Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic is a new challenge for the Islamic economy to be able to be a solution to various problems that arise due to the impact of the spread of the COVID 19 virus in every community. The impact caused by the pandemic is not only on the health aspect but also on the economic aspect. This study aims to find out what are the models of economic empowerment in the Islamic Economy that can be done during the COVID 19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. This method explains the phenomena that occur in society and then a conclusion is drawn. The results of this study are the first, the empowerment model carried out by LAZISMU Surakarta during the pandemic has been in accordance with government rules, namely the funds are distributed to those who are entitled to receive it legally Islamic and also pay attention to the scale of community priorities. Second, the category of consumptive empowerment is 11% greater than productive empowerment. Third, the benefits obtained by the community from consumptive empowerment are greater when the number of pandemic cases is increasing, while when the trend of confirmed case numbers is falling, productive empowerment is more expected by the community. Fourth, the Islamic Economy is still able to play a role in tackling emergencies such as the COVID 19 pandemic. This is evidenced through LAZISMU Surakarta which has been able to empower people’s funds professionally.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan suatu negara dengan populasi pengguna internet yang sangat potensial jika ingin mempromosikan suatu produk barang atau jasa dengan internet. Bank Syariah Indonesia merupakan bank syariah yang meskipun merupakan gabungan dari tiga bank syariah milik pemerintah yang sudah lama beroperasi, namun masyarakat perlu diinformasikan kembali mengenai produk jasa dan pembiayaannya, termasuk di dalamnya pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah atau pembiayaan griya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis, mengetahui, serta mengkaji strategi promosi produk pembiayaan griya melalui sistem digitalisasi pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Tajur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk dapat mengembangkan aktivitas promosi agar tetap dapat berjalan dengan efektif harus melakukan beberapa tahapan di antaranya mengidentifikasi target pasar, menentukan tujuan promosi, menetapkan anggaran, dan membuat rencana program. Rencana program dilaksanakan dengan cara mengidentifikasi masalah, merencanakan program (penciptaan konten dan penentuan platform), implementasi program (menciptakan awareness, pola update, dan interaksi dengan follower), mengembangkan relasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Selama proses penyusunan hingga pengembangan produk pembiayaan yang ditawarkan bank syariah, karyawan diminta untuk terus berinovasi menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi terutama media untuk berkomunikasi yang sedang digunakan masyarakat. Selain itu dengan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, layanan informasi yang diberikan pada nasabah dengan mudah, cepat dan efisien untuk menerima dan mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Dalam ekonomi mikro, terdapat hukum permintaan dan penawaran, subyek yang melakukan permintaan adalah konsumen, sedangkan subyek yang melakukan penawaran adalah produsen. Jika permintaan barang atau jasa turun, maka harga akan cenderung turun. Sebaliknya jika permintaan barang atau jasa naik, maka harga akan cenderung naik. Pernyataan tersebut adalah bunyi dari hukum permintaan dalam posisi tetap (Ceteris Paribus). Jika harga naik maka penawaran barang atau jasa akan meningkat, sebaliknya jika harga turun maka penawaran barang atau jasa akan menurun, Oleh karena itu, Langkah bijak, sebaiknya jika melakukan permintaan dan penawaran disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan & pendapatan, agar permintaan untuk barang yang lebih penting dapat terpenuhi dengan baik dan harga penawaran barang atau jasa juga dapat menyesuaian pendapatan konsumen, karena produsen kadang gencar dalam mempromosikan produk agar bisa menjual produknya serta mendapatkan keuntungan, pembeli terpengaruh iklan & secara masif membeli sehingga mendorong produsen menaikkan harga.

Abstract

Palestine is located in the Southwest Asia region. Diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Palestine have been established since the early days of Indonesia's independence. Palestine is one of the holiest places in Islam. On the other hand, Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. This situation creates a strong emotional bond between Indonesia and Palestine. Since the Jews declared the establishment of the state of Israel in the Palestinian territories in 1948, Indonesia has been part of the party opposing the Israeli occupation and supporting the Palestinian people's efforts to gain their right to independence. The support of the Indonesian people for Palestine continues. In terms of humanitarian assistance, zakat, infaq and alms management institutions (ZIS) are increasingly aggressively promoting various humanitarian aids, one of which is the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to analyze the value of the contribution and distribution of the allocation of zakat, infaq and alms funds by BAZNAS for humanitarian aid in Palestine. In addition, this study also wants to measure the effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS funds at BAZNAS. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method. Quantitative data were analyzed using basic statistical calculations and the zakat core principles (ZCP) approach. While qualitative data is described using descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of the contribution to the distribution of ZIS funds for Palestinian humanitarian assistance carried out by BAZNAS in 2018-2021 is volatile.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To find out the cause of the failure of 212 Mart Bojongkulur, 2) To find out the cause of the lack of loyalty of shopping members, and 3) To find out the efforts taken by the cooperative management to retract the loyalty of shopping members. The research method used is qualitative, the researcher tries to build rational arguments about everything, to explore the problems that cause 212 Mart to fail to develop, especially 212 Mart Bojongkulur. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing the failure of 212 Mart Bojongkulur in terms of member loyalty are the lack of commitment from members to shop at 212 Mart, caused by the lack of understanding of members about the cooperative concept, most cooperative members only become investors, the goods at 212 Mart are expensive, more expensive than the market price, and the available goods are incomplete.

