This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the employees at the Office of Archives and Library of Gorontalo Province, with a total sample of 32 respondents. At the same time, the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The finding denoted that there was an effect of employee competency on the management of static archives at the Office of Archives and Library og Gorontalo Province. The effect of employee competency on the management of static archives was 45.3% while the remaining 54.7% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research.

The study aimed to measure the effect of supervision on work discipline at the Social Agency of Gorontalo Province. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach, with a total of 47 respondents. The main instrument used during the data collection was a questionnaire. The data were than analyzed and tested with a simple regressions using the SPSS 2020. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of supervision an employee work discipline at the Social Agency of Gorontalo Province. The effect of supervision was 67,5 %, while the remaining 32,5% was affected by other variables.

It employed a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people. Moreover, the data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings depicted that the variables of salary/income satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work environment partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment at PT Mega Finance Cabang Gorontalo Branch. Moreover, this research obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 85,8% from variables of salary/earning satisfaction job satisfaction, and work environment on organizational commitment of employees at PT Mega Finance Cabang Gorontalo Branch. At the same time, the remaiping 14,2% was affected by other variables that were not explained in this research.

This research aims to determine the influence of education level and the number of dependents on household poverty ini inomunga Village, Kaidipang Subdistrict, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methodology. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Inomunga villagers, Kaidipang Subdistrict, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The number of samples in this research in 45 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The researh indicates a partial and simultaneous effect of education level and the number of dependents on household poverty. The simultanoes effect of education level and the number of dependents on household poverty is 78,9%. The partial effect of education level on household poverty is 31,7%, and the effect of the number of dependents on household poverty is 47,2%.

The method used in this study was a quantitative method, with a total sample of 64 people. Besides the data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The analysis results of the coefficient of determinatiom depicted that the adjusted coefficient of determination or the R-Square value was 0.174 or 17.4%. this value indicated that 17.4% of the variability of fishermen’s income could be explained by the seasonal change variable, while the remaining 82.6% was explained by other variables that were not examined in this study. The finding in the previous subsection found that the seasonal changes had a significant positive effect on the fishermen’s income in Leato Selatan Village, Gorontalo City. This result was proven by the t-count value of 6.181, whieh was higher than t-table value of 1.999897 and the significance value was 0.000 or less than 0.05. these signified that seasonal change affected the fishermen’s income in Leato Selatan Villange, Gorontalo City.

This research employs a quantitative approarch. Meanwhile, the data are collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research samples were 50 people in Mootawa Village, Bone Raya Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. The research applies simple linier regression. The research findings indicate that the performance of the village chief positively affects economic development in Mootawa Village, Bone Raya Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency and it is identified from the calculation of the Pearson correlation coefficient of 0,521

The research applied a total population sampling technique. As a result, the entire population (41 students) was selected as the sample of this research. Research data were collected through observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The findings reveal that there is a positive correlation between rising students’ interest in selecting an accounting expertise program and rising students learning achievement, with the correlation coefficient value of the previously obtained regression model of 0,697. This value indicated that 67,9% of the variables effecting students’ learning achievement in the tenth grade at SMK Negeri 1 Batudaa are influenced by students’ interest in selecting an accounting expertise program, while the remaining 30,3% are influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

The present study aimed to determine the effect of the utilization of the school library on students’ learning outcomes in the economics subjectin class X of social sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to students at SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa Timur, with a total sample of 41 respondens. At the same time, the data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The analysis results of the coefficient of determination in the table denoted that the adjusted coefficient of determination or the R-Squared value was 0,215 or 21,5%. This value signified that 21,5% of the variability of students’ learning outcomes could be explained by the variable of the utilization of the school library. In comparison, the remaining 78,5% was explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher performance on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects for class VIII at SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with survey research methods. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency. The number of sampling in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects for class VIII at SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency. The magnitude of the influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes reached 48.8% while the remaining 51.2% was influenced by variables not examined.

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada Konsumen J&T Express Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian uji secara parsial (uji t), maupun uji secara simultan (uji f) menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Fasilitas (X2), dan Harga (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Besaran pengaruhnya 22.1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 77.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.
