Abstract

Early detection can minimize the risk of crop failure and can be the determinant of the strategic control efforts.The detection that existed so far is still done manually, and knowledge of disease and pest of mango plant still lacking . The number of plant disease pests of mango is also quite a lot and make enough trouble for farmer detect that attacks.The utilization of the expert system detection process becomes easier and faster. Farmer can detect pest and plant disease early and independently as well. On the research of this kind of disease pest that can be detected as many as nine pests diseases using methods of Iterative dichotomezer 3 (ID3) with input from users of symptoms. The method is used to analyze the data of pest and plant disease of mango crops where as the result of system accuracy test between the detection and the result of Iterative dichotomezer 3 (ID3) method calculation has the accuracy level of 84%.

Abstract

Disease in goat cattle is an important thing to be considered, because it can cause losses for breeders can even cause the death of goat. Examination disease periodically are necessary to keep goats from disease. The investigation disease goats cannot be done by any person as between types of disease with this shows a tendency to having uncertainty. This makes it difficult for farmers to do early treatment and do not know what to do without an expert/veterinarian. Based on these problems, the authors create an expert system capable of diagnosing disease in goats as is usually done by an expert/veterinarian. This expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method. The Dempster Shafer method is a mathematical theory of evidence. The theory can provide a way of combining evidence from multiple sources and bringing in or providing a level of trust (represented by a trust function) which takes from all available evidence. Based on the results of the tests conducted on 32 test cases, obtained the average result of precision of 93%, 96% recall, and accuracy for f-measure of 94%

Abstract

BPR Bojonegoro is a Regional Owned Company under the auspices of Bojonegoro District. The following saving facilities provided by PD. BPR Bojonegoro namely Time Deposit, Savings which includes Saving Sight, Tapeda Saving, SWP Savings (Savings Borrower Savings) consisting of Employee Loans, Business Capital Loans. In the case of determination of credit in the Bank, (DSS) Decision Support System is needed in the decision of credit lending because it feels too risky for a credit given by the bank so that in the future does not cause problems that complicate the customer or harm the bank. In giving credit decisions used in PD. BPR Bojonegoro obtained from the surveyor survey, has not used the accurate method of selecting the creditor candidate. Therefore it is necessary method capable of supporting decision making more quickly, precise and accurate. In this research, the method used is AHP-SAW method. The AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method is chosen because of AHP's ability to handle problems with multiple criteria. These criteria are arranged hierarchically to solve major problems into sub-issues. The output of the AHP method is the weight of each criterion. This weight is used in SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) to determine the rank of the credit recipient. This research performs accuracy test with 89% result and usability testing test equal to 72,82%.

Abstract

Sleman District is one of the largest areas affected by the eruption of Merapi Mountain. According to interviews with Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) of Sleman Regency, Merapi Mountain is predicted to erupt anytime in the near future. Some conditions that support it among others the activity of lava is still high, the lava is increasingly reaching the surface, the lava pipe used as a lava exit and hot steam has been enclosed by hardened lava. Currently, BPBD does not yet have any data related to areas affected by eruption in each year in the form of maps. This data can be used as data for disaster mitigation and predict the large of areas that may be affected in the event of another eruption. To obtain the data, supervised classification technique will be used by using Semi Automatic Classification Plug-In (SCP) from Quantum GIS application. This technique is used for mapping erupted areas in Sleman District by defining polygon training data. Then the results of the mapping will be displayed by using Web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS), so it can provide the mapped results properly and clearly for users. WebGIS architecture is divided into 3 layers, i.e. Client Layer, Service Layer, and Support Layer. Based on the mapped results, it was found that the eruption of 2010 was an eruption that had the greatest impact with the area of 3.309,55 ha and the percentage of 47.6%. While the accuracy test results obtained the accuracy is 92% and the precision is 86.2%, which means that the mapping results have high accuracy and precision.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (DISKOMINFO) Kota Probolinggo is an agency that responsible for communication, informatics, statistics, and encryption within the existing government environment. The existence of IT governance can provide assurance that the utilization of information technology in line with organizational business goals. Based on the results of the interviews found several problems in the management of IT governance such as the absence of SOPs, lack of understanding of human resources related to their respective tasks, and installation of infrastructure that is not in accordance with the Master Plan that has been planned. Therefore, audit to measure how far the Maturity Level and know the possibility of deviations from planned IT Governance. COBIT 4.1 is an appropriate framework for knowing the Maturity Level of information technology governance. The domains used are Plan and Organize and Acquire and Implement. This research is to get the result of evaluation based on maturity level and produce recommendation from result of evaluation. The result of the maturity level on the Plan and Organize domain is 1.9 and the Acquire and Implement domain is 1.28. Recommendations are used to improve the value of Maturity Level to improve the existing IT governance in DISKOMINFO Kota Probolinggo.

