Abstract

Abstract:The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning for grade III elementary school. Specifically, this research aims to increase students' knowledge of multiplication operations using the play method in class III elementary school students. The research method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). This research used two cycles. In each observation cycle, observations are carried out using data collection techniques in the form of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of research in cycle 1 obtained an average learning outcome value of 61.46 with a total of 13 students. Then 7 students completed and 6 students did not complete. The highest score obtained by students was 93 and the lowest score was 24. The classical completeness percentage was set at 70% and student learning outcomes in cycle I did not meet the completeness criteria because the student completeness percentage value was only 53.84%. In cycle II, the average value of student learning outcomes was 81.38 with the number of students being 13 people. Then 12 students completed and 1 student did not complete. The highest score obtained by students was 97 and the lowest score was 55. The class completion percentage was 92.30% so that student learning outcomes in cycle II met the minimum completion criteria of 70%. From the data above, the average score obtained for students in cycle I was 61.46, while in cycle II the average score was 81.38. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I and cycle II.

Abstract

The development of P5 teaching module in the curriculum independent is very important because it adapts to technological developments and the transition from the previous 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum. The current problem in the school is that teachers are still having problems in compiling teaching modules and the lack of use the interactive learning models also the use of IT-based learning media so it takes an impact on achieving learning objectives namely low student learning outcomes. Developing a teaching module requires a model that can involve students in the learning process also the use of IT-based learning media that can adapt to technological developments and the needs of the times. So, the aim of this research is to determine the validity of modules, IT-based learning media with research instruments, also to determine the responses of teachers and students in using teaching modules. What will be measured in the development of this module are the validity of the module, learning media, research instruments also the student and teacher responses in using the module. This research is development research that using the 4-D model, namely define, design, develop and disseminate. The instruments used are validation sheets, student-teacher response sheets, and student learning result test sheets. According to the study results, it was found that the validity of teaching modules, IT-based learning media and research instruments is absolutely valid category so it can be applied in the learning process. Meanwhile, the response of the students and the teachers about using teaching module is get a very positive response.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan modul ajar berbasis P5 dilaksakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru terkait pengembangan modul ajar berbasis P5. Kegiatan inti dan puncak dari pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan pada 25 Mei 2024. Namun, tahap persiapan sudah dimulai dari April 2024 dan berakhir pada tahap pasca kegiatan, termasuk penyusunan laporan di Agustus 2024. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diselenggarakan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi. Pelatihan berjalan lancar dan dapat dikatakan berhasil dan efektif karena telah melebihi indikator skor keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan. Peserta pelatihan memberikan respon yang sangat positif terhadap pelatihan yang telah diselenggarakan. Peserta mengungkapkan bahwa materi yang telah diberikan sangat memuaskan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru sudah memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang baik dalam mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis P5 dan hal ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru SD.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas berbasis IT sangatlah penting dilakukan untuk menunjang proyek penguatan profil Pancasila dalam kurikulum merdeka. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi secara efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran, memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa, dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan kelas secara keseluruhan untuk menunjang penguatan proyek profil pelajar Pancasila dalam kurikulum merdeka. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN No. 58 Inpres Pangale dengan melibatkan guru-guru dalam sekolah tersebut yang dijadikan sebagai peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tiga dosen dan lima mahasiswa sebagai tim pengabdi. Alur dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Untuk mengetahui respons guru terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan angket evaluasi yang dibagikan pada saat sebelum kegiatan berlangsung dan setelah kegiatan. Adapun hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa sebagian guru sangat puas dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan serta dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat menambah wawasan guru dan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan kelas berbasis IT.

Abstract

The current problem is that students' problem-solving abilities are still in the low category because students do not understand the problems given. Based on this, this study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of E-modules for Earth and Space Science courses. This research type uses the ADDIE learning design model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The subjects of the study were two experts, namely media experts and material experts. The subjects of the trial were science education students, especially in semester III, totaling 34 students. Data collection methods used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data collection instruments used questionnaire sheets. The techniques used in analyzing data were qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the validation results showed that the module was declared very valid in terms of content and media. The results of small-scale and group trials also showed that the developed E-module was practical. The results of the N-gain test showed a score of 77, which was categorized as high, indicating the effectiveness of the intervention. It is concluded that the E-module is validated and effective in developing teaching materials using the ADDIE model, with potential improvements identified for future literacy. This study implies that the E-module developed represents a significant step forward in preparing students with important problem-solving skills to prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century.

