Abstract

In the current digital era, an educator is required to be able to utilize various technological media as an alternative to support learning activities. The purpose of this article is to provide an overview and insight regarding the use of Microsoft PowerPoint in mahārah istimā' learning, both online and offline. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, while data collection utilized observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis stage in this study used the model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing or conclusions. Based on the results, PowerPoint is able to help educators create and deliver mahārah istimā' learning, and can facilitate students acquisition and understand the lecture. Specifically, the advantages of learning mahārah istimā' using the PowerPoint are being able to combine images and audio, using the learner’s own voice, using Arabic audio such as al-Arabiyah Bayna Yadaik MP3, or using a native speaker’s illustrations with writing through the narakeet.com website, which is applied in this research. Materials that have been uploaded into the PowerPoint can be saved in PDF and MPEG-4 video formats so that students can study them independently. The contents of the learning materials, both images, and audio can also be changed as needed. Abstrak Di era digital saat ini seorang pendidik dituntut untuk mampu memanfaatkan berbagai media teknologi sebagai alternatif untuk mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan wawasan terkait pemanfaatan Microsoft Power Point dalam pembelajaran mahārah istimā’, baik secara daring maupun luring. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuisioner. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan atau kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Media Power Point dapat membantu pendidik dalam membuat dan menyampaikan pembelajaran mahārah istimā’, serta memfasilitasi peserta didik menerima dan mengerti materi pembelajaran. Secara spesifik kelebihan pembelajaran mahārah istimā’ menggunakan Power Point adalah bisa memadukan antara gambar dan audio, baik menggunakan suara sendiri, audio bahasa Arab seperti al-Arabiyah Bayna Yadaik MP3, atau audio bahasa Arab dengan tulisan melalui website narakeet.com. Materi yang telah diuppload ke dalam Power Point bisa disimpan dalam format PDF dan video MPEG-4, sehingga peserta didik bisa mempelajarinya secara mandiri. Konten materi pembelajaran baik gambar maupun audio juga bisa diubah sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing cases of bullying occurring in Indonesia, especially in educational institutions. It is known that Indonesia ranks fifth out of 78 countries in bullying cases. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study design. In this study, researchers used literature review with a literature review perspective, creating a complex overview, examining detailed reports from the respondents' point of view, and conducting studies in situational settings. Data collection in this research was carried out through the examination of several sources including journal articles, documents, and other teaching materials. This method involves the identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis of literature relevant to the research topic. Based on the results and discussion, it is necessary to have counseling management to anticipate bullying among students in schools. Bullying encompasses various actions aimed at harming others both physically and mentally. There are several types of bullying, namely physical bullying, which involves physical contact such as hitting; verbal bullying, which involves using inappropriate words towards the victim; social bullying, which can result in the deterioration of the victim's reputation; and cyberbullying, which utilizes technology to carry out bullying actions. The main causes of bullying behavior stem from family, peer influence, and media influence, including television programs and smartphones displaying violent scenes.

Abstract

Kurangnya perhatian orang tua menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya putus sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan dan memastikan jumlah anak putus sekolah sebagai dampak dari dismotivasi orangtua dan kesadaran anak terhadap pendidikan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian berfokus pada siswa sekolah dasar (SD) negeri dan swasta, yang putus sekolah di kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk dismotivasi orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak adalah pembiaran terhadap keputusan anak untuk berhenti sekolah yang berdampak pada putusnya pendidikan anak pada tingkat SD, Faktor penyebab putus sekolah dapat dikategorikan menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu; faktor berasal dari anak, keluarga, dan lingkungan sosial budaya. Simpulan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa masih banyak anak yang putus sekolah di Indonesia baik pada sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku Impulse Buying Generasi Z pada pembelian produk di Mall Panakkukang Makassar. Pada penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenalogi.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari lapangan yakni observasi, wawancara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukka bahwa perilaku konsumen Generasi Z di Mall Panakkukang melakukan Impulse Buying dengan tipe Impulse Murni dan Impulse Saran mereka membeli karena kemauan sendiri beberapa juga karena adanya dorongan dari teman dan mereka melakukan pembelian karena mengikuti trend dengan istilah Fomo atau ikut-ikutan.Pakar Ekonomi Islam memandang perilaku Impulse Buying bahwa sebenarnya perilaku tersebut sangat tidak relevan dan sangat berbanding terbalik dengan teori yang dikemukakan Imam Al-Ghazali tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil temuan bahwa dari konsumen ini belum mengetahui teori konsumsi Imam Al-Ghazali itu seperti apa dan tentu mereka belum menerapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Oil palm is one of the most common plants in the province of South Sumatra. The income of oil palm has increased every year, and also followed by an increase in the waste produced by oil palm. The waste produced is liquid waste or known by another name POME. There is no technology that is efficient enough to process this POME waste. Photocatalyst is a technology that uses light, either UV light or sunlight, which produces radial compounds that break down the oxygen in POME. The type of catalyst used in this research is ZnO from the biosynthesis of pineapple peel, the application of the catalyst to POME waste with a catalyst variation of 120 mg and 140 mg and also variations in irradiation time of 15, 30, 45, 60 and 75. The most efficient result for the degradation of POME waste is obtained at an irradiation time of 75 minutes with 140 mg catalyst weight.

