Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompos sludge dan pupuk SP-36 terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kacang hijau. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu faktor M (kompos sludge) terdiri dari 4 taraf : M0 (kontrol) M1 (pemberian 240 g/plot) M2 (pemberian 480 g/plot) M3 (pemberian 720 gr/plot). Faktor D (pupuk SP-36) terdiri dari 4 taraf : D0 (kontrol) D1 (pemberian 0,34 g/tanaman) D2 (pemberian 0,69 g/tanaman) D3 (pemberian 1,03 gr/tanaman). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pemberian perlakuan kompos sludge (M) secara tunggal memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, perlakuan terbaik M2 (480g/plot) yaitu (28,88 cm), umur berbunga tercepat pada perlakuan M3 (35,78 hst), dan umur panen M3 (58.50 hst), jumlah polong M3 (35,97 buah) dan berat berat biji kering M3 (7,09 g/tanaman). Pemberian perlakuan pupuk SP-36 secara tunggal memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman dengan perlakuan terbaik D3 (1.03 g/tanaman) yaitu (28,17 cm), umur berbunga pada perlakuan D3 (35,86 hst), umur panen pada perlakuan D2 (59,50 hst), jumlah polong D3 (26,75 buah), dan berat biji kering tedapat pada perlakuan D3 (6.10 g/tanaman). Pemberian perlakuan interaksi kompos sludge dan pupuk SP-36 berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan kecuali pada pengamatan umur muncul bunga. Perlakuan terbaik tinggi tanaman M2D3 (58.00 cm), umur panen M3D2 (58.00), jumlah polong M3D2 (38.67 buah),dan berat biji M3 D2 (7.67 g/tanaman).Kata kunci : kompos sludge, pupuk SP-36, kacang hijau

Abstract

Bromheadia finlaysoniana L. Miq orchid, is a ground orchid whose population is threatened with extinction due to various human activities, so it needs to be reproduced using tissue culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of contamination in various types of explants and administration of tomato extract. The treatment used consisted of two factors, namely the combination of various types of explants and tomato extract, each of which consisted of several levels. The treatment of the first factor was the concentration of explants consisting of 4 types: seeds, leaves, stems and roots, each of which was combined with Tomato Extract at 4 levels: 0, 100 g / L, 200 g / L, and 300 g / L. Observation of the percentage of contamination showed that the best explants for tissue culture propagation of Bromheadia finlaysoniana L. Miq were seed and root explants with a contamination percentage of 36.81% and 37.50%. Observations for the percentage of fungal contamination parameters showed that single explants, with the best treatment were root explants with a contamination percentage of 17.36%. Meanwhile, the best treatment combination was found in root and seed explants without tomato extract, with a percentage of fungal contamination of 8.33%. Observations for the percentage of bacterial contamination, the best single explant treatment was stem explants, with a bacterial contamination percentage of 29.17%. Meanwhile, for the contamination treatment, the best treatment was found in seed and stem explants without giving tomato extract with a percentage of fungal contamination of 16.67%