Abstract

IT is the main component of business that produce many advantages for an enterprise. When an enterprise is implementing IT, they have to manage it in the right way so that the utilization can fulfill the needs. ITN Malang is one of the education institute that implement IT in case of business. However, based on the interview information, in reality there are few obstacles that happen in the management of their technology resource. One of the solution that ITN Malang can take is to evaluate the capability level of their technology resource using COBIT 5. COBIT 5 is a framework that can help an enterprise produce the optimal value of the IT utilization in a way of balancing between advantage and risk. The domain of COBIT 5 that used to evaluate the capability level of IT resource are EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimisation, AP007 Manage Human Resource, BAI09 Manage Assets, and DSS01 Manage Operations. The result shows that the capability level of information techonology resource of ITN Malang is at level 1 performed process with the gap value that obtained is 1. To reach out to level 2 which is manage process, ITN Malang should make asset and human resource planning.

Abstract

Distribution is one of important aspects of marketing. Distribution is a process of transporting goods to consumers by supplier. Without good planning, the distribution process cause loss and damages for the distributor and also the retailers. The loss could be form the cost of fuel and also the time consumed. As for the retailers, goods supply is a crucial element for their business process. To minimize loss, a system is needed to determine the route of delivery with distance and service time as consideration due to limited capacity of container. Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (VRPTW) is the main issue of this research. VRPTW needs great computational processing to deliver good quality of solution. Therefor methods are required to manage and solve the VRPTW issue. Evolution Strategies algorithm is one of many that could be use as a solution of this matters. Based on the experiments, the highest fitness is 0,52421 where the population size is 100, the offsprings size is 10, the generations size is 100, and the SP value is 5. The lowest fitness is 0,45145 where the offspring size is 1, populations size is 100, the generations size is 50, and the SP value is 3.

Abstract

Economic growth is one of the major factors in which a contry can be said to be growing. Various ways undertook by the the Indonesian government to improve economic growth in indonesia, on of which is to suppress poverty in the territory of indonesia. Indonesia region that has a considerable povery level in East Java province, district of Situbondo regency Distric Mlandingan. Many ways are done by the government Situbondo to cope with poverty, especially by providing funds intended for the poor. However, the provison of funds is less appropriate target because there are still critizens who are categorized as capable, who are considered capable should not deserve help. For that need a decision suport system, to assist the Situbondo government to provide recommendations for candidates for help. By using AHP-TOPSIS method that will be applieds to an androids based application with 6 criterian that serve as a reference to get accuracy. Then by the TOPSIS method used to search from the preference for rank. In this research, a test is done to know the value of accuracy in TOPSIS method, and the result of accuracy with a value raching 80% by using TOPSIS method.

Abstract

Goat (Capra Aegragus Hircus) is one of the animals raised by humans. However, goat cattle business will experience constraints when the goats are infected with the disease. In addition to causing harm, the disease can also reduce public interest to goat breeding. So the system was made to identify the disease in goat farms, so the breeder could know the type of disease that attacked and handled it appropriately. The method used is k-nearest neighbor and fuzzy. The first step of this method includes trainer data that contains symptoms of the disease. Then the classification uses k-nearest neighbor. After the implementation and testing, obtained the highest accuracy of 96% at K which is worth 9. From these results can be concluded that the results of the system and experts are aligned and have positive accuracy

Abstract

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) is a major public health problem in the world. Incidence of STI cases in many developing countries such as failure in diagnosing and provide treatment at an early stage can lead to serious complications. The required input parameters consist of 39 features consisting of 2 sexes, 9 risk factors, and 29 symptoms. The process of identifying early identification of STI symptoms in this case will implement Extreme Learning Machine (ELM). The implementation of ELM itself does not require IMS rules related to the exact rules but rather compares the results of both determinations. Thus, if there is a change of calculation or identification provisions, it does not affect the calculation of ELM. The ELM method is used to determine STI disease to a number of 17 classes. The best results of the three test scenarios of accuracy between ELM calculations and expert diagnosis results were 36,36% for the 90:10 ratio, 50% for 100 hidden layers, and 31.82% for the weight range of -1 to 0.
