Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which has been going on for more than two years, has left various problems affecting health, the economy, and the flow of information in society. The government of Indonesia and related parties are trying to educate the public about the importance of booster vaccines and sustainability in maintaining health protocols through mass media, one of which is online mass media such as Instagram. In order to see the pros and cons of uploaded comments related to Covid-19 information, this study aims to examine the comparison of public responses in responding to information about the Covid-19 pandemic on the doctor's accounts @adamprabata and Ministry of Health @kemenkes_ri on Instagram. This study used a qualitative approach with a virtual ethnographic method based on Cyber Media Analysis. The data for this study are taken through observations from the two Instagram accounts related to information about Covid-19 in October - November 2022. This timeframe is chosen to see how the public perceives information related to Covid-19 when the Covid-19 pandemic has started to subside. However, there is concern that the number of sufferers will increase due to the emergence of the XBB subvariant. The results of the research show that ordinary people perceive Covid-19 as does not exist anymore. Thus, health protocol and vaccines were no longer necessary. Meanwhile, people who have sought health information in more depth by following doctors' accounts who frequently discuss health issues, including Covid-19 from different perspective. Abstract

As a contributor to the country's foreign exchange and job openings for the Indonesian people, it is appropriate for MSMEs to be one of the priorities in government programs. The government has made many efforts to empower MSMEs, including through Government Regulation (PP) Number 7 of 2021 concerning the Facilitation, Protection, and Empowerment of MSME Cooperatives. Previous research explains that higher education empowers MSMEs by conducting several community service programs for MSME actors. This research aims to dig deeper into the digital literacy owned by the Teras Ciapus MSME Community members in Bogor Regency and their challenges in improving digital literacy. Focus Group Discussions and in- depth interviews use qualitative methods in this study. The FGD was conducted for 63 active members of the Ciapus Terrace community. S The measurement standard used in this FGD activity is to identify the experience of members of the Ciapus Core Community in using digital marketing. An in-depth interview was conducted with the chairman and four Teras Ciapus MSME Community members. The results of the study found that there is still a low level of digital literacy owned by members of the Ciapus Teras community. All community members have digital devices, such as smartphones, but have not used them optimally. Several challenges they face include social and cultural barriers, lack of awareness of ICT use, and unequal opportunities for members to participate in digital training activities. The results of this research hope to provide strategic input for the government, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders in supporting the development of MSMEs through strengthening digital literacy.

Abstract

Penilaian kondisi bangunan merupakan pekerjaan penting karena penurunan kondisi bangunan merupakan sesuatu yang tidak bisa dicegah.Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan kondisi bangunan seperti faktor cuaca, penggunaan bangunan yang tidak sesuai fungsinya, dan proses pekerjaan pemeliharaan dan perawatan yang tidak tepat. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta sejak tahun 2022 tengah gencar melakukan survei pendataan kondisi bangunan khususnya hunian di seluruh wilayah Kelurahan. Proses survei menggunakan bantuan surveyor mahasiswa dan Dasawisma dari Kelurahan di lokasi pendataan. Sebelum pelaksanaan survei, pihak Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Unit Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPRKP) bekerjasama dengan Universitas Pancasila untuk melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penilaian kondisi bangunan bertempat di Aula Fakultas Teknik, 17-18 Maret 2025 dengan peserta Dasawisma dari Kelurahan Ceger, Bale Kambang, Cipinang Besar Selatan, Cililitan, Cakung Timur dan Klender. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diharapkan akan menjadi bekal bagi surveyor dan Dasawisma dalam melaksanakan proses pendataan kondisi bangunan hunian di 6 Kelurahan tersebut.

Abstract

Desa Bayah Barat di Kabupaten Lebak, Banten, merupakan wilayah yang berada di zona merah rawan tsunami dengan tingkat literasi bencana masyarakat yang masih rendah, khususnya pada level keluarga. Banyak keluarga belum memahami mitigasi, evakuasi mandiri, dan penanganan pasca-bencana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan membangun keluarga tangguh bencana melalui pendekatan literasi bencana berbasis komunikasi risiko. Metode yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan door-to-door kepada 90 KK, pelatihan untuk 20 relawan Desa Tangguh Bencana (Destana), serta pengembangan media edukasi seperti modul, "Kartu Siaga Keluarga", dan papan permainan (gameboard) simulasi komunikasi risiko. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, di mana skor rata-rata pengetahuan keluarga meningkat dari 60,55 (pre-test) menjadi 75,25 (post-test). Sementara itu, para relawan juga mengalami peningkatan dari 76,88 menjadi 81,88. Pendekatan yang bersifat personal dan penggunaan alat peraga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas keluarga serta relawan dalam menghadapi risiko bencana
