Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pada pusat perbelanjaan oleh-oleh di Kecamatan Pantee Bidari. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan metode Service Quality (Servqual). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada metode Servqual untuk pusat perbelanjaan oleh-oleh di Kecamatan Pantee Bidari belum sepenuhnya dapat memenuhi harapan dari para pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan masih adanya gap antara harapan dan kenyataan dari kelima aspek kualitas pelayanan yaitu Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Emphaty. Pada aspek Tangible memiliki nilai kenyataan 3,89 dan nilai harapan 3,92 sehingga menimbulkan gap sebesar -0,03. Pada aspek Reliability memiliki nilai kenyataan 3,83 dan nilai harapan 4,19 sehingga menimbulkan gap sebesar -0,36. Pada aspek Responsiveness memiliki nilai kenyataan 4,06 dan nilai harapan 4,07 sehingga menimbulkan gap sebesar -0,01. Pada aspek Assurance memiliki nilai kenyataan 3,78 dan nilai harapan 4,20 sehingga menimbulkan gap sebesar -0,42 dan pada aspek Emphaty memiliki nilai kenyataan 4,07 dan nilai harapan 4,22 sehingga menimbulkan gap sebesar -0,15.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. King Of Milk Fish. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Model analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. King Of Milk Fish. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada CV. King Of Milk. Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. King Of Milk Fish. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction with brand image as an intervening variable among Gojek users in the city of Langsa. This research is quantitative in nature, with the population being Gojek users in Langsa. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS for Windows version 25, and the analysis methods employed include classical assumption tests, path analysis, Sobel test, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that: (1) innovation has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) innovation has a significant effect on brand image, (4) service quality has a significant effect on brand image, (5) brand image mediates the effect of innovation on customer satisfaction, (6) brand image mediates the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, and (7) brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and customer reviews on the purchasing decision of Gambir tea, with price as an intervening variable at UD. Sondel in Pakpak Bharat Regency. This research is quantitative with the population consisting of residents of Pakpak Bharat Regency. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS version 26, with analysis methods including classical assumption testing, path analysis, Sobel test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that: (1) brand image has a direct significant effect on price, (2) customer reviews have a direct significant effect on price, (3) brand image has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) customer reviews have a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, (5) price has a direct significant effect on purchasing decisions, (6) brand image has an indirect significant effect on purchasing decisions through price, and (7) customer reviews have an indirect significant effect on purchasing decisions through price.

Abstract

This PKM is highly urgent given the great potential of Gayo Lues Regency in developing herbal products, which has not yet been optimally utilized. The region is rich in economically valuable herbal raw materials like lemongrass, red ginger, and yellow root. However, the main obstacles are limited product innovation, a lack of understanding of digital marketing, and production permit issues. These risks hinder the economic potential of the herbal sector if not addressed immediately. Therefore, this PKM aims to increase herbal product innovation, improve understanding and application of digital marketing, assist with the permitting process, and enhance the capacity of Human Resources (HR) for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) herbal product entrepreneurs in Gayo Lues Regency. The community service was implemented in ABCD method with stages. Preparation: Students prepared the venue and coordinated with village officials and potential partners. Socialization: education on product benefits, innovation, business permits and product promotion. Training: Participants received training on registering for a Business Identification Number (NIB). Mentoring: The team provided guidance on designing promotional materials for social media and monitored and evaluated the promotions conducted by partners. The results of this PKM include three main aspects: Product Innovation: There was an improvement in product quality and variety. Digital Marketing: Partners' active social media accounts and marketplaces were optimized for sales. The partners successfully got their NIB. The project was a success, and the enthusiastic partners and village officials asked the team to return for another project on diversifying patchouli leaf products

