan dalam mendorong sinergi antara akademisi, pemerintah, masyarakat dan Mitra BEI dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi desa lebih mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a socio-economic reintegration model for returnee migrant workers in Indonesia based on the Sustainable Livelihood framework and socio-cultural approaches. Although numerous studies have highlighted the importance of these two approaches separately, their integration within the context of migrant reintegration in Indonesia remains limited. Employing a qualitative method through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes relevant studies published over the past six years (2019–2025) using the Dimensions and Scopus databases. The findings reveal that reintegration is a complex process influenced by structural, socio-cultural, as well as local and global dynamics. Social capital and adaptive capacity emerge as key elements in addressing reintegration challenges, particularly during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, an effective reintegration model must be holistic, community-based, and supported by cross-sector collaboration and institutional transformation. This study contributes both conceptually and practically to the design of inclusive and adaptive reintegration policies that are responsive to the dynamics of global labor mobility.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze Selaparang Inclusion as a strategic approach to strengthening governance and improving the quality of public services in Selaparang District, Mataram City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method assisted by the NVivo 12 Plus tool to analyze the data. The results show that the active participation of local stakeholders, such as the Selaparang District Head and the Mataram Inclusive Formulation Team, indicates a collaborative and reflective process, although obstacles are still encountered in directing the concept of inclusion so that it is easily understood by the wider community. Meanwhile, the main targets of Selaparang Inclusion show that the elderly are the group with the greatest attention (30%), followed by people with disabilities (23.33%), children (20%), women (16.67%), and indigenous communities (10%). These findings provide a concrete picture of the direction of priority programs and indicate the still low attention to women and indigenous communities. Overall, the Selaparang Inclusion program has succeeded in becoming a collaborative platform across actors in building an inclusive region. However, further efforts are still needed to increase representation and access to services for underrepresented groups. This program is an example of good practice in realizing just, equal, and participatory governance at the local level.

Abstract

Abstrak Ceramah Nuzulul Quran sebagai instrumen penting dalam memperdalam pemahaman dan mengaktualisasikan ajaran Al-Quran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatan pemahaman dan implementasi nilai-nilai Nuzulul Quran melalui ceramah di Mesjid Al Muhajjirin Lombok Barat. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian beberapa tahap diantaranya: perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dan pembahasan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan nuzulul quran mencerminkan perubahan positif dalam pola pikir dan prilaku masyarakat, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan solidaritas sosial, tanggung jawab moral, dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Kegiatan  partisipatif dalam ceramah Nuzulul Quran dapat menjadi model efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman agama dan mempromosikan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ajaran Al-Quran untuk membangun masyarakat yang lebih harmonis dan berdaya. Kata kunci: ceramah; nuzulul qur’an; model; petunjuk Abstract Nuzulul Quran lectures are an important instrument in deepening understanding and actualizing the teachings of the Koran in everyday life. The aim of this community service is to increase understanding and implementation of the values of the Nuzulul Quran through lectures at the Al Muhajjirin Mosque, West Lombok. The service method is implemented through a series of stages including: planning, implementation and evaluation. The results and discussion of community service are that nuzulul quran activities reflect positive changes in people's thought patterns and behavior, which are reflected in increased social solidarity, moral responsibility, and active participation in social activities. Participatory activities in Nuzulul Quran lectures can be an effective model in strengthening religious understanding and promoting the values contained in the teachings of the Koran to build a more harmonious and empowered society. Keywords: lecture; nuzulul qur'an; model; instruction

Abstract

The formulation and establishment of service standards require public participation. This study explores the forms and quality of participation and examines the role of citizens through the perspectives of New Public Service and a rights-based approach. Using a qualitative phenomenological method, it captures the experiences of government officials, service users, academics, and NGOs in the licensing and health sectors. The findings show that although participation is formally mandated, it remains largely symbolic because the substance of the standards is centrally determined through OSS and NSPK based on KBLI. This centralization creates an imbalance between local service responsibilities and regional authority, while limited human resources and budgets weaken analytical capacity and the follow-up of participatory inputs. As a result, service standards function more as administrative documents than as dialogic and collaborative social contracts, underscoring the need for more participatory, contextual, and rights-oriented public service policies.