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase the understanding of young people in Nepo village regarding digital literacy and digital transformation assistance. The method of implementing this service uses socialization and training with a participatory approach. The evaluation instrument for this activity uses a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that there has been a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concepts of digital literacy, digital transformation and social media. Digital literacy understanding increased from 50% to 79%, while benefits of digital literacy understanding rose from 50% to 87%. Participants also showed an increase in understanding the era of digital transformation (from 38% to 79%) and the impact of social media (from 43% to 93%). They also understand ethics and cyber security better, with significant improvements. The digital literacy education program in Nepo village has successfully achieved its goals, empowering the younger generation in digital literacy, digital transformation and social media ethics.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Permenpan dan RB nomor 16 tentang Jabatan Fungsional Guru dan Angka Kreditnya, guru berkewajiban mempublikasikan karya ilmiah sebagai salah satu syarat pengajuan kenaikan pangkat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan tema pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah diangkat sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru menulis karya ilmiah dan mempublikasikannya pada jurnal ilmiah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan guru SMP Negeri 2 Majene. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop, dimana pemateri menyajikan materi dan peserta workshop melakukan unjuk kerja mandiri dengan membuat artikel sesuai dengan template yang disediakan pemateri. Kelebihan dari template yang disediakan adalah template tersebut memuat banyak jenis cara untuk menuliskan bagian-bagian artikel sehingga guru-guru tidak perlu khawatir tentang potensi plagiarisme yang mungkin akan terjadi. Pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam menulis artikel ilmiah. Melalui serangkaian materi, peserta memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai struktur, gaya, dan teknik penulisan artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas

Abstract

Karya sastra memiliki banyak jenisnya, salah satunya adalah puisi. Namun pembaca puisi perlu untuk memahami lebih dalam maknanya untuk mampu mengintepretasikan puisi dengan baik dan benar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendeskripsikan struktural puisi yang terdiri dari struktur fisik dan struktur batin. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti sebagai instrumen utama. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian antara lain, struktur fisik puisi karya Gusman Azis, antara lain perwajahan puisi (tipografi) menggunakan tipografi konvensional, diksi yang digunakan penyair pada umumnya menggunakan kata-kata puitis dan bahasa sehari-hari, imaji dalam kumpulan puisi Gusman Azis meliputi imaji perasaan, gaya bahasa menggunakan majas hiperbola dan personifikasi, terdapat kata konkret untuk menambah imaji pembaca, dan verifikasi berupa rima, ritme, serta metrum. Selain itu terdapat struktur batin berupa tema kasih sayang dan pesan berupa mencintai serta menyayangi seseroang dengan sungguh-sungguh.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the local wisdom-based Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Strengthening Program in overcoming learning difficulties and improving student academic achievement in elementary schools in Polewali Mandar Regency. The P5 program is implemented by utilizing local values such as gotong royong, responsibility, and respect for others. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 20 informants consisting of teachers, students and parents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis method.The results showed that the implementation of local wisdom-based P5 was effective in helping students overcome learning difficulties through project-based activities and hands-on experiences. Students who were originally passive and experienced learning difficulties became more active and motivated in participating in learning. In addition, P5 is also proven to improve students' academic achievement, especially in science, math, art and history subjects. Activities relevant to students' daily lives, such as environmental projects, traditional food making and museum visits, help students understand abstract concepts better. Overall, the P5 program contributes to improving the quality of learning in Polewali Mandar district by creating a learning environment that is relevant, contextual, and supports students' character development in accordance with the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to develop interactive teaching materials based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can support the application of differentiated learning in Phase B students. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) development model. Validation was carried out on three main components, namely teaching materials, learning outcome instruments, and teacher and student response questionnaires. The validation results showed that the teaching materials obtained an average score of 3.7 and were declared very valid, both in terms of content, display, and language use. The learning outcome instruments validated from the aspects of questions, construction, language, and time allocation also obtained an average of 3.7. The teacher and student response questionnaires achieved an average of 3.8 and 3.9, respectively, which indicates high feasibility in exploring user perceptions. The limited trial showed a positive response from all teachers and students (100%). These findings show that AI-based interactive teaching materials are feasible and have the potential to be an effective and responsive learning tool to student needs in the context of differentiated learning.
