Abstract

Customer satisfaction has become a critical determinant of organizational success in the increasingly competitive automotive industry. This study investigates the influence of promotion, brand image, and customer experience on customer satisfaction at Prima Parama Mobilindo Daihatsu Bertais. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed. Data were collected from 100 customers selected through purposive sampling using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that promotion does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, brand image and customer experience have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results indicate that promotion, brand image, and customer experience jointly have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.666) indicates that 66.6% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 33.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening brand image and improving customer experience while developing more effective promotional strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain competitive advantage in the automotive industry. This study contributes to marketing literature by providing empirical evidence regarding the role of promotion, brand image, and customer experience in shaping customer satisfaction within the context of an authorized automotive dealership in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of BPOM labeling on consumer loyalty through consumer trust among Pink Flash cosmetic product consumers in Mataram City. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consisted of Pink Flash consumers in Mataram City whose population size was unknown. A total of 100 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that BPOM labeling has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, with a path coefficient of 0.800, a T-statistic of 7.840, and a P-value of 0.000. BPOM labeling also has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust, with a path coefficient of 0.889, a T-statistic of 17.678, and a P-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, consumer trust has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, with a path coefficient of 0.147, a T-statistic of 1.412, and a P-value of 0.079. Furthermore, consumer trust does not significantly mediate the relationship between BPOM labeling and consumer loyalty, as indicated by an indirect effect coefficient of 0.131, a T-statistic of 1.338, and a P-value of 0.090. These findings indicate that BPOM labeling contributes more directly to consumer loyalty than through consumer trust as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of work–life balance and work environment on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among beauty salon employees in Mataram City. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 100 employees from five beauty salons selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings reveal that work–life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, whereas the work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Work–life balance also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, the work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction, and job satisfaction does not significantly affect turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work–life balance and turnover intention or between the work environment and turnover intention. These findings suggest that the work environment plays an important role in reducing employees’ intention to leave, whereas the positive relationship between work–life balance and turnover intention indicates the need to consider the specific characteristics of employees and the service industry context. The study contributes empirical evidence regarding turnover intention among beauty salon employees.

Abstract

Work productivity is an essential measure of organizational performance, especially in maritime transportation companies where operational efficiency, timeliness, safety, and service excellence are critical. Among Generation Z employees, productivity is influenced by various workplace factors, including the availability of adequate work facilities, strong work motivation, and effective leadership practices. Nevertheless, previous research has produced inconsistent results regarding the impact of these variables, highlighting the need for further investigation. This study investigates the effects of work facilities, work motivation, and leadership style on the work productivity of Generation Z employees at a maritime transportation company located in Batuleong Hamlet, West Sekotong District. A quantitative approach with a causal-associative design was applied, involving all 37 Generation Z employees through a saturated sampling technique. The collected data were processed using SPSS version 29 and analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, partial (t) and simultaneous (F) hypothesis testing, as well as the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings indicate that each independent variable has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on work productivity when examined separately. However, the three variables jointly demonstrate a positive and statistically significant influence on employee productivity. The regression model accounts for 44.6% of the variance in work productivity, while the remaining 55.4% is explained by factors not included in this study.
