Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasi metode Phonics menggunakan aplikasi Oxford Phonics World dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris bagi siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena yang terlihat secara alami.  Informan yang dijaring adalah guru, siswa dan orang tua.  Lokasi penelitian di Kinderland Preschool  Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis peneliitian menggunakan. Analisa data dilakukan secara interaktif dan berkelanjutan sampai data tersebut tuntas dan jenuh, atau jawaban serupa. Salah satu metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Phonics menggunakan aplikasi Oxford Phonics World. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa pada Kinderland Preschool Kuningan Jakarta Selatan, metode Phonics termasuk pada subyek kurikulum Language and Literacy yang wajib diajarkan ke siswa mulai dari level paling kecil yakni Pre-Nursery hingga ke level paling besar yakni Kindergarten 2. Hal ini menunjukkan metode Phonics berperan penting tidak saja untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa dalam bahasa Inggris, namun juga mampu meningkatkan keterampilan atau kemampuan literasi tahap awal, membantu memperlancar pengucapan dalam berbicara yang akan membantu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri (self-confidence) siswa dan ini tentunya berdampak baik terhadap sekolah karena mampu menaikkan mutu sekolah yang menciptakan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan membaca Bahasa Inggris dengan baik, benar serta menjadi pembaca yang mandiri (independent reader).

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Play-Based Learning dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa PAUD dan TK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas Kindergarten-2 dengan jumlah 2 guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Teknik analisis data dengan proses pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, varifikasi yang disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif kepada guru kelas, Eksekutif Kepala Sekolah, dan Konselor Sekolah. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, 1) Siswa terlihat sangat fokus, antusias dan menikmati proses belajar dengan metode belajar tersebut; 2) Siswa dengan mudah dapat menyerap materi yang dijelaskan oleh guru; 3) Secara tidak langsung, siswa juga berkembang secara sosial dan emosional; dan 4) Aktifitas yang dilakukan dengan metode belajar tersebut juga berintegrasi dengan aspek pembelajaran lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa penerapan guru dalam metode Play-Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar anak karena metode belajar tersebut berintegrasi dengan aspek lainnya untuk memfasilitasi pengalaman pendidikan yang produktif dan efisien, tujuannya adalah untuk membangun proses belajar mengajar yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology is a hallmark of the 4.0 revolution. The two main issues in Indonesia are infrastructure that needs to be equipped with technology and intelligence-based curriculum integrated with business and industry programs, and lecturers as educators who do not want to use and develop AI technology in applying guided learning models. This research aims to create a learning model based on AI that will help college students develop their talents while maintaining the Pancasila principles in the age of digitization. This study contains four stages: data collection, data analysis, research analysis outcomes, and validation of research analysis results. This research developed an AI-based learning model for use in higher education consisting of four dimensions: input, process, output, and outcome. The input dimension includes components such as students, lecturers, organizations, and infrastructure ready to adopt AI-based learning models. The process dimension consists of the elements that influence the operation of the AI-based learning model system and the functionality provided by the learning model. The output dimension includes characteristics that may be directly measured and process feedback. Finally, the outcome comprises the predicted outputs from the AI-based learning model.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to determine, analyze, and identify the effectiveness of the My Alazka Application learning media on the chemistry learning outcomes of 10th grade pupils. Method: This study used a quantitative method for experimental research. The subject of this study was a 28 Student in 10th grade, in accordance to the pretest-posttest design with a single group. This research uses instruments such as questionnaires that are used once before the investigation, known as the pre-test, and once after the experiment, known as the post-test. Result: Based on the Descriptive N-Gain Score data output, The data indicates the mean N-Gain score among students in 10th grade is 63.3074 or 0.63 which is included in the "moderate".  The use of My Alazka can significantly enhance the effectiveness of the learning process in communicating messages and lesson content, also learning outcomes of chemistry subjects for student in 10th grade. Novelty: My Alazka application can be an alternative solution for educators and students during the implementation of the learning processes to improve chemistry learning outcomes for 10th grade student.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of website-based tracer studies in collecting data on educational institutions and their alumni. The research methodology employed is A quasi- experimental design, specifically a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, was employed to establish cause-and-effect relationship.  The result indicates that 20% of teachers met the minimum completeness criteria using the web-based application, while 80% did not. The experimental group showed improvement form pre-test to post test, meeting the minimal criteria for completeness. Challenges included difficulties in contacting alumni, which impacted data collection. The study concludes that while the web-based tracer study application is effective, challenges in alumni engagement need to be addressed for better data collection.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a framework for a hybrid teaching factory model that combines face-to-face and online learning with information and communication technology to improve employability skills in the new normal era. The research method uses the ADDIE Research and Development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research was conducted in several vocational high schools in DKI Jakarta Region, Indonesia. The findings in the research prove that the implementation of hybrid learning has an impact on students and teachers. Hybrid learning teaching factory is proven to be able to overcome frustrations and limitations between teachers and students in the learning process through online facilities, making teaching factory learning more innovative because there are variations of learning to interact and discuss, and making the classroom atmosphere conducive because students become happy and active in learning and skilled in working. The success of a hybrid teaching factory is considered mutually beneficial for both students and teachers who complete one of the teaching factory learning curriculums while industry instructors develop and work on collaborative platforms that provide useful services such as augmented reality and virtual reality-based applications.

