Abstract

Culture is often the reason to create peace, order, order of coolness in society. Culture that will be meaningful and valuable, culture can serve as a source o behavioral determinants and aspiration of society, namely in political and law. Culture only as accessories when placed or be interpreted as a heritage without involving cultural awareness in legal elements for the manufacture of local regulation. Bugis was one tribe that owns and instill cultural values are very high in every movement, behaviour, actions and words. Accordingly the importance of culture became a major ingredient in the making of local regulations, including the town Parepare. Goverment should promote culture as one consideration local rulemaking.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims (1) to identify the entrepreneurial behavior of STAIN Parepare students, (2) to know factors that influence the entrepreneurship interest and (3) to know the possible strategies applied in developing the entrepreneurship interest of STAIN Parepare students. This research uses explanatory research. The results of research showed that 9% of STAIN parepare students have been doing entrepreneurial activities in addition to perform their main duties as students. The results of the test together show that the variables of entrepreneurship subject consist of seminar / training; religious approach; student Entrepreneurship Development Center; student cooperative; cooperation with financial institution, cooperation with business institution, capital aid, lecturer enhancement, and side job  together affect student interest in entrepreneurship.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui perilaku wirausaha mahasiswa STAIN Parepare, (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha tersebut dan (3) mengetahui strategi yang bisa diterapkan dalam mengembangkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa STAIN Parepare. Hasil menelitian menunjukan bahwa sebesar 9 % mahasiswa STAIN parepare telah melakukan kegiatan wirausaha di samping menjalankan tugas utamanya sebagai mahasiswa. Hasil uji secara bersama-sama menunjukan bahwa variabel mata  kuliah kewirausahaan , Seminar/Pelatihan, Pendekatan Agama, Pusat Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa, Koperasi Mahasiswa, Kerjasama dengan Lembaga Keuangan, Kerjasama dengan Lembaga Usaha, Bantuan Modal, Peningkatan Dosen, dan kerja sampingan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

This article discusses the Cooperative Financial Management System At-MT STAIN Pare Pare, where the main focus of study to see if the cooperative at-MT attention to the welfare of its members and adhered to the establishment of cooperative goals are: to help improve the welfare of its members, not to maximize proft cooperative enterprise. Initial observations the authors see that cooperative At-MT STAIN Pare Pare very helpful members. On the other hand, criticism and complaints from sebahagian members, as well as distrust in terms of capital and profts in the can through the division of SHU annually. This research is a feld research, data sources used in this study are: primary data, secondary data, and fnancial management of the cooperative.This study uses data collection techniques: (1). Observation, (2). Interviews, and (3). Document. To analyze the data that has been collected, the data is processed by qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1. Systems cooperative capital STAIN Pare Pare At-MT consists of principal, save mandatory and voluntary savings of the members of the cooperative. 2. The fnancial performance of cooperative inadequate and has not been managed well seen by the presence of some of the bad loans that have not been resolved by the cooperative management STAIN Pare Pare. 3. The health cooperative AT-MT STAIN Pare Pare is still very far from the standard assessment when returning to the assessment ratio cooperative fnancial services cooperatives (KJK) both in terms of capital, asset quality, proftability, and the quantifcation of management aspects.

