Abstract

The basic problem which is closely related to the women?s problems is the staying of patriarchal culture in contemporary society, which in a certain degree, it is in line with most of the cultural background of classical fiqh books. Meanwhile, the modernization has given the same opportunities for education between men and women, then gave a new awareness about their rights and obligations as a human being. When they tried to dismantle the shackles of bondage-cultural implications for women, in the same way, the gender biases in fiqh books will unfold. This paper attempts to uncover the contemporary women's issues in the perspective of jurisprudence, by opening the walls of women's fiqh which are gender biases.

Abstract

Arabic language is considered a tool of communication playing an exceedingly role in uttering divine messages. Nonetheless, this language must be analyzed properly so that some verses that seem containing gender bias as the result of characters and symbols in this language can be avoided. In this way, discrimination to women on behalf of religious (Islamic) teaching will not occur. The point is that even though messages of the Qur??n are universal and permanent, the verbalization of the messages is closely related to the situation of the Arabic community at the time Qur??n was revealed. Therefore, we must carefully study in identifying these two dimensions of the messages.

Abstract

Indonesia language recognizes set of lingual marking certain gender type. Hierarchically set of lingual can have the character of phonologies and morphologies. In the morphological level procedurally, distinguishable become have the character of mono morphemic and poly morphemic. Set of lingual marker gender is having the character of poly morphemic to refer to forms experiencing certain morphology process. Equally, at gender signify which mono morphemic, in substantial, of course has loaded certain gender component as one of its (the semantic component). On the contrary, at gender signify of poly morphemic, gender character emerges or owned caused by certain morphology process. In Arab language as religion language hardly emphasizes existence of dualism of feminine -masculine. On the other word all noun, if non-masculine surely feminine. There is no space in Arab language for neutral noun. In Arabic structure, masculinity is fundamental which is subject while femininely is branching which is not has ability as subject. Arab Language often treats form of plural as plural masculine, although formally referred by it is a group of feminine, on condition that at least there are one joys in the group. Difference between both hardly explains, where elementary principle in Arab language system tied at principle concord and order word.

Abstract

Abstract Preserving cultural heritage is something that needs to continue to be implemented so that regional identity is not forgotten. Utilizing website is a form of preservation that is in line with current developments. Website management must of course be accompanied by experts to provide assistance regarding management techniques and interesting content. Apart from that, synergy is also needed with the parepare city government to strengthen information regarding culture heritage sites that are still worthy of preservation. The targets of service are student of the history of Islamic civilization study program by providing direct assistance to them using a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach using lecture, discussion, and trial techniques. The results of the mentoring show the students’ ability to manage a website by entering accurate information about parepare citys’ cultural heritage sites and the website can be accessed by the general public.

Abstract

The growth of content marketing is encouraging social media users to engage in online marketing, which focuses on producing and sharing useful, timely, and consistent material to attract and retain a defined audience. This ultimately motivates clients to make profitable decisions. Through Instagram, @warkopshearlock uses content marketing to promote its products. The posts shared by Instagram @warkopshearlock through Instagram features aim to draw attention to the product and encourage customers to purchase it. This research aims to determine the extent to which consumer purchase interest is influenced by content marketing on Instagram @warkopshearlock. The technique used is a quantitative approach. Researchers used questionnaires to collect data. The population in this study consists of Warkop Shearlock's customers. Researchers employed purposive sampling techniques. To assess the extent of the influence between variables X and Y, researchers processed the questionnaire test data using Smart PLS 4. Based on the hypothesis test for the Content Marketing Variable (X), the t-statistic value is 13.321 > 1.96 or the p-value is 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted, meaning that Content Marketing on Instagram @warkopshearlock affects Consumer Purchase Interest. This indicates that H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of zakat management at LAZISMu Kota Parepare and its implications for strengthening the economy of mustahik (zakat recipients) in Kota Parepare. The research problems are as follows: 1. How is the implementation of the main principles of zakat management at LAZISMu Kota Parepare? 2. What is the impact of zakat/ZIS funds from LAZISMu Kota Parepare on strengthening the economy of mustahik in Kota Parepare? The methods used to collect data in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that out of the eight zakat management principles formulated by Islamic scholars, LAZISMu Kota Parepare has, in essence, implemented all of them, although not fully or perfectly. LAZISMu Kota Parepare was only able to apply a small portion due to managing zakat based on its capacity and needs. The zakat/ZIS funds distributed by LAZISMu Kota Parepare have had an impact or contribution towards strengthening the economy of mustahik in Kota Parepare. Although LAZISMu Kota Parepare has not fully implemented the zakat management principles as ideally formulated by Muslim scholars and cannot yet be classified as utilizing modern management (which is effective, efficient, and productive), it still plays a role in the economic empowerment of mustahik. This means that it provides motivation and optimism for mustahik to potentially live decently or survive through the zakat funds, which are likely to be received regularly, at least once a year.