Abstract

Military-based education has long been implemented in certain institutions as a model that emphasizes discipline, responsibility, and leadership. However, the integration of military approaches into general education curriculum management remains a controversial discourse. This study aims to analyze the curriculum management model of military-based education and to identify the challenges faced in its implementation. This research employs a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature analysis and case studies of semi-military educational institutions. The findings indicate that the military approach can enhance discipline and the efficiency of curriculum implementation, but it also generates resistance concerning learning flexibility, students' rights, and pedagogical dynamics. Therefore, the implementation of this model requires adaptive strategies to align with the national education context.

Abstract

Social media plays a strategic role in the digital era, especially in building brand awareness. In the context of increasingly competitive business, brand awareness is a crucial element that influences consumer preferences. To stay relevant and competitive, RUCAS implements a product differentiation strategy that not only establishes a strong brand image, but also offers unique values that are difficult for competitors to replicate. In Indonesia, the local fashion industry shows significant growth. This research aims to analyze RUCAS' social media campaign strategy on TikTok platform in building brand awareness. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data triangulation techniques to explore how the uploaded content is able to build an emotional connection with the audience. This approach is based on interpretive theory, which emphasizes understanding subjective meanings from the informants' perspectives. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with four main informants and one key informant, who were selected through purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the RUCAS social media campaign succeeded in attracting public attention and conveying social messages about diversity and equality. The campaign changed perceptions of marginalized groups and formed a new understanding of the importance of social awareness.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi implikasi psikologis dari implementasi kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di Indonesia. Berdasarkan konsep SRA yang menekankan lingkungan aman, nyaman, dan mendukung untuk tumbuh kembang anak secara holistik, makalah ini membahas bagaimana kebijakan tersebut berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan psikologis, partisipasi aktif, dan pengalaman belajar positif siswa. Artikel ini meninjau kebijakan tingkat nasional dan sekolah yang mendukung SRA, mengakui tantangan implementasinya, dan menyoroti peran krusial SRA dalam membentuk individu yang sehat secara mental, terlibat, dan berkembang secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PAIKEM model (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Enjoyable Learning) in improving reading comprehension skills (maharah qirā'ah) among fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Azharyah Palembang. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative design uses a pretest-posttest with two groups: the experimental group using the PAIKEM model and the control group using conventional methods. A total of 20 students were selected through purposive sampling. Quantitative analysis shows a significant improvement in maharah qirā'ah skills after the application of the PAIKEM model, with the t-test results indicating a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). Qualitative analysis, based on interviews and observations, indicates that students were more engaged and motivated in learning after the implementation of the PAIKEM model, as the learning process became more interesting, active, and enjoyable. The findings of this study conclude that the PAIKEM model is effective in improving maharah qirā'ah skills among fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Azharyah Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Project-Based Learning(PjBL) method in Arabic language learning at the secondary school level. Thisqualitative research uses a case study approach involving several teachers andstudents who apply PjBL in Arabic language classes. Data were collected throughin-depth interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and analysis ofstudents project documents. The findings of the study indicate that theimplementation of PjBL has a positive impact on improving students speaking,writing, and cultural understanding skills in Arabic. In addition, students becomemore active, creative, and engaged in the learning process. However, thechallenges faced include time and resource limitations, as well as the need forteacher training to effectively implement this method. This study suggests thatPjBL should be more widely applied in Arabic language learning, with moreintensive training support for teachers.
