Abstract

Menurut masyarakat adat setempat, Minangkabau dipuja sebagai sumber kearifan. Perempuan mewakili Amban Puro, Pemilik Kunci Warisan, Undang-Undang Ke Madinah, Payung Menuju Surga, dan Kapai Tampek Batanyo Ka Pulang Tampek Babarito. Perempuan dalam tradisi Minangkabau disebut Bundo Kanduang karena memiliki peran tertentu. Dialah yang memegang warisan, kewajiban keuangan yang paling besar, dan kekuasaan atas Nagari. Nenek moyang perempuan tertua dalam rumah tangga Minangkabau, jika dia masih hidup, menikmati prestise yang lebih tinggi. Dengan demikian, pilihan signifikan tidak pernah dibuat tanpa kesadarannya. Bagi perempuan di Minangkabau yang menganut falsafah Alam Takambang Jadi Guru, terdapat rasa kebersamaan dan kekuatan penyeimbangan dalam masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan yang memanfaatkan data kualitatif dari buku dan makalah di komunitas ilmiah. Untuk menganalisis ide dan membuat model penelitian baru tentang hubungan antara kompensasi dan kualitas pelayanan publik, digunakan data sekunder dari penyelidikan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menurut feminisme, rendahnya status perempuan Minangkabau dalam kepemimpinan politik tidak hanya merugikan perempuan lain tetapi juga merugikan mereka sendiri. Banyak pemimpin perempuan dan bahkan presiden mungkin tidak mampu meningkatkan kedudukan perempuan dalam politik atau mengurangi ketidakadilan sejarah yang dihadapi perempuan. Tentu saja, artikel ini tidak mengklaim bahwa upaya dan keterlibatan perempuan di ruang publik atau peningkatan peran kepemimpinan adalah penting, tetapi setiap langkah harus didasarkan pada pengetahuan yang baru dikembangkan, yang konsisten dengan prinsip atau sistem kepercayaan.

Abstract

Education is something that is very important for humans so that one day they can face obstacles and challenges. The success of a person in carrying out education is influenced by himself because of his interests, and can also be influenced by external factors such as the environment and family conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family economic factors on student achievement at Campus II Andalas University. The type of research used is qualitative using secondary data, analyzing scientific article literature and primary data by conducting direct interviews with students of Campus II Andalas University. The results showed that the economic conditions of the family did not have a major effect on student achievement at Campus II Unand. From these results it is hoped that it will be useful for internal parties such as BEM and other organizations to assist students in dealing with problems in education. Abstract

Leadership is an individual action that can have an impact on the community (regional heads have an impact on the community) in order to get support for village development goals. The ability of a leader to influence his followers and persuade them to work according to his instructions is referred to as a leader's style. A philosophy called situational leadership places a strong emphasis on the state of followers or subordinates. Use research techniques to gather scientific knowledge carefully by gathering sources from research literature found in various scientific journals. Consultative and participatory leadership styles are among the many styles available in situational leadership. Both suggest that if leadership has been used, especially in development that is supported by a transparent development plan and carried out in accordance with established pathways and processes.

Abstract

A leader is a positive and confident person who has a vision, mission and high ethical values, with the ability to convey ideas and is able to encourage and relate well with others. Leadership will be a critical success factor in an organization. This is because leadership is the center point for significant changes in the organization, leadership becomes a personality that has an impact and leadership is an art in creating organizational fit and stability. Leaders in an organization have an important role in directing and influencing their subordinates. Without someone who regulates and directs an organization, the organization will surely be able to achieve its goals in accordance with its vision and mission. Therefore, a leader figure is needed to be able to manage and organize the organization to achieve its goals. Each person's way of leading must be different, be it how to communicate with subordinates or how to workflow. This study aims to examine the comparison of HIMA leadership at Andalas University, Campus II Payakumbuh, Padang State University, Riau University and Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to students who take part in the HIMA organization at the four universities above.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Islamic leadership and religiosity on employee performance in organizations. Transformational theory and Islamic work ethics are the theoretical foundations of this research. Previous studies have shown that Islamic leadership and individual religiosity have a positive effect on employee performance through factors such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and Islamic work ethics. This study uses secondary research methods by collecting relevant and publicly available data from previous studies. The data will then be processed using descriptive analysis techniques to provide an overview of the relationship between research variables. The results of the analysis show that Islamic leadership has an effect on employee performance, but religiosity has no significant effect on employee performance. This shows that leaders who apply the concept of Islamic leadership and pay attention to the spiritual aspects of their subordinates can positively influence their performance.

