Abstract

Penguatan aspek psikologis merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan kapasitas kewirausahaan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi penguatan mindset kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan community growth mindset pada pengusaha Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen satu kelompok pretest–posttest. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah 15 pengusaha Muhammadiyah yang memiliki UMKM dan mengikuti seluruh rangkaian intervensi. Instrumen penelitian berupa Skala Efikasi Diri Wirausaha dan Skala Community Growth Mindset dengan model skala Likert 1–5. Intervensi dilaksanakan secara bertahap melalui analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, pelaksanaan workshop, serta pendampingan UMKM melalui coaching dan mentoring. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired-sample t-test dan uji Wilcoxon sesuai dengan karakteristik distribusi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan community growth mindset setelah intervensi diberikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang mengintegrasikan pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis psikologis efektif dalam memperkuat sumber daya psikologis kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap pengembangan program pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis komunitas dengan menekankan pentingnya penguatan mindset dan efikasi diri sebagai fondasi keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Orang tua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus menghadapi tantangan pengasuhan yang kompleks dan berpotensi memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus melalui tinjauan sistematik berbasis kerangka PRISMA dengan pendekatan model kesejahteraan psikologis Ryff. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada beberapa basis data ilmiah dan menghasilkan 62 artikel awal, yang kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi hingga diperoleh 14 studi yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua bersifat dinamis dan dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan diri, dukungan sosial, religiositas, kebersyukuran, serta strategi coping adaptif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada sintesis tematik yang secara eksplisit memetakan temuan empiris ke dalam enam dimensi kesejahteraan psikologis Ryff, yang belum banyak dilakukan secara sistematik pada penelitian sebelumnya. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan psikososial yang komprehensif dan berbasis keluarga untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus. Psychological Well-Being of Parents of Children with Special Needs: A Systematic Review Based on Ryff’s Model Parents of children with special needs face complex parenting challenges that may significantly affect their psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the dynamics and determinants of psychological well-being among parents of children with special needs through a systematic review based on the PRISMA framework and Ryff’s psychological well-being model. A comprehensive literature search across several academic databases identified 62 initial articles, of which 14 studies met the inclusion criteria and were qualitatively synthesized. The findings indicate that parents’ psychological well-being is dynamic and influenced by self-acceptance, social support, religiosity, gratitude, and adaptive coping strategies. The novelty of this review lies in its explicit thematic synthesis that maps empirical findings onto the six dimensions of Ryff’s psychological well-being model, providing a structured conceptual understanding that has been limited in previous studies. This review highlights the importance of comprehensive and family-based psychosocial interventions to strengthen the psychological well-being of parents raising children with special needs.

Abstract

Kontrol diri merupakan keterampilan psikologis yang penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan akademik, kesehatan mental, serta kesejahteraan siswa secara keseluruhan. Namun, dalam konteks pendidikan modern, siswa dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan seperti tekanan akademik, tuntutan sosial, serta paparan intensif terhadap dunia digital yang berpotensi melemahkan kemampuan pengelolaan emosi dan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif peran mindfulness, yang didefinisikan sebagai kesadaran penuh terhadap pengalaman saat ini tanpa sikap menghakimi, dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan penelusuran terhadap 58 artikel ilmiah dari berbagai basis data, di mana 11 jurnal terpilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan mindfulness, baik melalui program pelatihan terstruktur, praktik meditasi, maupun sebagai disposisi psikologis individu, secara konsisten memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kontrol diri siswa. Mindfulness terbukti membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi, mengurangi perilaku impulsif, meningkatkan fokus perhatian, serta mendukung pengelolaan stres secara adaptif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa mindfulness memiliki potensi besar untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam program pendidikan formal sebagai strategi preventif dan intervensi pengembangan diri, guna mendukung pembentukan karakter dan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Moral detachment is an important cognitive mechanism that allows a person to commit aggressive actions without feeling personal sanctions or guilt. This study aims to describe and compile various factors before the occurrence of moral detachment in adolescents and young adult individuals using a broad study approach. A total of 23 scientific articles from international and local publication databases between 2020 and 2025 were analyzed thematically. The results of the data aggregation show that moral release is influenced by interactions involving many factors that include individual, social, digital environment, as well as organizational aspects. Intrapersonal traits such as dark personality traits (Dark Triad), anger traits, and low self-control abilities emerged as main indicators. On the environmental side, the weakness of parental bonds, friendship status, exposure to violent media, and a loose school atmosphere significantly accelerate the emergence of moral detachment.

Abstract

The Central Sulawesi Student and Youth Association (IPPMST) Malang is a regional organization that serves as a forum for togetherness, cultural preservation, and self-development for students living away from home. IPPMST Malang faces internal problems such as weak organizational communication, lack of member involvement in decision-making, and conflicts between members. This empowerment project aims to minimize communication problems and increase member solidarity through the application of conflict management. The methods used include literature studies, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and interventions in the form of conflict management training based on Rahim's theory. The intervention was carried out through psychoeducation, interactive discussions, and role-playing, with evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests based on the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory II (ROCI-II) instrument. The results showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that conflict management training is effective in improving understanding, communication skills, and strengthening solidarity and cooperation among organization members.

