Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the face-to-face learning process to online learning. Online learning is one of the learning methods to solve current problems. With the implementation of online learning from home, teachers are required to change the original face-to-face learning plan to rely on a process without face-to-face. The problem with the many complaints at SMA Negeri 4 Madiun can come from confusing technological features, or it can come from individual teachers, or from organizations. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of teachers while teaching at SMA Negeri 4 Madiun, such as exploring the learning process, the feelings of teachers when teaching online, the problems faced during the learning process. The data was collected using structured interview techniques, and the qualitative data was analyzed using thematic coding. The results showed that: (1) online learning at SMA Negeri 4 Madiun has been going well, students and teachers can use technology and learning media; (2) a pleasant experience, namely more flexible learning, gaining new knowledge, and disciplined students; (3) unpleasant experiences, namely lack of interaction between teachers and students, students not participating in learning and many obstacles during the learning process; (4) students with network constraints can use school facilities and students who do not participate in online learning have a home visit / call from parents; (5) Online learning is combined with face-to-face learning, giving consultation hours, replacing homework with quizzes.

Abstract

CV. Tips Indonesia is a human resource development agency. The author found that there were customer management relationship (CRM) activities that were less effective in finding new customers. The indication that this is happening is the ineffective marketing of the online media. Based on the indication of the problems that occur, the researcher will evaluate the Customer Management Relationship (CRM) that is being carried out. Researchers will use the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method on the website of CV. Tips Indonesia for automating the marketing that is being done in order to expand the market it has and cover more customers. The method of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is carried out using 2 methods, namely: on-site optimization and off-site optimization. Meanwhile, the analysis of the success of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process is carried out using 4 stages of analysis. The first is website analysis on google pages. Secondly, analysis of visitor traffic using google analytics, analysis using the alexa.com website to find out the website rankings globally and conduct a domain quality analysis from the tips-indonesia.com website. On the google website page analysis has increased. Before being optimized the website was outside the top 10 of Google and after 3 months of optimization, the website had increased to page 3 of Google. For website visitor traffic analysis, visitor traffic increases from before optimization activities. At the time before optimization the website had 0 visitors for a month until after optimization for 3 months the website had 642 visitors for a month. And in the global ranking analysis, the website has increased from 9,883,983 to 8,082,005. Ahrefs rank shows the website's ranking from tips-indonesia.com is ranked 8,930,581 globally. Then for UR (URL Rating) and DR (Domain Rating) which shows "9" in UR and "20" on the DR with a scale of 0-100, then there are Backlinks, 10,200 and Reffering domains with a total of 666. Next is organic keywords with the number 1,600. Furthermore, there is organic traffic, amounting to 761. And there is also a traffic value of $ 72.

Abstract

Website for an educational institution is a must-have because the website is one of the information media that can be used to introduce the school to the public, this is done by SMA Negeri 01 Singosari. On the other hand there are things that need to be considered by the existence of the website, namely the usability or usability of the website. From the data obtained, there are still some complaints on the website of SMA Negeri 01 Singosari, among others, the lack of features such as sarpras, student attendance, student achievement and other factors such as the lack of responsiveness of the website so as to make users feel uncomfortable when using the website. Departing from the problem, evaluation and improvement of sma negeri 01 Singosari website using Human Centered Design (HCD) method was carried out. From the results of evaluation and improvement of the website using usability testing and SUS questionnaire, obtained the results of comparison of old websites and websites in terms of usability with details of effectiveness matrix increased on average up to 96%, efficiency matrix decreased from 1.944 seconds to 1.460 seconds, satisfaction matrix with awful category initial rating to good rating which means improvement of SMA Negeri 01 Singosari website can be said to be successful.

Abstract

The stress of technology or commonly called technostress is a form of stress when doing a job that links to a technology that can trigger stress. There are individual factors that can rise over technostress, which are mindfulness and self-cation. This technostress is usually within the employees' scope, where employees feel that abilities are not comparable to the technology used and therefore take more time to study the technology. So researchers aim to share new insights with the organization's managers in coping with the technostress negative effects on employees generated by technology use. The study, which also provides insight/prevention for employees to keep their technology in check, thus reducing the incidence of technostress in employees. The data collection technique performed on the application is using a questionnaire spread through social media. The population in this study is working employees of an organization that finishes its job using technology and samples used by 324. Data collection took place for two weeks starting on October 18, 2021. The data that had been collected was prepared to see if it was valid and reliable, after which it was analyzed. Abstract

The increase in online shopping activity during the COVID-19 pandemic has also increased the competition among e-commerce platforms. User experience becomes a crucial part of an e-commerce platform. If users cannot easily purchase the product or find the information they need, they will go elsewhere and might share the poor experience to friend, family, and colleague. This research aims to compare two e-commerce websites with similar characteristics and business model, namely Tokopedia and Bukalapak. The methods used on this research are scenario testing and SUPR-Q. The 5 respondents involved in objective testing are requested to complete task scenarios on Tokopedia and Bukalapak websites. The parameters used in scenario testing are task completion rate, error during task completion, time per completed task, and number of clicks during task completion. Meanwhile, 40 respondents are requested to fill out the SUPR-Q questionnaire which has 4 factors, namely usability, appearance, trust, and loyalty. The respondents involved in this research are users of the Tokopedia and Bukalapak websites who are at least 18 years old and come from the province of East Java. From the two tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the Bukalapak website is superior in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. However, the Tokopedia website has a better user experience. In addition to that, the Tokopedia website also outperforms the Bukalapak website in terms of usability, appearance, trust, and loyalty.