Abstract

Farmers in the village of Simpang Right use marginal land, namely peat soil, to develop oil palm farming. So far, the analysis of the physical properties of peatlands in Simpang Right has never been carried out. The application of fertilizers and oil palm plant care is only based on knowledge from social media and from the knowledge of parents first, so it is important to analyze the physical properties of the soil from peatlands that have been used for oil palm cultivation. This research was conducted from September 2021 to January 2022 on oil palm agricultural land cultivated by the community in Simpang Right Village, Simpang Right District, Rokan Downstream District, Riau Province. The method used is a free grid survey method at the semi-detail survey level. The implementation of taking soil samples from 3 sample points with a distance of 100 meters in the field using a random method spread over predetermined points. The results of the research on the physical properties of peatlands show that the peat soil used for oil palm plantations in the Simpang right village has Bulk Densty.0.15gr, Total Pore Space 44.68%, Field Capacity 254.25%, Withering Point 128,88%. Overall, the physical properties of the soil in oil palm plantations in Simpang Right Village, Simpang Right District, Rokan Downstream District, Riau Province are in good condition. To increase fertility for oil palm cultivation, it can be done by providing manure and chemical fertilizers with the required dose so that it can provide growth to oil palm plants.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Determine the difference in income of superior varieties of paddy rice farmers with local varieties in the District of Kuantan Hilir. 2) Knowing the level of efficiency of superior variety and local varieties of paddy farming in Kuantan Hilir Subdistrict. Sampling was done purposively. Respondents taken 30 people from superior varieties of paddy rice farmers amounted to 15 farmers and 15 varieties of local rice farmers. Data analysts use mathematical analysis and statistical analysis. Mathematical analysis uses profit analysis and business efficiency analysis (R / C). While the statistical analysis is by using the Independent Sample T Test and One-Way Anova test to see the similarity of variants. The results showed that mathematically the average income of superior varieties of local rice farmers and different local varieties, the average income of superior varieties of rice was Rp 2.708.407,00while local varieties of rice were Rp.965.933,00With the ratio of efficiency (R / C) superior varieties of rice 1.83 while local varieties of rice 1.69.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Samber Datar Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan, efesiensi usaha R/C dan untuk mengetahui BEP produksi dan BEP harga pada usaha Agroindustri Keripik Tempe Djokam di Desa Sumber Datar Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendapatan keripik tempe djokam Rp 425.327/produksi dengan total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 574.673, yang terdiri dari biaya tetap dan biaya tidak tetap, nilai R/C sebesar 1,74, artinya setiap biaya yang dikeluarkan 1 rupiah maka diperoleh penerimaan sebesar 1,74 rupiah atau keuntungan sebesar 0,74 rupiah dan Break Even Poin produksi dengan total biaya sebesar Rp 574,673, maka harus memproduksi sebanyak 11,49 Kg dengan harga jualnya Rp 50.000, agar mencapai titik impas. Break Even Poin harga  dengan biaya sebesar Rp 574.673 maka Agroindustri Keripik Tempe harus memproduksi sebanyak 20 Kg dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 28.733, supaya mencapai titik impasnya.Kata Kunci : Agroindustri; Keripik Tempe; Pendapatan; R/C Ratio; BEP ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in Samber Datar Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District. This study aims to determine the amount of revenue, efficiency of the R / C business and to determine the production BEP and price BEP in the Agroindustry of Tempe Djokam chips in Sumber Datar Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi District. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kuantan Sako Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis kelayakan secara finansial (NPV, Net B/C, PR, PBP dan BEP) usaha agroindustri tahu di Desa Kuantan Sako Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Hasil Penelitian Analisis kelayakan Agroindustri Tahu Mbak Rubingah di Desa Kuantan Sako Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat berdasarkan Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C Ratio dan Profitability Ratio memiliki nilai positif dimana Agroindustri Tahu Mbak Rubingah sangat layak untuk dijalankan, hal ini dapat diihat pada nilai Net Present Value (NPV) adalah Rp 2.303.553.375.31, nilai Net B/C Ratio sebesar 1.85, nillai Profitability Ratio sebesar 28.96 yang bergerak positif. Untuk Pay Back Period (PBP) Agroindustri Tahu Mbak Rubingah pada 2 bulan 28 hari. Abstract

The Dendrobium orchid is one type with special features and many variations. This study aims to determine the administration of various concentrations of ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) and Thiamin to Dendrobium sp orchid explants on Murashige And Skoog media. The design used in this study was a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatment levels (F = FeSO4 and T = Thiamin) with three replications. Namely: F0 (Without FeSO4), F1 (FeSO4 26.8 mg/l ), F2 (FeSO4 27.8 mg/l), F3 (FeSO4 28.8 mg/l), and T0 (Without Thiamin), T1 (Thiamin 0.1 mg/l), T2 (Thiamin 0.2 mg/l) l), T3 (Thiamin 0.3 mg/l). Based on the study results, by giving various concentrations of ferrous sulfate (FeSO4) had a single effect on the shoots quantity parameters with the best treatment found in treatment with an average shoots quantity (.03 ea), F3 for shoot height parameters (1.37 cm), for the total leaves (6.14), for the roots quantity (5.17), and root length were found in treatment with an average of 1.29 cm on the Dendrobium sp. Orchid explants. For the treatment of various concentrations of Thiamin, the single effect on the number of shoots with the best treatment was found at an average (3.44 ea), for the shoot height parameter (0.98 cm), and for the leaves quantity (6.14 ea), for the root length parameter (1.28 cm). The interaction significantly affected the observed parameters, namely the number of shoots with treatment (giving FeSO4 28.8 mg/l and Thiamin 0.3 mg/l) with an average shoot quantity of 1.71 (ea).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the response of watermelon plants to the use of kirinyuh (Chromolaena odorata) green fertilizer. This research was carried out in Benai Kecil Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The time for carrying out this research is from February to March 2023. The research method used was a non-factorial randomized block design (RAK), namely the dose of kirinyuh green fertilizer (K) consisting of 5 treatment levels. F0 = 100% Artificial fertilizer, F1= 25% Artificial fertilizer + 20 tons/ha Kirinyuh, F2 = 50% Artificial fertilizer + 20 tons/ha Kirinyuh, F3= 75% Artificial fertilizer + 20 tons/ha Kirinyuh and, F4 = No artificial fertilizer and no fertilizer. Each treatment was repeated 3 times so that there were 15 plots, the experiment in one plot consisted of 4 plants, 3 of which were sample plants. Based on the analysis of variance, the application of crunchy green fertilizer had a significant effect on all treatment parameters. The best treatment is found in F3 = 75% Artificial Fertilizer + 20 tons/ha Kirinyuh.

