Abstract

This study departs from the issues of teacher skills gaps in Elementary School of Laboratorium Satya Wacana in arranging the instrument of attitudes assessment. This gap problems would be solved by school action research which aims to determine the steps of in-house training that can improve teachers’ skills in preparing attitudes instrument. The subjects of this study involved 15 primary school teachers of Elementary School of Laboratorium Satya Wacana. The research model that used was Stringer Model which consist of 3 aspects, namely : Look, Think, and Act. Instruments in this study were observation sheet and booklet. The data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The result showed: 1) The steps of in-house training that can improve teachers’ skills are planning, implementing, and evaluating in house training. On the steps of planning, activities of the formation of a committee, determine the trainer, participants, material and schedule. During the implementation phase carried out activities ranging from pretest, delivery and discussion materials and posttest. At this stage of the evaluation carried out assessments throughout the in house training activities; 2) In-house training can enhance teachers’ skills in arranging attitudes assessments during the learning process. The contribution of this research theoretically maintains the arranging steps of Likert assessment scale and practically improve teachers’ skills in arranging attitude assessment in teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian tindakan kepala sekolah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru-guru di SD Laboratorium Salatiga dalam menyusun administrasi penilaian melalui supervisi akademik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Kegiatan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik obeservasi kelas.Instrumen observasi yang digunakan adalah alat penilaian kemampuan guru (APKG) berupa Instrument penilaianadministrasi pembelajaran . Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh di deskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-kata atau penjelasan. Selanjutkan dilakukan komparasi data untuk memastikan ada tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam penilaian administrasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan bahwa supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam menyusun administrasi penilaian dalam pembelajaran di SD Laboratorium Salatiga sebesar 26,2%.

Abstract

Identification conducted by the principle of SD Laboratory UKSW showed that the teachers were still not competent in doing learning assessment administration well. To solve these problems, the principal conducted academic supervision. The essence of the academic supervision is to help teachers develop professional capabilities. This was also done by the principle of SD Laboratory UKSW in solving problems related to the administration assessment of learning where there were some teachers in SD Laboratory UKSW not yet competent in preparing the learning assessment administration well. Supervision technique conducted by discussion. The result of supervision performed by principle of SD Laboratory UKSW showed an increasement. At the initial conditions the average level of competence of learning assessment administration preparation was 63.5 (ideal score of 100).  After given the action, the average of competence of learning assessment administration preparation was increased to 89.6. The data showed that the competence of learning assessment administration preparation has increased 26.2%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan collaborative skill siswa dan hasil belajar matematika dengan menggunakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT). Subjek yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 SDN Tingkir Lor 02 Salatiga dengan jumlah 33 siswa. Permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika kelas 4 di SDN 02 Tingkir Salatiga ditemukan melalui observasi pada pra siklus yang menunjukan bahwa siswa kurang aktif dan percaya diri dalam menjawab soal saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dengan menggunakan desain model Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari empat langkah, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah melalui lembar koesioner atau angket, tes tertulis dan lembar onsevasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan collaborative skill siswa dan hasil belajar matematika materi bangun datar pada siswa kelas 4 SDN Tingkir Lor 02 Salatiga semester II tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata Kunci: Teams Games Tournament (TGT), Collaborative Skill, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This research aims to knowed the Discovery Learning model is more effective than Problem Based Learning model seen from critical thinking skills of mathematic for students grade 4. This research is a Pre-Experimental Design with the design of Static Group Comparison.X variable of the research is Discovery Learning (X1), Problem Based Learning (X2), and critical thingking as (Y) variable. Subjects in this research is a 93 students grade 4 SD Gugus Imam Bonjol, Salatiga. The techique data collection used techique test is that description test and non description test is sheet of oservation and rubric critical thinking. Based on research T result test in experiment of group 1 and 2 experiment score symp. sig (2-tailed) of 0,037<0,05 and the conclusion that Ho is refused and Ha is accepted. Then could be conclued as application Discovery Learning model is better than Problem Based Learning model seen from critical thingking skills of mahematic grade 4 SD Gugus Imam Bonjol, Salatiga.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to develop online-based mathematics teaching materials to improve problem-solving skills in distance learning in the pandemic era and (2) to determine the level of validation of the development of online-based mathematics teaching materials to improve problem-solving skills based on expert validation tests. This R&D research uses the ADDIE model which consists of analysis (analysis), design (planning), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). However, the implementation in this research only reached the development stage. The subjects of this study were class teachers and 5th grade students of SD Negeri Plumutan, Bancak, Semarang Regency. The results of this study are (1) there are three stages in this research and development, namely analyzing the characteristics and initial abilities of students, planning and making teaching materials with the weebly website, and developing by conducting expert validation tests. (2) based on the validation test, material experts give a percentage of 85% with the criteria of "very good", teaching materials experts get a percentage of 90% with the criteria of "very good", and material experts get a percentage of 75% with the criteria of "good".Keywords: development, teaching materials, mathematics, online learning, weebly

