Abstract

Ki Ageng Suryomentaram menyusun ajaran kawruh jiwa tidak berdasarkan teori-teori yang abstrak, tetapi lebih mengedepankan hal-hal yang konkret. Menyentuh aspek interaksi kehidupan manusia dan sifatnya yang intersubjektif dan intrasubjektif serta pengujiannya didasarkan pada penghargaan rasanya. Dari kegiatan ini kemudian dibentuk suatu pendidikan sebagai gerakan moral yang bertujuan utuk menumbuhkan semangat kebangsaan dan kejiwaan para pemuda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis isi (content analysis). Dalam memberikan wejangannya, Ki Ageng menganalisis sifat- sifat buruknya sendiri, namun dengan cara tersebut Ki Ageng berhasil menyadarkan orang lain tentang kebaikan dan keburukan, tanpa menyebabkan orang lain merasa malu dianalisis. Dalam buku Uran Uran Begja terdapat kandungan nilai-nilai mengenai ajaran kawruh jiwa yang disampaikan dalam bentuk tembang-tembang. Berdasarkan analisis nilai kandungan yang terdapat pada ajaran kawruh jiwa ditemukan dua nilai yakni nilai ketekunan dan keberanian dalam mempelajari ajaran kawruh jiwa.

Abstract

Bimbingan karir di sekolah bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami diri sendiri, lingkungan, dan perencanaan masa depan, termasuk bagi siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus seperti tunagrahita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan bimbingan karir bagi siswa tunagrahita di SMA Negeri 1 Menganti. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan lima subjek yang dipilih berdasarkan rekomendasi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan karir membantu siswa tunagrahita dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dasar serta mengenali potensi diri. Siswa tunagrahita mampu mendeskripsikan keterampilan pribadi dan memiliki aspirasi karir seperti menjadi guru, polisi, dokter, psikiater, dan pengusaha. Program bimbingan karir yang diterapkan berperan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang dunia kerja dan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Dengan bimbingan yang tepat, siswa tunagrahita dapat mengembangkan keterampilan hidup dan memiliki prospek karir yang lebih baik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Bimbingan Klasikal Dengan Teknik Problem Based Learning dapat Meningkatkan Interaksi Sosial Siswa Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas XI enam IPA Kesehatan di SMA Negeri empat Jember. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian PTBK, Pada pelaksanaannya terdiri dari dua siklus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yaitu peneliti berusaha memberi gambaran tentang Implementasi Bimbingan Klasikal Teknik Problem Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Interaksi Sosial Siswa Kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara tidak terstuktur dan observasi secara langsung disekolah. Melalui data evaluasi dan wawancara terhadap siswa hasil penelitian menunjukkan layanan bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik Problem Based Learning dikatakan berhasil karena dapat meningkatkan interaki sosial pada diri siswa

Abstract

The Halo BK program is an online or online-based guidance and counseling service activity that is packaged in the VOS Podcast discussion technique by utilizing Youtube TV, VOS radio, and VOS TV media. The Halo BK program provides various information and assistance on personal, social, learning, and career aspects and helps students identify themselves (self-concept), get to know the environment, and plan for the future. The research method uses qualitative research, with the type of literature study. The objectives of the Halo BK program are: (1) Helping students gain an understanding of the information provided, (2) Helping students use the information to help solve problems, (3) Helping students become more independent, (4) Helping students to think positive and objective in adapting to their environment, (5) Helping students to be able to make decisions, (6) Helping students being able to direct themselves according to their needs (7) Helping students being able to actualize themselves.

Abstract

Career understanding is considered very important to prepare professional planning according to talents and interests to determine future job choices. This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the classical experiential learning method in improving students' career understanding. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an equivalent time series design research design. The study results show that the experiential learning method of classical guidance services is proven effective in increasing students' career understanding. After having a good understanding of careers, students are expected to be able to develop a career plan and choice and be able to realize it in real action.

Abstract

The composition of the sex-based group is operationally defined as three groups in the guidance group which are formed homogeneously and heterogeneously based on gender, namely: the male homogeneous group, the female homogeneous group, and the heterogeneous sex group. This study aims to direct the influence of gender-based group composition in group guidance groups on group dynamics. The research was conducted through a quasi-experimental approach with a nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were 30 randomly selected from students at SMP Negeri 1 Pungging. The One-Way ANOVA test analysis results showed a p-value (sig. 0.000), so it was known that p <0.05. These calculations prove that gender-based group composition in the guidance group has a significant positive effect on group dynamics. The implication of this finding is that guidance groups for junior high school students will be effective if they are made up homogeneously based on gender, especially the female sex.

Abstract

Psychological well being is a picture of an individual who has a balanced mental health so that he can fully update himself in the face of the challenges of his life. However, there are many factors that can influence a teenager in his developmental tasks to be able to update himself so he can develop the positive potential he has well. It can also affect the psychological well being of adolescents. The aim of this research is to find any factors that affect the psychological well being of adolescents. This research uses qualitative methods and kinds of literary study research. The results of the study show that there are 17 factors that can influence psychological well-being including life meaning, social support, forgiveness, evaluation of life experiences, locus of control, demographic, religiousness, lifestyle patterns, financial problems, relationships with others, dispositional mindfulness, emotional regulation, psychosocial, prosocial behavior, FOMO behaviour, self-esteem, and stress levels. So it can be concluded that these 17 factors can significantly affect psychological well being.