Abstract

Farmasi halal merupakan salah satu produk konsumsi dengan tingkat urgensi yang tinggi dalam kehidupan masyarakat muslim. Namun, masih sangat sedikit studi empiris yang menganalisis perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian produk farmasi halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk farmasi halal, menggunakan teori perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari variabel sosial, pribadi, psikologis, dan keputusan pembelian, serta mengkaji relevansi antara perilaku pembelian konsumen dengan implementasi maqashid syari’ah dalam berkonsumsi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengambil data primer dari hasil kuisioner pada 100 muslim Kota Parepare dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan program SmartPls 4.0. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) faktor sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk farmasi halal, dibuktikan dari path coefficients sebesar 0,296 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0120,05 ; (2) faktor pribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk farmasi halal, dibuktikan dari path coefficients sebesar 0,190 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0470,05; (3) faktor psikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk farmasi halal, dibuktikan dari path coefficients sebesar 0,470 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0000,05; (4) Seluruh variabel eksogen memenuhi maqashid syari’ah, artinya faktor sosial, pribadi, dan psikologis dalam mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen telah mengimplementasikan unsur-unsur maqashid syari’ah dalam kegiatan konsumsinya.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation and part of the pillars of Islam, an individual who has property that meets the nisab is required to pay zakat, one of the zakat, namely professional zakat, is believed to be able to make a positive contribution to society, especially the economic aspects of mustahiq. However, a person's motivation in paying zakat determines the effectiveness of zakat distribution. The aim of this research is to discuss and analyze the factors that influence the motivation of State Civil Servants (ASN) in paying professional zakat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a sample of 20 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as informants. The research method involves observation, interviews, and data analysis using Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this research show that the motivation of State Civil Servants (ASN) in paying professional zakat is influenced by social, religious, ethical, and personal factors. Factors such as religious beliefs, moral values, and personal desires play an important role in ASN's decision to pay professional zakat. Apart from that, the social environment and religious knowledge also influence a person's awareness of paying zakat

Abstract

Enrekang Regency is an agrarian region with significant agricultural potential that requires further efforts to improve literacy and community awareness regarding zakat obligations, especially in the context of the agricultural sector. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Primary data in this study were obtained from three BAZNAS leaders and 20 farmers and livestock breeders in Enrekang Regency. The obtained data were then analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus software. Secondary data were obtained from the Enrekang Regency Statistics Agency related to the potential agricultural results in Enrekang. The results show that the level of literacy and community participation in fulfilling agricultural and livestock zakat in Enrekang Regency is still low. The community does not yet understand the concept of agricultural and livestock zakat, both in terms of calculation and collection. To improve literacy and community participation in fulfilling agricultural and livestock zakat in Enrekang Regency, BAZNAS has implemented several work programs, including Enrekang Cares, Enrekang Smart, Enrekang Prosperous, Enrekang Healthy, and Enrekang Religious. BAZNAS has also provided assistance to goat breeders, conducted online zakat campaigns, created special videos about agricultural zakat, printed zakat guidebooks in collaboration with educators and communities. However, BAZNAS's efforts to improve literacy and community participation in fulfilling agricultural and livestock zakat in Enrekang Regency have not been effective.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of non-verbal communication to improve the ability to memorize Surah al Ikhlas in Class II students of MI DDI Teppo Pinrang. This study aims to determine the use of non-verbal communication to improve the ability to memorize surah al Ikhlas in Class II students of MI DDI Teppo, Pinrang Regency. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research or Classroom Action Research (PTK). The location of this research is MI DDI Teppo Pinrang Regency. The results showed, a) Steps to improve the ability to memorize surah al ikhlas for class II students of MI DDI Teppo, Pinrang Regency through the use of non-verbal communication which includes body movements ( kinesthetic ), facial expressions and other gestures ( body image ). b) The results of the application of non-verbal communication in improving the ability to memorize surah al Ikhlas for students in Class II MI DDI Teppo Pinrang have been successful and have increased. This can be proven by the acquisition of an average value in each cycle that has increased, namely cycle I of 6.34, then cycle II of 7.5, and cycle III of 8.54. c) Ability to memorize surah al Ikhlasin students through using non-verbal communication experienced a significant increase from the acquisition of the average value in each cycle. The use of non-verbal communication is effective in improving the ability to memorize surah al Ikhlas in class II students of MI DDI Teppo, Pinrang Regency.