Abstract

Humans are social beings who rely on interactions with others to meet their daily needs. Economic activities, such as buying and selling transactions, have evolved over time. Initially, transactions were done through bartering, but the introduction of money made transactions easier. The world of economics and banking is constantly evolving, resulting in innovations like the sharia card. This product was created to meet the community's need for a credit card that complies with sharia principles. The Indonesian Ulema Council issued fatwa No. 54, which addresses the sharia card and references the fiqh rule on urf. This research examines the relationship between the emergence of sharia card products and urf evidence. It aims to determine if the needs of the sharia economic community in Indonesia have reached the urf level. The study also explores the sharia card agreement outlined in fatwa No. 54. Through qualitative research based on library sources, it was found that the community's needs have not yet reached the level of urf, but rather a level where credit card use is common. However, this does not invalidate the fatwa, as it includes other arguments and rules to uphold sharia principles. This research serves as an example for studying fatwa sheets issued by DSN-MUI, providing additional knowledge for those interested in the topic. It sheds light on the development of sharia-compliant financial products and their relevance in the contemporary economic landscape.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a lot of impact on human life in general. Various problems one by one began to arise and became a burden in the community. The economic and social fields are the fields that have been affected quite a lot during this pandemic. This research discusses how to get out of this pandemic crisis by using Islamic philanthropic instruments, namely zakat and its derivatives such as infak and almsgiving to be able to prosper people in need, especially during this pandemic. Through social programs owned by the Muhammadiyah zakat infak and shadaqah institution or (LAZISMU) the city of Surakarta is expected to be able to meet the needs and welfare of the community during the pandemic. This type of research is field research. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative by using primary data sources and secondary data collected by means of documentation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study are the first, LAZISMU Surakarta City has managed people's funds in accordance with applicable regulations with several innovations that are allowed to be carried out. Second, The Social Program is a model of empowerment that is consumptive in nature. It has advantages and disadvantages, including being very beneficial for the community when the number of COVID-19 pandemic cases is increasing, as for when the number of cases begins to decline, what is expected by the community is another empowerment model that is productive in nature. Third, the impact of economic empowerment of the people carried out by LAZISMU Surakarta through the Social Program only benefits the community in the form of assistance that is temporary effect not long-term.

Abstract

The potential of zakat in Indonesia is very large if managed properly and correctly. The welfare of the poor will get a solution from the utilization of zakat funds. The productive zakat grant program is a way to distribute zakat funds to mustahik with the aim of providing additional business capital so that mustahiks can increase their business. Through this effort there is a transformation from mustahik to muzaki, or at least into munfik. This research aims to see the level of effectiveness of productive zakat in increasing mustahik business. This research took place at BAZNAS Bogor with 32 respondents.

Abstract

This research is entitled the analysis and concept of natural resource management and zakat as sharia fiscal policy for the welfare of the people in Indonesia. The background of this research is because of the writer's anxiety to see Indonesia as a country rich in natural resources and great potential for zakat, but many people still live in poverty. On the other hand, the state continues to rely on taxes as the main source of state revenue. This study wants to know how the concept of natural resource management and zakat in sharia fiscal policy and the extent to which the management of natural resources and zakat in sharia fiscal policy are able to realize people's welfare. For this reason, the research method taken by the author is analytical descriptive. In this study, it was found that the potential for state revenue is very large (Rp 18,918 trillion) from natural resources if managed based on sharia, namely all natural resources in the form of mining, energy, water for the public and forests managed by the state, so that all the results will be state revenue. This revenue potential will be even greater (Rp 19,246 trillion) if zakat, which has a potential revenue of Rp 327.6 trillion, is also managed by the state directly. With this huge revenue potential, it is certain to be able to realize the welfare of the people. The indicator of people's welfare is ensuring the fulfillment of the basic needs of each individual (clothing, food and housing) as well as the fulfillment of the people's basic needs (education, health and security).

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia today has experienced a rapid increase both in quantity and quality. As an institution that operates based on sharia principles, Islamic banks have different characteristics and assessments of financial performance from conventional banks. Islamicity Performance Index is one of the new concepts as a method that can be used to evaluate the performance of Islamic banks which are not only financially but also able to evaluate the principles of fairness and halalness of an Islamic banking. This study aims to reveal the application of sharia principles to the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period by using the Islamicity Performance Index.
