Abstract

Fenomena yang saat ini sedang trend dalam mempromosikan produk yaitu dengan menjadi key opinion leader salah satunya dengan menjadi endorser. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana konten promosi @ndshvv dan @fuziyah_alya dalam mempromosikan, apa saja peran yang membedakan konten dan apa saja kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam konten promosi @ndshvv dan @fuziyah_alya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, literatur jurnal, buku dan purposive sampling sebanyak 2 Informan. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Celebrity Endorser dan teori Typical Person Endorser menurut Shimp 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1. Konten promosi @ndshvv sangat menarik karena terdapat banyak sekali promo terlebih @ndshvv sebagai owner dan konten promosi @fuziyah_alya menunjukan testimoni pemakaian secara langsung sehingga menguatkan keinginan pembelian konsumen. 2. Peran yang dilakukan oleh @ndshvv dalam mempromosikan Camille Beauty meyakinkan, membujuk, merayu dan mempengaruhi konsumen untuk membeli produknya dengan memanfaatkan popularitas. Peran yang dilakukan oleh @fuziyah_alya dalam konten promosi Camille Beauty, memiliki keterampilan dalam menyampaikan pesan serta jujur dalam menyampaikan keunggulan produk memberikan pesan dan kesanya saat mengguunakan Camille Beauty. 3.Kelebihan @ndshvv dapat membuka peluang target pasar yang baru  jadi semakin banyaknya orang yang akan melihat konten endorse dari produk Camille Beauty, dan kelebihan @fuziyah_alya, berusaha untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih rinci tentang produk, termasuk fitur, spesifikasi, kualitas, dan performanya. Kekurangan konten promosi @ndshvv harus selalu menjaga reputasi. Kekurangan konten promosi @fuziyah_alya dikarenakan belum mempunyai cukup banyak pengikut maka konten promosinya belum tersebar.

Abstract

Indonesian workers or commonly known as TKI are Indonesian citizens who are working or looking for work abroad with the intention of finding economic opportunities, to realize these jobs there must be communication with the distributor, namely PT Alfira Perdana Jaya. The purpose of this study is to understand how internal communication between migrant workers and the distributor of PT Alfira Perdana Jaya and the internal communication obstacles between migrant workers and the distributor of PT Alfira Perdana Jaya. The approach method used is qualitative through documentation and in-depth interviews with a number of migrant workers and distributors, so that in conducting interviews they carry out the purpose sampling technique method, namely in collecting data first studying and exploring several journals, books, and related documents. The results and conclusions of this study are that internal communication between TKI and TKI can be done through various ways, such as social media, messaging applications, or face-to-face meetings if they are in the same place, then Internal Communication of TKI (Indonesia Manpower) to Distributors, the distributor provides comprehensive communication for all TKI, the last is Internal Communication of Distributors to TKI (Indonesia Manpower),  PT Alfira Perdana Jaya gave directions to migrant workers regarding the tasks they will perform in their new workplace. However, there are significant challenges or obstacles in internal communication between migrant workers and distributors, such as differences in language, culture, and understanding.

Abstract

Tuntutan akan perbaikan bagi sebuah penyelenggaraan pemberdayaan ekonomi kerakyatan yang lebih merata dan lebih berorientasi kepada masyarakat merupakan sebuah keharusan dalam penataan ekonomi mikro kerakyatan yang bergerak di sektor informal. Reformasi ekonomi di Indonesia perlu ditegaskan dengan adanya pendekatan pengembangan ekonomi mikro yang lebih berorientasi kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan kerangka tersebut ada hubungan fungsional antar para pelaku ekonomi dan obyek ekonomi yang ada selama mengalami modifikasi sesuai dengan kondisi, peluang tujuan dan tuntutan yang berkembang di masyarakat. Karenanya diperlukan potensi pemberdayaan ekonomi. Pengrajin Batik Proklim Lestari yang dilakukan KSM Secerah Pagi larangan memiliki showroom tersendiri di Rukun Warga (RW) 8 yang sudah dikenal di masyarakat, akan tetapi dalam aspek pemasaran sedikit terkendala karena brand atau merek yang masyarakat lebih mengetahuinya batik hasil karya trusmi. pengemasan dan desain produk batik  yang dilakukan di Kelurahan Larangan Harjamukti berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan  minat beli  dan daya saing produk batik di pasar. Program ini tidak hanya berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis pengrajin batik tetapi juga memperkenalkan mereka pada prinsip  keberlanjutan yang selaras dengan tujuan  Kampung Iklim Lestari. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, pengrajin batik di Larangan Harjamukti dapat memanfaatkan produk mereka sebagai  barang bernilai ekonomi  yang dapat dipasarkan secara luas, sekaligus berkontribusi pada upaya pelestarian lingkungan dengan memperhatikan makna filosofi Batik Proklim dan Hak Cipta.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made it easier for humans to communicate. Communication is a process of conveying and receiving symbols that contain a meaning, whether in the form of information, thoughts, knowledge or other forms. The researcher conducted a study related to a RCTV "Wewara" Program in preserving Cirebon Local Wisdom. The purpose of this research is so that all people and readers know the importance of maintaining local wisdom and cultural communication from an area that we live in, besides that the researcher wants to know more about the process, principles, and editorial policies of the Cirebon language contained in the "wewara" news broadcast program. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, by conducting an interview and conducting a direct observation in the field. The results of this study show that the agenda setting agenda in RCTV's "Wewara" Program in Preserving Cirebon Local Wisdom gives birth to three stages, namely the process of problem identification (problem stream), policy determination (policy stream) and finally the political process (political stream).

