Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between organizational culture on organizational performance, and to determine the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance in employees of PT Wijaya Karya Beton. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of associative research used to analyze the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The population in this study were 77 employees of PT Wijaya Karya Beton, with a sample of 75 employees selected using convinience sampling. Data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 distributed via google form to employees of PT Wijaya Karya Beton through HRD. Furthermore, the data obtained was analyzed using SEM-PLS Version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant positive influence between organizational culture on organizational performance, as well as a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment on organizational performance. This research contributes to the integration of organizational culture and organizational commitment to organizational performance in one research framework which in previous studies to the knowledge of researchers has not been found. Furthermore, this study provides input to leaders about the importance of organizational culture and organizational commitment in improving organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayananan berpengaruh positif sinifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Gajah Mada Medan, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kepuasaan nasabah pada PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Gajah Mada Medan serta untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Gajah Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 24.711 Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang yang mengacu teori Roscoe .

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Electronic Word Of Mouth and Brand Image significantly positively influence Purchase Intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. This research uses a Quantitative approach. The population in this study is all students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Pancabudi Medan, totaling 4315 students. The sampling technique in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents. Electronic Word of Mouth significantly positively affects purchase intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. Brand Image has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention in the Tokopedia marketplace. Considering that Tokopedia may win the competition with other marketplaces due to respondents' answers indicating that they are not disturbed by negative comments when collecting intentions to buy, it is suggested to maintain the quality by continuously innovating and providing encouragement to consumers to continue to stay on Tokopedia and always choose Tokopedia over other competitors, this has shown that Tokopedia has won the competition among the many existing marketplaces.

Abstract

Technology is developing very rapidly and continues to change from year to year. Therefore, the latest digital marketing trends will continue to emerge which are adapted to the conditions and situations of that year, but there are still some groups of people who do not understand the importance of digital trends, because competition for marketplaces or online shopping sites in Indonesia is currently getting tighter, the competition that is happening is not only from domestic shopping sites but also foreign ones that have entered the domestic market. This research aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction, trust and ease of use on customer loyalty in the Shopee marketplace in Dwikora sub-district, Medan Helvetia sub-district. This type of quantitative research with the independent variables used in this research is satisfaction, trust and ease of use and the dependent variable used is customer loyalty. The population used in this research is all people in Medan Helvetia sub-district. This research took samples using a purposive sampling method and there were 100 respondents who were deemed worthy of being research criteria. The research results show that partially and simultaneously satisfaction, trust and ease of use have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha pada siswa SMA dan SMK di Yapim Sei Gelugur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer atau kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI dan Kelas XII di YAPIM Sei Gelugur yang berjumlah 156 Siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 61 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha pada siswa SMA dan SMK YAPIM Sei Gelugur. Pengaruh Pengetahuan Keiwrausahaan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha pada siswa SMA dan SMK YAPIM Sei Gelugur. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F didapati bahwa Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Pada koefisien determinasi (R2) bahwa nilai AdjustedR Square yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,735 (73%) dan sisanya 27% yang akan di pengaruhi oleh faktorfaktor lainnya yang tidak dapat dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terhadap Retensi Karyawan di PTPN II Sawit Seberang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PTPN II Sawit Seberang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 80 responden Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square 0.792 berarti 79 % Retensi karyawan dapat di jelaskan oleh pengembangan karir dan variabel komitmen organisasi. Sedangkan sisanya 21 % dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