Abstract

Literasi adalah bagian integral dari proses pendidikan yang memungkinkan siswa mengakses, memahami, dan menerapkan pengetahuan, termasuk kemampuan menulis dalam berbagai bentuk teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Club Mading dalam mengembangkan literasi menulis siswa di SDN Semper Barat 15 Pagi.  Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggabungkan tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari siswa kelas 5 yang menjadi anggota Club Mading, wali kelas 5, guru pembimbing Club Mading, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif yang mencakup pengumpulan, penyajian, kondensasi, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Club Mading memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap literasi menulis siswa, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan ide, keterampilan berbahasa, dan kepercayaan diri. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif membaca dan berbagi informasi dengan teman-temannya. Dukungan dari guru pembimbing dan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif menjadi faktor penting dalam keberhasilan program ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan keberagaman kegiatan dan kolaborasi dengan program literasi lainnya untuk hasil yang lebih optimal

Abstract

This study aims to examine psychoeducation's influence on enhancing teacher proficiency in comprehending and assisting students with special needs at Islamic Greens School, located in Tangerang City. The research employed a quasi-experimental method, utilizing pre-test and post-test measures to evaluate the level of teacher knowledge before and following the intervention. This study was conducted at The Inclusive Islamic Green School Bekasi, which caters to students from elementary, junior high, and high school levels. A total of 31 teachers participated in the survey. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in teacher comprehension of the distinct difficulties and educational requirements of children with special needs, as indicated by an average pre-test score of 65.48 and an average post-test score of 87.42. The psychoeducational program successfully enhanced teacher proficiency equipped them with the necessary resources to cultivate an inclusive learning environment and offered continuous professional development to address students' requirements. Implementing psychoeducational efforts in schools can have significant repercussions, resulting in adopting more inclusive practices. This, in turn, benefits both instructors and students by creating a more inclusive educational environment.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the capacity and role of Muhammadiyah branches in empowering the community in Pisangan Baru, Jakarta through structural development and strengthening the skills of cadres. Muhammadiyah branches as the most advanced organizational structure facing the community have a strategic role in driving da'wah, social, and educational activities in the community. However, obstacles such as limited human resources, minimal cadre training, and low community participation often hinder program optimization. The methods of this activity include managerial training, routine mentoring, focus group discussions (FGD) to identify community needs, and evaluation to assess the effectiveness of activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in the managerial and communication skills of cadres, improvements in the organizational structure of the branch, and increased community participation in various activities initiated by Muhammadiyah branches. The obstacles faced included limited time for cadres and the fact that there were still people who did not understand the role of Muhammadiyah branches. Overall, this activity succeeded in increasing the effectiveness of Muhammadiyah branches in empowering the community, Consistent follow-up is needed to maintain the sustainability of the program and strengthen the synergy between Muhammadiyah branches and the community in Pisangan Baru, Matraman East Jakarta.
