Abstract

Brand awareness is an important aspect for all companies to be known by their target market. This is important to ensure brands can survive the increasingly fierce business competition. In the midst of the increasing number of healthy sachet drink brands that have emerged, each brand needs to show their differentiating side in order to be able to compete. This is what encourages PT Nutrifood to increase brand awareness, one of which is through the event sponsorship strategy. This research aims to find out how PT Nutrifood can increase brand awareness through sponsorship events. This study uses marketing communication mix theory and qualitative methodology with a descriptive case study research type. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with four informants: key informants, first informants, second informants and third informants. This study shows that the marketing communication used by PT Nutrifood in increasing brand awareness by using several elements or communication mixes that are interrelated. The results of the study show that event sponsorship activities carried out by PT Nutrifood and its partners have succeeded in increasing brand awareness

Abstract

Germany is one of the destinations for prospective students aiming to continue their higher education. This study aims to understand how Cirebon students adapt to academic activities and the challenges they face while studying in Germany. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and a review of relevant previous research articles and related documents. The study employs intercultural communication theory, which covers aspects such as culture shock and adaptation phases to a new culture. The results show the stages that Cirebon students go through when adapting to a new culture: the honeymoon phase, characterized by initial excitement and enthusiasm about the new culture; followed by the frustration phase due to experiencing culture shock when facing the new culture. The next phase is readjustment, where students begin to understand and start learning about the new culture in their living environment and campus. The final phase is resolution, where Cirebon students accept the new culture in Germany. Before adaptation occurs, the study highlights challenges faced during academic activities in Germany, which are caused by internal factors such as religion, food, and weather.

Abstract

Influencers now often use endorsements as a strategic way on social media platforms to trigger people's buying interest. The purpose of the following study is to determine the influence of Tasya Farasya's influencer endorsement on Instagram @tasyafarasya on the interest in buying Skincare Somethinc. The method applied in this study is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling data collection. A total of 100 respondents participated as observation objects. The quantitative approach is the choice of research method by applying data analysis techniques in the form of simple linear regression tests. The statistical calculation of the t-test resulted in a calculated t-number of 13.549 which is greater than the t of the table of 1.98447, while the significance figure reached 0.000 which was below 0.05, with a positive value coefficient of 0.656. The processing of these numbers proves that H1 is accepted while H0 is rejected, which indicates thatĀ  the individual influencer endorsement variableĀ  has a positive and significant influence on buying interest. The determination coefficient number shows 0.652, which means that influencer endorsements contribute 65.2% to the buying interest variable, while the remaining 34.8% is influenced by various aspects outside of that variable.

Abstract

Public relations is a party that can connect a company with the community to create reciprocal communication and establish good relationships. This research aims to determine how BUMDs carry out their public relations role and create a positive image for the company. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Interviews, observation, and documentation were carried out using data collection methods. The theory used in this research is the Role Theory of Public Relations. The research results show that the role of Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirtajati Public Relations is to provide comfort, understanding, information, and solutions to customers. Public Relations of PDAM Tirtajati collects aspirations and complaints and then connects them to related fields. Several inhibiting factors, such as insufficient services, impacted the community's negative response. Public Relations of PDAM Tirtajati strives to provide excellent service, establishes good communication with customers, provides complaint services via WhatsApp Center and Social Media to make it easier for the public, and establishes external communication with other agencies or organizations, public relations also provide explanation of the problems that occur, then offers solutions and treatments to resolve issues.

Abstract

This research has a background regarding phishing and business image. This study aims to find out the recovery of business image by the @bajuyuli team and to find out the efforts to prevent cyber crime phishing by the @bajuyuli team. This research uses qualitative data analysis methods and techniques. The technique for determining informants in this study uses the purposive sampling technique. The purposive sampling technique is a method of selecting samples based on the desired goal by the researcher. With this technique, the researcher used three informants consisting of, @bajuyuli business owners, Instagram @bajuyuli admins, and customer @bajuyuli. The results of the research emphasized the importance of transparency, data security, and the role of Public Relations in overcoming crises and strengthening business reputations in the digital world. Efforts to combat such attacks require quick and effective recovery measures, as well as increased cybersecurity awareness among business owners and teams. This research provides insight into the importance of protecting business image from cyber attacks.