Abstract

The growth of content marketing is encouraging social media users to engage in online marketing, which focuses on producing and sharing useful, timely, and consistent material to attract and retain a defined audience. This ultimately motivates clients to make profitable decisions. Through Instagram, @warkopshearlock uses content marketing to promote its products. The posts shared by Instagram @warkopshearlock through Instagram features aim to draw attention to the product and encourage customers to purchase it. This research aims to determine the extent to which consumer purchase interest is influenced by content marketing on Instagram @warkopshearlock. The technique used is a quantitative approach. Researchers used questionnaires to collect data. The population in this study consists of Warkop Shearlock's customers. Researchers employed purposive sampling techniques. To assess the extent of the influence between variables X and Y, researchers processed the questionnaire test data using Smart PLS 4. Based on the hypothesis test for the Content Marketing Variable (X), the t-statistic value is 13.321 > 1.96 or the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted, meaning that Content Marketing on Instagram @warkopshearlock affects Consumer Purchase Interest. This indicates that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study discusses the Marketing Mix Strategy and Its Impact on Sales Volume Improvement at PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng. The objective of this research is to understand the process of marketing strategy in increasing sales volume and the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy to create customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study is a field research. The data sources include primary data from direct interviews with the branch manager and marketing staff of PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng, and secondary data from books, journals, and related articles. Data analysis techniques involve SWOT analysis and data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is tested using credibility and dependability tests. The marketing strategy of PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng has successfully increased sales by expanding target markets, improving product quality, offering attractive promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction, retaining and nurturing loyal customers, optimizing media use, providing product guarantees, proving with testimonials and reviews, employing bundling strategies, and conducting appropriate evaluations. To enhance customer satisfaction, PT. Hadji Kalla in Ajatappareng uses the 7P Marketing Mix strategy, which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. These seven elements have been well implemented and executed at PT. Hadji Kalla. The company offers a comprehensive product line and standard quality, affordable prices even with frequent customer discount requests, a strategic, comfortable, and clean location, affordable and effective promotions, friendly staff, adequate physical evidence, and a simple and practical delivery process.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the urgency of gold (e-gold or digital gold) invested for economic recovery after Covid-19 pandemic.Design/Method/Approach: This study applied descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach. The data collected through documentation from authoritative agent on investment business and observation on economic turbulence during the days of Covid-19 pandemic. The data obtained from market review reports, finance symposium summary, economic and business news, article journals, and some relevant books. While the data analysis technique developed base on conclusion drawing technique in order to fine out a systematical analysis as well as objective conclusion.Findings: The results show that gold investment is really recommended because more profitable and gold performed relatively better than many other assets in the early pandemic stages. Besides, the digital transaction was appointed in the Qur’an, Hadith and `Ijma’. Meanwhile, there are two opinions regarding allowance and prohibition related to digital gold investment. First, it is forbidden due to the payment by credit not cash. In addition to the four madzhabs' opinion, this transaction must be complied the cash transaction requirements in order to prevent the usury. The second is Ibn Taimiyah's opinion and DSN-MUI regulation shown that as long as the transaction fulfills the requirement, it is allowed.Originality/Values: The main contribution of this study concern on filling the gap of how urgency the e-gold investment for recovering the economic impact of pandemic and how e-gold investment according to the Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

Kehadiran pegadaian syariah bagi masyarakat yang mengutamakan asas kemaslahatan merupakan angin segar yang relevan dengan keyakinan beragama sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia saat ini. Dari segi lembaga pegadaian syariah, penerapan manajemen keuangan yang baik sangat menguntungkan sebab perusahaan dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya bahkan meningkatkan profitabilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengentahui bagaimana manajemen keuangan untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas pada UPS Pegadaian Persero Lanrisang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilakukan di Pegadaian Syariah Unit Lanrisang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), penarikan kesimpulan (conclution) atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Perencanaan manajemen keuangan pegadaian syariah ditransformasikan agar dapat menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas dengan menghadirkan unit pelayanan di berbagai pelosok daerah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat bersama dengan program pemerintah. 2) Pegadaian syariah unit Lanrisang mengimplementasikan manajemen keuangan dengan pelayanan yang sederhana dan mudah. Syarat dan ketentuan dalam gadai dibuat dengan sangat fleksibel dan mempertimbangkan aspek kemudahan dari pihak nasabah. 3) Evaluasi manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan oleh pegadaian syariah unit lanrisang baik. Menjaga kepuasan nasabah dengan memperhitungkan kemampuan nasabahnya merupakan tindakan manajemen evaluasi yang dapat mendukung peningkatan profitabiltas pegadaian syariah.