Abstract

Tanaman Pakchoy (Brassica rapa) adalah salah satu komoditi sayuran yang toleran terhadap kadar air tinggi dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Sehingga dalam proses budidayanya dapat dilakukan pada media yang mengandung air yang tinggi. Aquaponik adalah gabungan dari kegiatan bercocok tanam tanpa tanah (hidroponik) dan pemeliharaan ikan, untuk mengurangi kadar amonia pada air kolam, maka dapat menggunakan media tanam sebagai filter, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman pakchoy serta ikan yang dibudidayakan dengan menggunakan sistem DFT. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktorial dengan dua faktor yakni faktor pertama adalah jenis air pelarut yakni air kolom ikan lele (AQ) dan air sumur (AB), dan faktor kedua adalah media tanam yang terdiri dari Media arang sekam (AS), arang tempurung (AT), arang kayu (AK), arang sekam + tempurung (AST), dan arang sekam+ arang kayu (ASK) . Hasil Penelitian menuntukkan bahwa perlakuan secara tunggal penggunaan air sebagai pelarut, berpengaruh nyata terhadap nilai EC, TDS, jumlah daun, tinggi daun tanaman pakchoy, sedangkan penggunaan berbagai media arang tidak berpengaruh nyata demikian juga dengan kombinasi keduanya. Penggunaan air kolom ikan (AQ) sebagai pelarut nutrisi AB-Mix, pertumbuhan daun (11,2 helai) dan tinggi tanaman (14,23 cm) tanaman pakchoy yang terbaik, dengan menggunakan arang kayu (AK) sebagai media tanamnya.

Abstract

Dendrobium Sp orchid is one type of orchid that occupies the top position in ornamental plants. This study aims to determine the administration of various concentrations of magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) and Myo-inositol to Dendrobium Sp orchid explants on Murashige and Skoog media. The design used in this study was a factorial complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 treatment levels (M= MgSO4 and Y= Myo-inositol) with 3 replications. Namely: M0 (without MgSO4), M1 (MgSO4 350 mg/l ), M2 (MgSO4 370 mg/l), M3 (MgSO4 390 mg/l), and Y0 (Without Myo-inositol), Y1 (Myo-inositol 50 mg/l), Y2 (Myo-inositol 100 mg/l) , Y3 (Myo-inositol 150 mg/l). Based on the results of the study, giving various concentrations of magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) alone had a significant effect on all observed parameters, where the best treatment was found in M3 with an average number of shoots 4.04, shoot height 1.08 cm, number of leaves 7.89 fruit, number of roots 6.64 fruit and root length 1.55 cm in Dendrobium Sp. For the treatment of various Myo-inositol concentrations, a single significant effect on all observed parameters, where the best treatment was found in Y3 with an average number of shoots 4.03, shoot height 1.25 cm, number of leaves 7.81, number of roots 4.96 and root length 1.48 in Dendrobium Sp. In interaction, the administration of MgSO4 and Myo-inisitol had a significant effect on all observation parameters, the best treatment was M3Y3 (390 mg/l MgSO4 and 150 mg/l MS Myo-inisitol) namely the number of shoots 4.33, the height of the shoots 1.68 cm, the number of leaves is 8.89, the number of roots is 7.22 cm and the root length is 2.02 cm.