Abstract

Digital technology and the internet have revolutionized the way businesses operate, allowing them to reach a wider range of targets, increase efficiency, and accelerate growth. The beauty industry, including the beauty salon Della Beautybar, relies heavily on advertising to increase visibility and win customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the persuasive communication applied by Della Beautybar Beauty Salon through digital advertising on Instagram. The conclusion of this study is that the persuasive communication applied by Della Beautybar can influence the customer's decision to place an order. The methodology of this study is the use of a qualitative approach with data technique analysis in the form of observation, interviews and documentation attachments. The sample of this study is the Instagram post of Della Beautybar, the owner of the Beauty Salon and the respondents who were selected purposively. This research was conducted for 2 months. The results of this study show that the persuasive communication and advertising implemented by Della Beautybar are successful in attracting attention and building customer loyalty. This includes engaging visual content, building customer interest with promotions and testimonials, providing superior service through quality, and making decisions with easy access to reservations. The recommendation from this study is that Della Beautybar needs to continue to improve the quality of visuals and information conveyed through Instagram, as well as improve interaction with customers to maintain customer trust and loyalty

Abstract

Research by the author is the Effect of Socialization Compulsory Nine- Year Basic Education Against Public Participation in the Field of Education in Sub Argasunya Harjamukti District of Cirebon. The problem that the writer suggested was the participation of society, especially in the field of education in Sub Argasunya Harjamukti District of Cirebon not maximized, the problem allegedly caused by the non-optimal implementation of the socialization program of compulsory nine-year education by the Cirebon City Department of Education. The research method that I use is a survey method, with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research question asked, is there any influence of socialization program compulsory nine-year education on community participation in village Argasunya Harjamukti District of Cirebon. In the research showed that the result of socialization conducted by the Department of Education of City of Cirebon is quite good, but not optimal, as seen from the success of socialization which reached 65.6% with a total score of 3938, and community participation in education is quite good but not optimal as it reached 64.2% with a total score of 3854. the implementation of the program socialization compulsory nine-year education has a fairly close correlation to the participation in the Village Argasunya Harjamukti District of Cirebon to the value ryx count 0,645 and 0,000 is a significant value less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Because of the significant value less than 0.05 then there is a positive and significant influence between the socialization of education programs on community participation in education. Thus H0 (the null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) is received. Keywords: Socialization, Compulsory, Public Participation.

Abstract

The female head of the household has a double obligation as a mother who takes care of the children. They are also responsible for meeting the financial needs of family members. Single parent status not only makes them feel tired physically but also psychologically. The burden they feel is getting heavier when they face stereotypes from society that still considers widows as a negative status. This heavy burden of life makes them experience mental problems such as being moody, lamenting their fate, often crying and even being anti-social. They need communication partners to maintain peace of mind. PEKKA (Women Headed Family Empowerment) cadres are here to provide them with solutions. Cadres position themselves as friends to share problems with clients (female heads of households) until clients feel enthusiastic about living life again. This study used qualitative research with a case study approach to determine the pattern of mental health communication between cadres and clients to motivate clients to ascend from adversity. The results show that they communicate by opening chit-chat, persuasive talking, casual chat, paraphrasing, summarizing, and closing chit-chat. In these activities they also showed nonverbal communication, use electronic communication media, and leave messages to cadre friends or clients.

Abstract

Social media plays a strategic role in the digital era, especially in building brand awareness. In the context of increasingly competitive business, brand awareness is a crucial element that influences consumer preferences. To stay relevant and competitive, RUCAS implements a product differentiation strategy that not only establishes a strong brand image, but also offers unique values that are difficult for competitors to replicate. In Indonesia, the local fashion industry shows significant growth. This research aims to analyze RUCAS' social media campaign strategy on TikTok platform in building brand awareness. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data triangulation techniques to explore how the uploaded content is able to build an emotional connection with the audience. This approach is based on interpretive theory, which emphasizes understanding subjective meanings from the informants' perspectives. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with four main informants and one key informant, who were selected through purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the RUCAS social media campaign succeeded in attracting public attention and conveying social messages about diversity and equality. The campaign changed perceptions of marginalized groups and formed a new understanding of the importance of social awareness.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of the silent treatment as passive communication in adolescent social relationships in Cirebon City. The silent treatment is defined as the deliberate refusal to engage in verbal communication, often employed as a response to conflict. The aim of this research is to analyze the motivations, emotional responses, and relational dynamics associated with silent treatment, as well as to explore the perceptions of both the initiators and recipients of this behavior. This study utilized a qualitative case study approach, focusing on adolescents aged 16–20 in Cirebon with experience giving or receiving silent treatment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using observation, documentation, and literature review techniques. The Johari Window theory applied to examine the dynamics of self-disclosure within the context of silent treatment. The findings suggest that the silent treatment is not an effective method of conflict resolution; rather, its repeated use can deteriorate interpersonal relationships. Besides, the study also indicates that the silent treatment serves as a conflict-avoidance tactic, yet it frequently elicits negative emotional responses, including feelings of devaluation, frustration, and relational deterioration. The study further demonstrates the value of self-disclosure in reducing instances of miscommunication and promoting more effective interpersonal relations. This study recommends education about healthy communication and emotional management for adolescents to prevent the use of silent treatment in social relationships.