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru SD melalui pelatihan in House Training. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah. Kegiatan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas diagnosis, action planning, action taking dan action evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik obeservasi kelas. Instrumen observasi yang digunakan adalah alat penilaian kemampuan guru (APKG) berupa: 1) instrument pengembangan media pembelajaran, 2) instrument penilaian kemampuan guru dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif komparatif. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh di deskripsikan dalam bentuk kata-kata atau penjelasan. Selanjutkan dilakukan komparasi data untuk memastikan ada tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran dan menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran,. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan temuan bahwa IHT dapat meningkatkan a) kemampuan guru SD Negeri di Salatiga, Kota Salatiga dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran sebesar 13,4%. b) meningkakan kemampuan guru SD Negeri di Salatiga dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran sebesar 31,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas 4 di SD Gugus Patimura dalam pembelajaran menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dan Discavery Learning. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen soal tes yang telah dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas item soalnya. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji ANCOVA menunjukkan hasil sgnifikansi/probabilitas 0,00 < 0,05, artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maknanya bahwa Problem Based Learning memberikan dampak yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Simpulan tersebut didukung temuan rata-rata nilai menggunakan model Problem Based Learning adalah 80,24 sedangkan model Discovery Learning sebesar 71,87. Berdasarkan simpulan penelitian ini disarankan agar para guru SD menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems faced in thematic learning in SDN Sidorejo Lor 05 Salatigais the lack of collaborative skills of students so that this will have an impact on studentlearning outcomes that are also low. Based on these problems, this study aims to improvecollaborative skills and student learning outcomes through the Two Stay Two Straylearning model. The type used in this study is Class Action Research (CAR). While thedata collection instruments include observation sheets, test questions, andquestionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive comparative techniques.The subjects in this study were 4th grade students of SDN Sidorejo Lor 05 Salatiga with32 students consisting of 13 male students and 19 female students. The results of thisstudy indicate an increase in collaborative skills and student learning outcomes, this isevidenced by the average value of collaborative skills of students in the first cycle of56.94% and increased again in the second cycle of 68.94, while for student learningoutcomes in the first cycle shows the average value the student score is 74, after thesecond cycle student learning outcomes increase with an average value of 80. Thus theresults show that by applying the Two Stay Two Stray learning model in the learningprocess can improve collaborative skills and student learning outcomes.Keywords: Collaborative Skills, Learning Outcomes, Two Stay Two Stray

Abstract

This study is aims to improve critical thinking skills and mathematics learning outcomes of 5th grade students using the STAD (Students Team Achievement Division) instructional model. This research used was Classroom Action Research, with two cycles. The subjects of this study is 31 fifth grade students of SDN Tingkir Lor Salatiga. The instrument used was the critical thinking questionnaire and 15 items test. The results showed that the STAD instructional model can improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. Improved of critical thinking skills can be seen from the average score in cycle I of 58, in the sufficient category, then increased to 77 in the high category in cycle II. Improved of learning outcomes can be seen from the acquisition of scores in the first cycle of 66, with a percentage of learning completeness of 61%, increasing to 80, with the percentage of learning completeness reaching 84% ini cycle II.