Abstract

Background: Self-compassion plays an important role in reducing levels of parenting stress among mothers of young children. Purpose: This systematic review aims to identify the negative relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress, indicating that mothers with higher levels of self-compassion tend to experience lower levels of parenting stress. Method: The PRISMA method was applied through searches of electronic databases, including Google Scholar, APA PsycNET, Springer, and Elsevier. Of the identified articles, 11 journals met the inclusion criteria after undergoing a rigorous selection process. Result: Based on the results of the systematic literature review of various empirical studies, self-compassion plays a significant role in reducing parenting stress among mothers of young children. Early childhood is a developmental phase that requires high levels of attention, emotional involvement, and physical energy from mothers. Conclusion: These conditions often trigger psychological pressure, particularly when mothers face limited personal resources, multiple role demands, and high social expectations regarding motherhood.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi anteseden yang memengaruhi intensi mencari bantuan profesional kesehatan mental pada populasi dewasa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan scoping review. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan pada jurnal nasional dan internasional terbitan tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Seleksi artikel mengikuti kriteria inklusi yang mencakup fokus pada intensi mencari bantuan profesional kesehatan mental, subjek dewasa, dan desain penelitian empiris. Sebanyak 19 artikel terpilih dan dianalisis secara sistematis. Hasil review mengidentifikasi sekitar 20 anteseden yang berperan dalam pembentukan intensi mencari bantuan. Anteseden tersebut dikelompokkan ke dalam empat domain utama, yaitu psikologis, sosial, kognitif, dan kontekstual. Faktor yang paling sering dilaporkan meliputi stigma terhadap kesehatan mental, sikap individu terhadap pencarian bantuan, dukungan sosial, persepsi kontrol perilaku, serta tingkat literasi kesehatan mental. Faktor psikologis seperti keparahan gejala dan pengalaman emosional turut memengaruhi intensi. Faktor sosial berperan melalui norma subjektif dan penerimaan lingkungan. Faktor kognitif terkait dengan pengetahuan, keyakinan, dan persepsi manfaat layanan. Faktor kontekstual mencakup akses layanan, biaya, dan ketersediaan tenaga profesional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intensi mencari bantuan profesional kesehatan mental bersifat multidimensional dan dipengaruhi oleh interaksi berbagai faktor. Hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perancangan intervensi berbasis bukti serta pengembangan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan intensi dan akses masyarakat dewasa terhadap layanan kesehatan mental.

Abstract

The innovative work behaviour of teachers is critical in creating a dynamic learning environment, increasing student engagement and motivation, and encouraging professional development. Innovation not only benefits students but also helps teachers develop and adapt to face challenges in the world of modern education. Quality of work life is assumed to influence innovative behaviour at work but does not influence it directly. Therefore, this research uses happiness as a mediator variable. This research aims to determine the influence of quality of life on teachers' innovative behaviour, which is mediated by happiness at work. The research subjects were 119 people who worked as teachers in primary, junior, secondary and senior secondary schools. The instruments used are the quality of work-life scale, happiness at work scale and innovative work behaviour scale. Data analysis uses regression analysis techniques with mediation. The results show no direct influence of the quality of work life on innovative behaviour at work. However, it was found that happiness at work fully mediates the influence of the quality of work life on innovative behaviour at work. The expected implication is to make teachers feel happy by increasing the quality of life at work.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is a crucial aspect for individuals, especially educators. However, a phenomenon has been identified in which dormitory supervisors in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) experience a decline in psychological well-being, which is presumed to be influenced by Burnout. Therefore, a moderating factor is needed to reduce the negative impact of Burnout. This study aims to examine the role of Hardiness as a moderating variable in the relationship between Burnout and psychological well-being. This research employed a quantitative correlational design involving 197 dormitory supervisors from 20 modern Islamic boarding schools. Data were collected using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS), and the Short Hardiness Scale. Data were analyzed using moderation analysis with Hayes’ PROCESS Macro. The results indicated that Burnout had a significant negative effect on psychological well-being. Furthermore, Hardiness significantly moderated the relationship by weakening the negative impact of Burnout. Thus, individuals with higher Hardiness tend to maintain better psychological well-being despite experiencing Burnout.

Abstract

Adolescent psychological well-being is a critical issue influenced by the complex interaction of various factors. This systematic review aims to identify and map key antecedents affecting adolescent psychological well-being based on current literature. The PRISMA method was applied through a search of electronic databases including Google Scholar, APA PsycNET, Springer, and Elsevier. Of the identified articles, 11 journals met the inclusion criteria after a rigorous selection process. The analysis revealed various antecedents that can be classified into protective and risk factors. Social support emerged as the most dominant antecedent, followed by self-esteem and resilience, which play a significant role in improving adolescent psychological well-being. Meanwhile, key risk factors identified included stress, bullying experiences, and poor social relationships, which were consistently associated with decreased psychological well-being. These findings underscore the importance of a multidimensional approach to intervention efforts, where strengthening protective factors needs to be carried out simultaneously with mitigating risk factors. Effective interventions should integrate the adolescent's family, school, and social contexts to support optimal psychological well-being.