Abstract

Transformasi dan inovasi digital penting bagi perusahaan asuransi di era digitalisasi.Transformasi digital membantu perusahaan asuransi meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas serta melayani pelanggan mereka dengan lebih baik. Inovasi juga merupakan kunci untuk mendorong pertumbuhan dan tetap kompetitif bagi perusahaan asuransi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui transformasi dan inovasi yang dilakukan PT Jasa Raharja agar tetap kompetitif di era digital serta hambatan-hambatan yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature review. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mengkaji dan menganalisis literatur atau referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Temuan utama studi ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Jasa Raharja telah melakukan transformasi dan inovasi digital yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Transformasi digital yang dilakukan PT Jasa Raharja meliputi: Penerapan teknologi digital dalam proses bisnis seperti sistem informasi manajemen (SIM), sistem penagihan elektronik, dan layanan digital lainnya. Pembangunan infrastruktur digital seperti jaringan internet dan pusat data. Tingkatkan kemampuan digital tenaga kerja. Inovasi yang diterapkan oleh PT Jasa Raharja antara lain: (1)Pengembangan produk asuransi baru seperti asuransi jiwa berbasis digital. (2) Pengembangan layanan digital seperti pembayaran tagihan elektronik dan layanan pelanggan 24 jam. Transformasi dan inovasi digital yang dilakukan PT Jasa Raharja memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan. Transformasi digital telah memungkinkan PT Jasa Raharja meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas serta memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggannya. Inovasi juga membantu PT Jasa Raharja mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis dan tetap kompetitif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies for enhancing the attractiveness of Solim Cake Shop using the Correspondence Analysis method. Solim Cake Shop is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) that focuses on the production and sale of various types of cakes. In an effort to improve the standard of living for the community and compete with rival stores, this study is conducted to identify the position of Solim Cake Shop's products in terms of attributes desired by the public. The results of this research show that Solim Cake Shop has more advantages compared to other competitors.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that contributes to the income of a region. Tourism activities not only have a positive impact on tourism objects, but this will be related to other sectors supporting tourism (accommodation, culinary and other service providers). One of the villages/villages that have started to develop tourism in West Sumatra is Nagari Sikabu-Kabu Tanjung Haro Padang Panjang (SITAPA), Luak District, Limapuluh Kota Regency which is famous for its natural attractions such as the natural panorama of Talang and Kayu Kolek. The development of this tourist attraction cannot be separated from the role of local tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis) and other interest groups. The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of tourism awareness groups in the field of tourism management in Nagari Sitapa by using the Community Based Tourism (CBT) approach and the target is given to the Tourism Awareness Group. With the implementation of CBT in tourism development, it is hoped that the community and other interested parties can continue to develop the tourism sector without changing the existing environmental conditions and ensuring that tourist objects remain natural without making many changes that will cause damage to the surrounding environment. Some strategies that can be implemented are to maximize natural potentials such as providing outbound and camping ground, as well as preparing supporting industries (MSMEs) to be able to provide edutourism to tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze democratic, transformational and situational leadership styles in facing the era of society 5.0. using qualitative research methods using secondary data to analyze research literature reviews from various previous scientific articles to compile or obtain results. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style is quite good to use in welcoming the era of society 5.0 which is an era where humans will be very close to technology, namely a democratic leadership style where leaders are open in solving problems. Conclusion, the transformational style is a leadership style that is able to change and encourage people optimally, a situational leadership style is a leadership style that is able to read changes in circumstances quite well and quickly. Abstract

With an explanatory approach, this quantitative research examines the influence of the human resource information system (HRIS) on employee performance and whether or not the resonant leadership style moderates this relationship. Primary data were collected from 350 Hypermart employees across Indonesia using a ten-item online questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The results show that HRIS positively and significantly affects employee performance, with a p-value of 0.013. This implies that HRIS helps employees complete their tasks and achieve targets, enhancing performance. Additionally, the Resonant Leadership Style significantly moderates the influence of HRIS on performance, as indicated by a p-value of 0.004. Leaders with a resonant style can strengthen the effectiveness of HRIS, supporting better task completion and performance outcomes. These findings confirm the acceptance of both proposed hypotheses. The study highlights the importance of technological systems and leadership style in improving employee performance.