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan pengelolaan persediaan tepung di Shinta Cake Shop, Aceh Tamiang, dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Just In Time (JIT). Sistem kebijakan perusahaan yang diterapkan saat ini dinilai kurang efisien karena menghasilkan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 6.360.000 dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 72 kali per tahun. Dengan metode EOQ, jumlah pemesanan optimal adalah 954,55 kg, dilakukan 6 kali dalam setahun, dengan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 5.773.154,97. Sebaliknya, metode JIT memesan 75,67 kg sebanyak 79 kali, dengan total biaya persediaan hanya sebesar Rp 2.356.880,64. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode Just In Time (JIT) lebih efisien dalam mengelola biaya persediaan, memungkinkan pengurangan biaya penyimpanan dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan persediaan di Shinta Cake Shop.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelengkapan produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang dimediasi gaya hidup pada Toko Kosmetik Jasa Delima (studi kasus pada generasi Z di Kota Langsa) Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan populasi yaitu generasi Z di Kota Langsa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22, dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur, uji sobel, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: 1) kelengkapan produk berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap gaya hidup, 2) promosi berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap gaya hidup, 3) kelengkapan produk berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, 4) promosi berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, 5) gaya hidup berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang, 6) kelengkapan produk berpengaruh tidak langsung secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang melalui gaya hidup, 7) promosi berpengaruh tidak langsung secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang melalui gaya hidup. Hasil analisis jalur (path analysis) pertama menunjukkan persamaan Z = 0,469 + 0,362 + 0,6189. Sedangkan pada jalur kedua, menunjukkan persamaan Y = 0,246 + 0,292 + 0,369 + 0,5595. Pada hasil uji koefisien determinasi jalur pertama, variabel kelengkapan produk dan promosi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang pada Toko Kosmetik Jasa Delima sebesar 61,7% dan sisanya sebesar 38,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Sedangkan pada jalur kedua, variabel kelengkapan produk, promosi dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang pada Toko Kosmetik Jasa Delima sebesar 67,8% dan sisanya sebesar 32,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The challenges faced by the PKK group include limited knowledge and skills in utilizing local natural resources for creative products, a lack of understanding regarding simple business management, and low utilization of digital marketing. To address these issues, the activity was conducted using an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes leveraging local assets in the form of leaves and flowers, human resource capacity, and community social networks. The activity was carried out through several stages: coordination, socialization, technical ecoprint training on ceramic mug media using the steaming method, group practice, provision of business management knowledge, introduction to digital marketing, and evaluation. The results show that the participants successfully created natural-patterned ecoprint mug products, developed a better environmental awareness, and acquired basic entrepreneurial skills, including calculating the cost of goods sold and determining the selling price. The PKK women are now capable of producing approximately $\pm20$ ecoprint mugs per month with 3–5 variations of motifs. Thus, this activity not only enhances creative skills and entrepreneurial literacy but also opens up opportunities for women's economic empowerment based on local potential.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) dan Wilayatul Hisbah Aceh Timur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang akan diolah dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data yang dicari dapat berupa data primer dan sekunder yang mendukung penelitian. Jumlah pegawai yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 414 orang, dengan sampel yang terpilih sebanyak 81 orang pegawai. Dari hasil pengolahan data ditunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linear adalah Y = Y = 2,405 + 0,513X. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,524. Dengan nilai t sig dan F sig variabel kompensasi sebesar 0,000. Dengan nilai-nilai hasil pengujian yang diperoleh, maka dapay disimpulkan bahwa kompesnsasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai satuan polisi pamong praja dan wilayatul hisbah Aceh Timur. Dan variable kompensasi hanya dapt menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 52,4%.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an individual or an employee in quality and quantity in accordance with the duties and responsibilities with certain standards where the individual works. Organizational commitment is a belief that an employee has towards the company where the individual works. And job satisfaction is an attitude or feeling that shows how a person's response to his work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample in this study totaled 169 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa. The research method contained in this research is quantitative research. From the results of the study it was found that partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. And simultaneously organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, it was found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction can affect employee performance by 83.1%.
