Abstract

The market is a place where buying and selling transactions are carried out by more than one seller and buyer. Tanjungpinang City has the biggest market, namely Pasar Baru which is revitalized. The new market was revitalized to repair damaged stalls and as a better arrangement for the city of Tanjungpinang so that the new market would be more modern. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with 12 informants. Research Using data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. The research results show that the effectiveness of relocating a new market to the Puan Friendly market by the Pemko of Tanjungpinang through the Tanjungpinang City Regional Office and BUMD that the market relocation in Tanjungpinang has not been effective in achieving the program has not been successful in the market relocation objective. In the indicators of Program Objectives where the facilities and infrastructure provided by the government are still lacking, the Indicator of Response Speed ​​of Officers complaints of traders is not responded to by the Pemko, the Indicator of Monitoring Level there are still traders who lose goods, safety scales in the market are not guaranteed and Indicators of the level of income of traders in the market for friendly ladies has dropped dramatically and there have been losses.

Abstract

The Empowerment of Food Small and Medium Industries (IKM) aims to increase the competitiveness of food IKM actors in the Air Raja Village. However, until now there are still obstacles in carrying out marketing and promotion of IKM products in Tanjungpinang City, especially in Air Raja Village. This study aims to determine Empowerment of Small Food Industries in Air Raja Village. The empowerment process that looks at three things, namely development, empowerment and the creation of independence that occurs in Air Raja Village. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method with a total of 7 (seven) informants, and used data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of food IKM carried out in the Air Raja Village has not been successful. Furthermore, from the indicators of creating independence, the empowerment carried out by the Disdagin has had a positive impact on food IKM actors themselves who have become independent and have made it easier for actors to increase economic needs, seen from the small initial capital and after being independent, the income of IKM has increased. Because the quality is carried out in accordance with the standards required by the government.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card Early Program ran precisely in 2016, there was a procedural error in obtaining the program, so many people were disappointed with this because the beneficiary program was not precise in obtaining KIP. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of procedures related to the Indonesia Smart Card Program in Batam City. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive research type using a qualitative approach with 7 informants and used techniques and data collection in the form of interviews and documentation, while the object of this research was the Indonesia Smart Card Program. The location of this research was conducted in Batam City, the actors involved in this research were the KIP Program Recipient Communities, School Parties from elementary, junior high, high school and the Batam City Education Office. Coordinating performance is the right thing in every policy implementation, it is very effective because it starts from the initial stage to maximum results. Giving assignments will make it easier to carry out, support from the leadership is the basic form in building the mentality of the implementer so that they can be confident in carrying out the program to be carried out. Based on the results of research and analysis conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of the smart Indonesian card program in Batam City, it can be concluded that the implementation of the program is correct in the procedure for obtaining the Indonesian smart card program. Everything is structured in the division of tasks and responsibilities, so as to provide results who is good in data collection, inputting to the final stage in determining the right or wrong beneficiary program.

Abstract

Illegal fishing is a crime of unauthorized fishing that violates marine regulations and violates a country's borders. Illegal fishing cases that occur in Natuna have a negative impact on reduced catches and are very detrimental to the Natuna community in particular. This study aims to determine the strategy of the Batam Marine Resources and Fisheries Monitoring Base in handling illegal fishing in Natuna Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques using analysis, observation and documentation. The results of this research can be seen in the policy direction that policies related to illegal fishing currently prioritize administrative fines, but criminal sanctions can also occur if the violation is fatal. In addition, the strategy of each agency is to strengthen cooperation with each agency authorized to deal with illegal fishing, so that it becomes more effective in handling it. Then related to facilities, currently only rely on surveillance vessels either from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries itself or from other surveillance vessels and the use of detection devices or radar.
