Abstract

This research aimed to see and review policy trend government of Surakarta toward traditional market and modern market on Surakarta. The next analyze to see trend of Surakarta Government toward traditional and moder market. Measures used to know trend of Surakarta government are see policies established by local regulations. This research uses data from the literature are taken from the literature that supports. Analysis used at this research are descriptive analysis with way being narrative a variety of data found in the field and the compared with existing theory. Based on the descriptive analysis, policy issued from government of Surakarta, especially last policy about dismissal licensing for establishment modern shop and various program on traditional market development include market revitalisation that will be done for all markets in Surakarta. This matter showed a tendency to further strengthen the Surakarta municipal government policies to spur the existence and development of traditional market, by limiting the development of modern market. Abstract

This research is motivated from the existence of Senjaya Springs where can survive even only supported by community with limited capabilities. Therefore this study aims to: (1) determine the patterns of how myth affect the sustainability of Senjaya Springs until today. (2) Determine any motive and motivation behind the individual to perform the ritual. (3) Based on the motives anf motivation of preparators, whether the practice of Tapa Kungkum can be said to be rational when viewed from an economic standpoint.The focus of the analysis in this study is, what affects the existence of te springs and what the socioeconomic impacts for the community. Thus the informant targeted are : (1) person who knows the ins and out of Senjaya Spring. (2) Person directly affected by existence of Senjaya Springs. This study used a qualitative method using a phenomenological approach and historical narrative. The data in this Senjaya Springs study were collated by using several methods, namely : (1) in-depth interviews and unstructured interviews; and (2) participant observation.The results showed that: (1) there are 3 patterns of myth in maintaining the existence of Senjaya Springs. (2) There are 4 motives and motivations from two types of visitor in Senjaya Springs. (3) Tapa Kungkum regarded as a rational choice. The recommendations idea given to the village officer: (1) need serious management and development for tourist destination. Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify interaction’s pattern of crab’s man of gravestone with market agent (the market agent are crab’s man of gravestone, middleman and consumer), and non market agent (local government and the undertaker).(2) Describe the relation of Java’s culture with business continuity of crab’s man of gravestone in Gondang Village.The unit of analysis in this study is the interaction between crab’s man of gravestone with market agent and non market agent.The data in this study were collected by using several methods, namely unstructured interviews and in-depth interviews and non participant observation. This study use qualitative method with phenomenology approach.The results showed that: (1) there were 5 interaction’s pattern between crab’s man of gravestone with market agents and non market agent (2) the Java’s culture has a big influence toward the business continuity of crab’s man of gravestone.The recommendations idea that given for the crab’s man of gravestone are: (1) The crab’s man of gravestone should make an organization or association of crab’s man of gravestone, in order to have an agreement price directly between the fellow of crab’s man of gravestone. (2) Moreover, the local government should support the business continuity of crab’s man of gravestone directly, and they also should take an action resolutely toward persons who play a negative role in this gravestone’s business. Keywords : crab’s man of gravestone, interaction, market agents and non market agents.JEL Classification: M21, D02, Z12, L19

Abstract

In the development of the national economy in Indonesia, which were prioritized Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). SMEs become the backbone of a democratic economic system to reduce the problems of poverty and development were able to expand the economic base and can make a significant contribution to improving the local economy and the resilience of the national economyLaweyan Batik SMEs in order to survive in the current free trade is needed pattern appropriate strategy to maintain the existence of Batik Laweyan SMEs in trade flows freely.In a study using qualitative methods of data collection method interviews, participant observation and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques in this study using data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusionResults from the study suggests that the pattern of development of SMEs Batik Laweyan by innovating, updating product and then applying social capital to expand business network networkThe conclusion of the study outlined that social capital relationship with Innovation and cooperation in creating SME development is closely it is evident that most employers have defined it in their business. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of governor selected as result elections to regional economic performance and see comparison economic performance of political parties within the scope of regional (province) toward economic performance of political parties within the scope of national in entire of Indonesia.The analytical method used in this research were quantitative method with a comparative analysis of average with statistical inference be paired sample t-test and economic performance index. Variables used in this research were economic growth, inflation, unemployment rate, unemployment, poverty, poverty level, inequality, regional head and dominance political parties in a province. Population of study includes 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2010-2014.The results of this study are : 1) there is no difference in the performance of regional head incumbent and non-incumbent from perspective of economic performance and 2) performance of political parties at the provincial level from 2010-2014 has not been satisfactory in building a welfare society in the field of economy through policy making. Keyword  :       Regional Head Incumbent, Regional Head Non-Incumbent, Political Parties, Economic Performance Index, Paired Sample T-TestJEL Classification: O18, P47

Abstract

The background of this study is society needs in modern age which needs of transportation to support their activity. Transportation in Indonesia, especially mass transport that exist today seen not good. Government as supervision holder in public policy be charged to give clear regulation, implement and improvement services of mass transportation which is integrated and become positive impact.Operational pattern of transport venture that their business be regulated by government through law expected capable to implement that in the field. However, in fact, many transport venture that doing principle of effective and efficient with ignore a standard which be appointed by the government through ministry of transportation. Route Solo – Semarang with variety of activity inside it, for many sector as tourism, farming, industry and creative economy need mass transportation. This study uses methodology of qualitative research with phenomenology perspective in field about public policy in transportation sector. That public policy refer to policy about implement of technical standardization for vehicle and periodic test for intercity bus for incision route Solo – Semarang. Periodic test for vehicle policy to transport venture intend to find out implementation of periodic test for vehicle, to transport venture in incision route Solo-Semarang, along economy impact to people and to transport venture.Government Policy of Periodic Vehicle Rule has been make negatif effect for public transportation if it can’t be allowed.