Abstract

Live Streaming is currently phenomenal in promoting its special products through YouTube. This research aims to explore how Latanza Production's uses a Live Streaming strategy to promote its consumer products. The Research Object Involves Latanza Production's Owner and Latanza Production's Consumer, using the Proposive Sampling Technique. The analysis method used is qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis highlights Latanza Production's socialization in promoting consumer products through planning, communication, and evaluation. The theory used is Anwar Arifin's theory, by identifying four indicators: Determining the Audience, Determining the Message, Determining the Live Streaming Method, and Selection of Youtube Use and Media. The results of the study show that strategies are very important to achieve the goal, the researcher explores the promotion obstacles faced including fierce competition, and technical problems during live broadcasts, while efforts in Live Streaming to build trust are very important because internet media cannot present the atmosphere and products as experienced in the live shopping experience. The study highlights the importance of innovation and adaptation in communication strategies to fully harness the potential of these social media and streaming technologies with social and live streaming. Social media, especially platforms like YouTube, has become an integral part of everyday life, influencing people's behavior and culture

Abstract

Assessment of service standards at the Cirebon City Population and Civil Registration Service. Public service is the provision of services by an institution or organization in response to community needs. The aim of this research is to assess the quality of service at the Cirebon City Population and Civil Registration Service and ensure whether it meets community expectations. Strategies for overcoming service barriers. Descriptive qualitative research methods were implemented in this research. Interviews, documentation, and observation are data collection procedures. The research results show that the public is not completely satisfied with the services provided. The difficult process of getting a queue number, less than optimal information dissemination and public awareness are challenges in service. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are adequate facilities, empathy, security guarantees, cost certainty and good timeliness. To ensure good and satisfactory service, it is very important to implement necessary improvements by involving the community and evaluating community complaints to improve service quality.

Abstract

Humans as individual beings must have awareness of their thoughts and behaviour so that they can find balance and self-concept, therefore humans need to carry out intrapersonal communication optimally and one form of embodiment of intrapersonal communication is through meditation. Researchers use Instagram @pishiyoga as a media for meditation because it has a level of flexibility. The purpose of this study was to find out the process of intrapersonal communication through meditation on Instagram @pishiyoga. The data sources used in this paper are primary and secondary data. The research method used is a phenomenologic qualitative approach which aims to reduce individual experience to get the essentials. Primary data in the study were obtained from full participation observations involving researchers as research subjects and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from literature and documentation to support the data that had been obtained. Data collection methods used are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, data verification and conclusion. The results of the study show that the process of intrapersonal communication through meditation is interpreted as a process of finding identity, a process of gaining awareness, and as a necessity in the process of self-healing which is intended to obtain the formation of a personality. positive self-concept. Abstract

Political communication has expanded into the virtual world through video games, as seen in Command & Conquer: Generals. This research uses online qualitative methods with a text analysis approach and semiotic theory to identify meaning in the game. The results of the study reveal the aim of the game to highlight the strength of the post-collapse of the Soviet Union, position the Islamic world as terrorists, and legitimize the US attack on Iraq. This game also utilizes the global scenario after the 9/11 WTC incident, showing the Arab region as a terrorist base for control of oil fields. Arms sales are also shown to be a source of profit, both to the GLA and to Middle Eastern countries involved in the conflict. The following research will focus on political communication models in the 2024 Republic of Indonesia presidential election and the development of political communication applications until 2026. Abstract

The research is motivated by the development of technology that support social media as a new dimension in developing the need to find information and knowledge. Social media that is popular among the people one of which is social media instagram, there are also popular accounts in it, one of which is the instagram account @cikadongdong_rivertubing which discusses information about the Cikadongdong River Tubing tourist attraction located in Payung Village, Rajagaluh Sub-district, Majalengka Regency presented in the form of photos and videos and there is information to explain the photos and videos uploaded. The aim of this research is (1) To find out how marketing communication through instagram as an effort to introduce Cikadongdong River Tubing attractions in Payung Village, Rajagaluh District, Majalengka Regency (2) To find out the marketing communication constraints faced by managers in introducing attractions through instagram (3) To find out the effort made by managers in dealing with obstacles when introducing attractions through instagram. The method of thus research used in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection that carried out by means of interviews, ibservation, and documentation using five informants, one kay informant is the manager and admin of the instagram account @cikadongdong_rivertubing, and four supporting informants namely visitor and followers of the instagram account @cikadongdong_rivertubing. The results of the study concluded that, (1) Marketing communication through social media instagram in the digital age is an effective way of being able to attract visitors (2) The obstacle faced by the instagram account admin @cikadongdong_rivertubing is the lack of public interest in reading (3) The effort made by the instagram account admin @cikadongdong_rivetubing in dealing with obstacles is to clarify the caption with an interesting photo upload.
