Abstract

The impact of the Internet in the financial and accounting fields has created vast electronic marketplaces for the purchase and sale of stock, bonds, and other financial products. With rapid technological advantages, growing trading volume, and an increased demand for a more efficient trading environment, the majority of futures exchanges have introduced various forms of electronic trading. Despite this directive, a few futures exchanges still use open outcry trading. On the other sides, The impact of electronic trading in the future exchange is very significant. This article compares open outcry and electronic trading in the ability to create liquidity, the ability to reduce direct cost, and the ability to make global links.Key words: Internet, open outcry trading, electronic financial trading

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the validity of the higher education academic staffs in IT governance studies and the future improvement for IT governance and controls. This research used a quantitative survey to identify the current state of IT governance for five higher education institutions in East Java, Indonesia. The questionnaires were distributed to post-graduate student as IT executives in their higher education institution. A total of 34 out of 40 post academic staffs completed the questionnaire, representing a response rate of 85 percent. This study found that attributes for deliver value (V2), attainment and retain people with key competencies (V6), capture knowledge to improve performance (V10), stakeholder satisfaction (V11), reach economies of scale (V17) , deliver successul IT project (V19), understand business unit strategies (V20), and understand emerging technologies (V22) show no significant difference (p 0.05) between mean interests and performance. In addition to these, other 15 attributes show significant differences in the t-test in the negative direction. This points to the fact that actual control of IT governance in colleges is monitored less than expected. Therefore, five higher education institutions in East Java should pay more attention to the identified attributes important to balance the gap between the importance and performance of these attributes.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil investigasi lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa budidaya tanaman organik yang dijalankan oleh masyarakat menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan yang datang berkunjung ke desa tersebut. Program ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan produk budidaya tanaman organic yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat melalui tiga hal yaitu: I) pendampingan dan simulasi tentang optimalisasi produk budidaya melalui penyuluhan kepada mitra tentang teknik pengemasan produk budidaya, pemberian informasi dan pengetahuan tentang daur ulang, serta praktik langsung. Pengenalan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk memasarkan paket wisata; 2) diseminasi tentang pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang difokuskan melalui media social; 3) melakukan praktek pembuatan menu baru serta pengenalan higienitas dan sanitasi makanan dan minuman. Metode penelitian meliputi penyuluhan, pendampingan, simulasi, praktik bersama, serta evaluasi berupa pemberian pre-test, post test, dan kuesioner. Dari hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mitra mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dari kegiatan pengabdian ini.Bahkan di akhir kegiatan, produk daur ulang yang dibuat mitra telah dijual kepada wisatawan.

Abstract

Tourism industry is a sector that is considered potential to be developed in Bondowoso Regency. One of the tourism products developed and a mainstay of the Bondowoso Regency Government is the organic tourism village in Lombok Kulon. However, the limitation of adoption of integrated information technology is the reality in the management of organic tourism village objects. The purpose of this study is to: a). identify the driving and inhibiting factors faced by the manager of the Lombok Kulon organic tourism village to adopt information technology for the development of an organic tourism village, b). formulate a business process design for the development of e-Tourism organic tourism village in Lombok Kulon in accordance with the conditions of supporting resources. This research was conducted by survey method to members and managers of organic tourism villages. The results showed that in the technological aspects, organizational aspects, and environmental aspects provided a strong impetus for technology adoption. This is evident from the recapitulation of the decision to adopt technology. Nevertheless, the inhibiting factor for the adoption of information technology is the assumption of members and managers that the technology to be applied in developing e-Tourism is a technology that is quite difficult.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan digital marketing dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan unit analisis Paguyuban UMKM Jasijuka Sejahtera, dengan populasi sebanyak 32 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh, sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 32 responden, dengan teknik pengumoulan data adalah kuesioner. Metode pengolahand ata menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan pelatihan digital marketing terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dan secara simultan pelatihan digital marketing dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Digital Marketing, Motivasi Ekstrinsik, Kinerja, Usaha Mikro Kecil &Menengah

Abstract

Guyangan Village is one the village that located in strategic position by its diversity on tourism potencies and wide spread of livelihood in agriculture, horticulture and plantation. In 2021, this village have awarded as the one of tourism village by 29 villages in Probolinggo Regency. The harvest of agriculture of rice field, corn, and horticulture such cubic, tomato and potatoes, as well as coffee, durian and dairy cows and beef cattle. By its wide spread potencies of nature to be attract by visitors, especially of Batu Pertapaan Sites, Sendang Biru Waterfall, Jaran Goyang Waterfall, Dewi Rengganis Waterfall, Gligir Waterfall, Watulesung Waterfall and Live Garden. This research aims to develop of skill of hospitality community of Dewi Rengganis in Seventh Charms and also Management of Tourism Village. The methodology used the Socialization of Seventh Charms, Tutorial method and service to the visitors, Discussion method in understanding and experience of local community and also Evaluation method through hospitality community of Dewi Rengganis

Abstract

Product attribute is one of important factor which influences purchasing of a product especially cellullar phone. Nokia as a market leader of cell phone in Indonesia realizes that product attribute is very important in maintaining its superiority. The type of this research is verified descriptive. The population of this research is Study to Regular S1 Degree Students of 2005-2007 of FISIP of Lampung University who use Nokia. Sample is decided by using slovin formula for 86 students. Random sampling technique with questionnaire and likert scale is used. Data analysis in the research is factor analysis. According to analized factor test, it is revealed that there are 12 indicators forming 3 factors. Those factors are; 1) product feature ; 2) product design and 3) product quality. Key Words : Factor Analysis, Product Attribute, Handphone

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Café Atmosphere, Product Assortment dan Experiential Marketing terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi Kasus pada Konsumen Generasi Milenial Fox Coffee Jember). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari hasil kuesioner. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen generasi milenial Fox Coffee Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 190. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Café atmosphere, Product Assortment, dan Experiential Marketing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Fox Coffee Jember. Kata Kunci : Café Atmosphere, Product Assortment, Experiential Marketing, Kepuasan Konsumen.
