Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca siswa SD melalui literasi digital, serta sebesar apa dampak adanya literasi digital untuk minat baca di siswa SD. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan studi literatur, para peneliti mengkaji lalu menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian orang lain. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan literasi digital bisa membantu anak Sekolah Dasar dalam meningkatkan minat baca yang mereka memiliki. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terbukti dari hasil-hasil para peneliti sebelumnya yang sudah melakukan penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi operasi hitung akar pangkat tiga di kelas V SDN 178 Gegerkalong KPAD Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Adapun subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V-C SDN 178 Gegerkalong KPAD tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori baik dimana pada siklus 1 persentase ketuntasan belajar adalah 39% dengan nilai rata-rata 68,8 dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 75% dengan nilai rata-rata 80,8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat didisimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the importance of descriptive text writing skills that students must master to support learning. However, in reality, it turns out that students' descriptive text writing skills are still low. One of the causes of these low skills is that the learning model used by teachers is still a conventional teacher-centered model, so that students are not actively involved in learning. The aim of this research is to determine the influence and improvement through action in two different groups using four indicators of descriptive text writing skills. The experimental group used a Project Based Learning model assisted by MEGASI, and the control group used a cooperative learning model. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design and a sample of 42 people was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research results showed that the improvement in descriptive text writing skills of students in the experimental class was better than students in the control class. There is a positive influence in the use of the Project Based Learning model assisted by MEGASI is serial image media on the descriptive text writing skills of fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The use of English is something that must be present in a learning that is integrated into every other activity. English is very important to learn, because to communicate between nations, because English is an international language. Mastery of vocabulary is the most important part of being able to communicate fluently. This research was motivated by the lack of teaching staff at the school to teach English language learning, then about the quality of students who are still low in English vocabulary, and limited teaching aids or learning media. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 1 Pesanggrahan with the subject of 21 students. The aim of this research is to improve teacher and student activities and English vocabulary skills with a picture and picture type cooperative learning model with the help of flash card media. The type of research used is classroom action research. The results of the study showed an increase in teacher and student activity, as well as English vocabulary skills. Based on the acquisition of the first cycle, the average acquisition of students' English vocabulary skills was 70.00% in the good category, there were 16 students exceeding KKM 70. In the second cycle, the average English vocabulary ability of students was 83.80% with a very good category, there were 19 students exceeding KKM 70. Abstract

This study was motivated by the low reading skills of third grade students when participating in Indonesian language learning activities. The research was conducted at SDN 6 Sindangkasih with 17 research subjects. The purpose of the research is to improve the process of learning activities, especially reading comprehension skills so that it can increase students' activities and reading comprehension skills by using the Directed Reading Thinking Activity strategy. The type of research used is classroom action research. The results showed an increase in teacher activities, student activities and students' reading comprehension skills. Based on the acquisition of the average learning outcomes of reading comprehension skills there was a pre-cycle of 61.75 with the number of students who completed learning amounted to 4 people and students who did not complete learning amounted to 13 people. Cycle I the average acquisition of students' reading comprehension skills was 71.47 with 11 students who were complete and 6 students who were not complete. In cycle II, the average acquisition of students' reading comprehension skills was 82.94 with 16 students who completed their learning and 1 student who did not complete their learning. With this, the application of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity learning strategy is proven to be able to improve learning activities during the learning process so that it can improve students' reading comprehension skills.

Abstract

In Indonesian language learning, there are four aspects of language skills that are developed, namely, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. All four aspects are important and needed. One aspect of language skills taught at school is writing skills. This study was motivated by the low writing skills of fifth grade students. This research was conducted at SDN Kaumpandak 02 with 21 research subjects. The purpose of this research is to improve learning activities so that there is an increase in teacher and student activities and improve the results of grade V students' skills in writing narrative essays by applying the Picture and Picture learning model. The type of research used in this study is class action research. Based on the results of the average acquisition that has been known, at the pre-cycle stage students obtained an average score of 57.85. Cycle I students obtained an average score of 67.47 with 8 students who completed learning, while 13 students who did not complete learning. Cycle II students obtained an average score of 76 with a total of 15 students who completed learning, while 6 students who did not complete learning. It can be concluded that the application of Picture and Picture learning model assisted by comic image media can improve students' narrative essay writing skills.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of PISA 2022 which show that students'reading ability in Indonesia is still low. Therefore, to overcome the low readingliteracy of students, the right learning model with a syntax that is easy toremember is needed, one of which is the RADEC (Read-Answer-Discuss-Explain-Create) learning model. This study aims to determine the influence of theapplication of the RADEC learning model on students' reading ability. This studyused a quasi-experimental design with one experimental class using the RADEClearning model and one control class using the Cooperative Script learning model.The research sample was 70 students from a total population of 113 students. Theresults of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationshipbetween the RADEC learning model and the reading comprehension ability ofstudents in the experimental class.

Abstract

Penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris tidak serta merta hanya mengenal kosakata, namun siswa juga harus mampu untuk menuliskan, melafalkan, dan mengartikan. Pada kenyataan dilapangan, kemampuan Bahasa Inggris pada siswa masih belum optimal. Hal ini karena kurangnya penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris serta proses belajar yang cenderung monoton sehingga siswa tidak terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Game Based Learning menggunakan media Quizwhizzzer untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata Bahasa Inggris dibandingkan kelas yang menerapkan model tipe Picture and Picture. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperiment non-equivalent control group design, dengan pemerolehan data diambil dari soal pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh sebesar 21,5% dengan menerapkan model Game Based Learning berbantuan media Quizwhizzer terhadap kemampuan kosakata dan terdapat peningkatan yang lebih baik dibandingkan menggunakan model tipe Picture and Picture. Sehingga penerapan model Game Based Learning dengan memanfaatkan media Quizwhizzer dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai alternatif untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris pada siswa SD.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate two key aspects: 1) the influence of the Steinberg Four Stages method, supported by Snake and Ladder media, on the initial reading ability of first-grade students at SDIT Al-Bina, and 2) whether the initial reading ability of these students improved more significantly with this method and media compared to those using the Syllable method. This research was prompted by the observation that first-grade students at SDIT Al-Bina needed to improve their initial reading skills. The Steinberg Four-Stage method, combined with Snake and Ladder media, was explored as a potential solution to this issue, with the overall goal of enhancing these students' initial reading abilities. The study employed a Quasi-Experiment design with a Nonequivalent Control Group. The sample consisted of first-grade students from SDIT Al-Bina, divided into two groups of 28 students each: an experimental class and a control class. The findings indicate: 1) The Steinberg Four Stages method, aided by Snake and Ladder media, influenced students' initial reading ability by 72.9%. 2) There was a greater improvement in the initial reading ability of students who used the Steinberg Four Stages method with Snake and Ladder media compared to those who used the Syllable method. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat baca siswa SD melalui literasi digital, serta sebesar apa dampak adanya literasi digital untuk minat baca di siswa SD. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan studi literatur, para peneliti mengkaji lalu menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian orang lain. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan literasi digital bisa membantu anak Sekolah Dasar dalam meningkatkan minat baca yang mereka memiliki. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terbukti dari hasil-hasil para peneliti sebelumnya yang sudah melakukan penelitian.
