Abstract

Dengan memiliki masyarakat yang terlatih dalam mengelola dan memahami kandang kambing yang sehat,nyaman dan baik maka diharapkan kualitas layanan peternakan kandang kambing etawa,domba akan meningkat dan daya tarik peternak akan meningkat, sehingga peternak akan merasa lebih puas dan tertarik untuk berternak kambing dengan lingkungan kandang kambing etawa,domba yang baik kembali atau merekomendasikan peternakan kandang kambing tersebut kepada orang lain. Selain itu, pengabdian edukasi kapasitas masyarakat juga dapat membantu meningkatkan pengalaman peternakan dengan lingkungan kandang kambing etawa,domba, kambing lainnya. Dengan adanya masyarakat yang terlatih dalam memberikan informasi dan pelayanan, Peternakan kandang kambing yang baik dapat merasa lebih mudah dalam mengeksplorasi

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Beauty Influencers and the Korean Wave on purchasing decisions for Korean Skincare products in the people of Medan Sunggal District. The population in this study was the people of Medan Sunggal District with a total of 131,741 people. The sampling technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that Beauty Influencers had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the Korean Wave had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Beauty Influencers and the Korean Wave jointly influence purchasing decisions.Keywords: Beauty Influencer; Korean Wave; Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayananan berpengaruh positif sinifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Gajah Mada Medan, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk berberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja kepuasaan nasabah pada PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Gajah Mada Medan serta untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Gajah Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah PT. Bank Bukopin Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 24.711 Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang yang mengacu teori Roscoe .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel lariz depari medan”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel lariz depari medan”yang berjumlah 76  responden, perhitungan jumlah sampel sampling jenuh yang  dimana seluruh populasi di jadikan sampel .Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi  secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,51% artinya bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 49% dan sisanya 19% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The current research examines the link that exists between Job Performance (JP), Organizational Commitment (OC), and Organizational Identification (OI) in the special setting of Islamic higher education institutions located in Medan City. Through the use of a rigorous quantitative framework—Covariance-based Structural Equation Modelling, or CB-SEM—150 personnel from several Islamic universities provided data that were carefully collected. The empirical results demonstrate a substantial positive association between OI and JP, with OC serving as a mediating variable that enhances the impact of OI on JP. These conclusions highlight the strategic necessity for institutions to foster robust organizational identification to improve employee performance. The study adds to the body of knowledge on organizational behavior by clarifying the little-known mediating function of OC in the OI-JP dynamic, especially in Islamic educational settings, which have not gotten much attention in previous research. This study posits that the cultivation of OI among employees is not merely advantageous but essential for bolstering institutional commitment and, by extension, performance. Given that this research is the first of its kind conducted in Islamic universities in Medan, it offers fresh scholarly perspectives and practical implications for both academia and institutional leaders, particularly in understanding the mechanisms through which OI influences organizational outcomes. The findings thus hold profound implications for future research and policy development in Islamic educational management, extending the discourse on organizational identification and performance into new and significant dimensions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Coffe Shop di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang pernah mengunjungi Coffee Shop yang ada di Kota Medan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama  memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan pada pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,164 artinya kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 16,4% dan sisanya 83,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on turnover intention, to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment on turnover intention, to determine and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the turnover intention of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan partially. This research uses an associative type of research using a quantitative approach, which is carried out to analyze the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The population in this study was 70 teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan with a sample of 54 people. The sample was selected through or using convenience sampling. Data obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale was distributed via Google Form to teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Percut Sei Tuan. Next, the data obtained was analyzed using SEM-PLS version 3.0. The results of the analysis show that there is a negative and significant influence between job satisfaction and turnover intention, with a value of -0.491 and a significance of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of RCOC in the relationship between EE and EP by exploring direct and indirect effects. Data from lecturers of Islamic private universities in North Sumatra Province were collected through surveys to explore EP. Hypotheses were tested using SEM with the application AMOS with a sample of 200 respondents. The results showed that RCOC has not been able to play a significant role in bridging the relationship between EE and EP. This study contributes: First, to the author's knowledge, this study is the first empirical study regarding the role of RCOC in bridging the relationship between EE and EP. Second, it enriches the literature on SIT by demonstrating the relationships between EE, RCOC and EP, particularly in higher education. This study also enriches the organizational behavior literature by using a few mediating variables to improve the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance on the context of Islamic higher education in Indonesia.

The method of data collection through distribution, namely conducting searches and distributing questionnaires to consumers who make purchases at Kopi Petik Jl.Pembangunan KM.12. The results of this study indicate Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest in Kopi Petik Jl. Pembangunan Km.12. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially the store atmosphere variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in Kopi Petik Jl. Pembangunan Km.12. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect on the brand image and store atmosphere variables on consumer purchasing interest in Kopi Petik Jl. Pembangunan Km.12.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational creativity and organizational innovation on organizational performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan partially. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 165 employees selected using stratified proportional sampling and convenience sampling. Data were distributed to respondents using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 which was distributed directly and also via google form. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 23. The results of the analysis showed a positive and significant effect between organizational creativity on organizational performance, as well as a positive and significant effect between organizational innovation on organizational performance. This study contributes to the integration of organizational creativity and organizational innovation on organizational performance in one research framework, which in previous studies to the best of the researcher's knowledge has not been found, and also enriches the literature review related to antecedents of organizational performance in the context of plantation sector research. Furthermore, this study provides input to leaders about the importance of organizational creativity and organizational innovation in improving organizational performance.
