Abstract

To determine the effect of job training and communication skills on employee work effectiveness and the role of education level in moderating the relationship between job training and communication skills on employee work effectiveness at the Disperindagkop and UKM Kota Langsa.  Using a qualitative design that was quantified with a saturated sampling method, namely, all PNS of the Department of Industry and Trade and UKM of Langsa City were used as research samples using the PLS-SEM approach.  It Shows that job training has a negative and insignificant effect on employee effectiveness. In contrast, communication skills have a positive and significant effect on employee effectiveness, and the interaction of education level with job training has a positive and insignificant effect on employee effectiveness. The interaction of education level with communication skills has a positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees at the Disperindagkop and SMEs in Langsa City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan industri rumahan tahu, mengetahui kendala dan permasalahan dalam penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan serta melihat bagaimana aliran manajemen rantai pasokan yang diterapkan industri rumahan tahu. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa alur manajemen rantai pasokan industri rumahan tahu di Desa Timbang Langsa dimulai dari pemasok, industri rumahan tahu (manufaktur), pengecer tahu dan konsumen akhir. Terdapat tiga jenis aliran yang terjadi pada manajemen rantai pasokan industri rumahan tahu ini yaitu aliran barang, aliran uang dan aliran informasi. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa aliran rantai pasokan industri rumahan tahu di Desa Timbang Langsa dinilai sudah baik, karena penerapan aliran rantai tersebut memberikan keuntungan pada setiap pihak yang terlibat sehingga pelaku-pelaku yang terlibat didalam rantai pasokan tersebut dapat menghemat waktu, biaya dan tenaga kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui rantai pasokan serta efektivitas rantai pasokan pada usaha keripik Mustika Kota Langsa. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan House of Risk (HOR) dengan nilai akhir berdasarkan perhitungan Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP). Berdasarkan Supply Chain Operations Referens (SCOR) didapatkan 14 kejadian risiko pada proses aktivitas aliran supply chain antara lain : Plan sebanyak 5 kejadian risiko, source sebanyak 4 kejadian risiko, delivery sebanyak 3 kejadian risiko, dan return sebanyak 2 kejadian risiko serta untuk penyebab dari kejadian risiko. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa penyebab risiko dalam rantai pasokan pada usaha keripik Mustika Kota Langsa paling tinggi kelangkaan bahan baku pisang dan ubi dengan nilai ARP 126 dan kategori rank 1. Strategi penanganan untuk optimalisasi rantai pasokan yaitu dengan membuka lahan perkebunan pisang atau ubi untuk menjamin kelancaran ketersediaan bahan baku. Langkah selanjutnya dengan melihat ARP. Nilai ARP yang diperoleh pada faktor penyebab risiko kelangkaan bahan baku pisang dan ubi yaitu sebesar 126 dengan nilai occurance sebesar 7, nilai severity sebesar 6, dan korelasi risiko sebesar 3. Dari analisis nilai ARP dijelaskan bahwa kurangnya pengalaman pekerja dalam bekerja lebih penting untuk diperbaiki dengan nilai ARPj 36 dibandingkan kurangnya kepedulian pekerja terhadap kemajuan usaha dengan nilai ARPj yang lebih rendah yaitu 12.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an individual or an employee in quality and quantity in accordance with the duties and responsibilities with certain standards where the individual works. Organizational commitment is a belief that an employee has towards the company where the individual works. And job satisfaction is an attitude or feeling that shows how a person's response to his work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample in this study totaled 169 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa. The research method contained in this research is quantitative research. From the results of the study it was found that partially organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. And simultaneously organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, it was found that organizational commitment and job satisfaction can affect employee performance by 83.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the flow of supply chain management in Kinara Bakeri, Binjai city, whether there is waste or not, the method used in this study is a qualitative method using VSM (value stream mapping) measuring instruments. The object in this study is Kinara Bakeri in the city of Binjai which has been established for 29 years. Data collection methods through interviews, direct observation and documentation. The results of this study found a total lead time value of 671 minutes, a waiting time value of 145 minutes, with a VA (Value Added) value of 181 minutes and an NVA (Non Value Added) value of 353 minutes and a PCE (process cycle efficiency) value of 26.9%, which means kinara Bakeri's supply chain management is included in the un-lean category because the PCE value is less than 30%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fokus pada pelanggan dan perbaikan berkesinambungan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Y = 3,199 + 0,224X1 + 0,271X2 Fokus pada pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang dengan nilai t sig. sebesar 0,012<0,05. Perbaikan berkesinambungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang dengan nilai t sig. sebesar 0,025<0,05. Fokus pada pelanggan dan perbaikan berkesinambungan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai karyawan pada PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang dengan nilai F sig. sebesar 0,000<0,05. Dari uji koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel fokus pada pelanggan, perbaikan berkesinambungan dan pemberdayaan SDM mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tri Agro Palma Tamiang sebesar 61,1%, sedangkan sisanya 38,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pemakaian minyak goreng akan menghasilkan limbah minyak jelantah. Minyak goreng bekas tersebut umumnya dibuang sehingga dapat mencemari lingkungan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis terutama lilin aroma terapi. Selain itu, pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga melalui pemasaran produk lilin aroma terapi. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan sosialisasi bahaya limbah minyak jelantah terhadap pencemaran lingkungan serta praktek cara pembuatan limbah minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aroma terapi. Mitra dari kegiatan ini merupakan ibu-ibu PKK dan masyarakat umum di Desa Birem Puntong, Kota Langsa. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan masyarakat memahami tentang langkah-langkah dalam memanfatkan minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aroma terapi. Selain itu, masyarakat juga memahami perlunya mengelola limbah minyak jelantah untuk kelestarian lingkungan dalam jangka Panjang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on job satisfaction of the Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah East Aceh units. The samples in this research were 81 employees in the Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah East Aceh units. Data were analyzed using multiple liner regression tests, t tests, F tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and insignificant influence on job satisfaction. And the results of the F test show that work discipline and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, it was found that 43% of the work discipline and motivation variables could explain the job satisfaction variable, while the remaining 57% could be explained by other variables that were not included in this research such as work environment, compensation, etc.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of celebrity endorsements and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions with consumer trust as an intervening variable (case study of Shopee marketplace users in Langsa City). This research is a quantitative research that uses primary data with a population of Shopee users in Langsa City. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, the number of respondents was 100 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS for Windows 25, the analysis methods used were the classical assumption test, Sobel test, path analysis and hypothesis testing.
