Abstract

The coffee farming sector in Gunungmanik Village, Indonesia, plays a significant role in the local economy. However, the monitoring and management of coffee crops remain largely manual and conventional, making it difficult for farmers to respond quickly to environmental threats such as drought, pests, or sudden temperature shifts. This research presents the development of iotgm.id, a web-based monitoring system integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) devices designed to provide real-time environmental data for coffee plantations. The system measures key parameters including temperature, soil moisture, and motion detection (as a proxy for pest activity), and delivers this data via a user-friendly web interface. It also features digital farm record management, real-time alerts for abnormal conditions, and data visualization through interactive dashboards. Field testing with local farmers showed that the system improves decision-making, speeds up responses to environmental changes, and reduces the need for direct field visits. Unlike earlier systems that often required technical expertise or focused on single parameters, this system offers multi-parameter monitoring and is accessible to farmers without advanced digital literacy. The system bridges the gap between sophisticated agricultural technologies and practical field-level application. It contributes to the adoption of precision agriculture in rural areas, offering a scalable model for broader implementation in similar contexts

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Green School Program in enhancing student character education at Adzkia Islamic School Boarding School in South Tangerang City. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the study adopts the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model. The research involved 10 informants, including the principal, teachers, dormitory caretakers, and high school students. Data were collected through structured interviews, observations, and documentation, and analysed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings indicate that while the Green School and character education programs are being effectively implemented, several areas require improvement, such as the availability of environmental infrastructure, curriculum integration, individual-level evaluations, and reporting mechanisms. Theoretically, this study supports the role of environmentally-based education in shaping student character. Practically, it provides insights for school administrators and policymakers to enhance sustainable character education through comprehensive planning and infrastructure. Future research is recommended to develop assessment instruments and explore program impacts quantitatively across different school levels.

Abstract

This study aims to examine psychoeducation's influence on enhancing teacher proficiency in comprehending and assisting students with special needs at Islamic Greens School, located in Tangerang City. The research employed a quasi-experimental method, utilizing pre-test and post-test measures to evaluate the level of teacher knowledge before and following the intervention. This study was conducted at The Inclusive Islamic Green School Bekasi, which caters to students from elementary, junior high, and high school levels. A total of 31 teachers participated in the survey. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in teacher comprehension of the distinct difficulties and educational requirements of children with special needs, as indicated by an average pre-test score of 65.48 and an average post-test score of 87.42. The psychoeducational program successfully enhanced teacher proficiency equipped them with the necessary resources to cultivate an inclusive learning environment and offered continuous professional development to address students' requirements. Implementing psychoeducational efforts in schools can have significant repercussions, resulting in adopting more inclusive practices. This, in turn, benefits both instructors and students by creating a more inclusive educational environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in implementing literacy in learning through lesson study, namely: socialization, training, self-evaluation, reflective pedagogical paradigm, exploration, simulation, documentation, group discussion, mapping, and practice at SMK Negeri 3 Tangerang Selatan, Banten Province, Indonesia. This type of action research consists of two cycles, each carried out in four meetings. The research procedure includes (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observing, and (4) reflection. The subjects in the study were productive teachers and normative teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Tangerang Selatan, opening 15 people. The results showed that the teacher's pedagogic competence in implementing literacy in pre-action learning was 37%, the first cycle increased by 83%, and the second increased significantly by 100%. Classically the percentage has increased by 63%. Based on these results, lesson study can improve the pedagogic competence of teachers in implementing literacy in learning at SMK Negeri 3 Tangerang Selatan, Banten Province, Indonesia.

Abstract

Daya serap lulusan SMK ke dunia kerja saat ini masih cukup rendah berdasarkan data yang ada. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya kesenjangan yang signifikan antara keterampilan yang diajarkan di sekolah dan tuntutan di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, Direktorat Jenderal Diksi mendukung inisiatif Revitalisasi Sekolah Vokasi. Sebagai salah satu Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof.Dr.Hamka (UHAMKA) wajib melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. UHAMKA antusias mendukung program ini dan bekerjasama dengan SMK Swasta Budi Mulia yang berlokasi di Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Tujuan utama dari layanan ini adalah untuk membekali siswa yang terdaftar di SMK Swasta Budi Mulia dengan kompetensi yang diperlukan untuk berkembang sebagai wirausaha di era digital. Tim pengabdi mengadakan seminar mengenai content marketing, kewirausahaan, dan pola pikir positif mahasiswa. Metodologi layanan terdiri dari empat fase berbeda: kolaborasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Sebagai konsekuensi dari mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan pemasaran melalui pemasaran digital sebagai bagian dari upaya pengabdian masyarakat ini, siswa memperoleh pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip pemasaran, pola pikir kewirausahaan, dan pemasaran konten.

Abstract

Adanya perhatian global terhadap literasi dan numerasi sebagai kecakapan inti memberikan respon pemerintah dengan menghadirkan Asesmen Kompetensi Umum (AKM). AKM yang mulai berlaku pada tahun 2021 merupakan skema baru asesmen nasional yang dihadirkan Kementarian Pendidikan untuk mengukur kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu, Sosialisasi secara masif terhadap guru-guru setiap jenjang merupakan langkah yang perlu diambil agar guru-guru dapat memahami dan mengaplikasinnya. AKM memiliki kerangka soal yang cukup berbeda dari ujian pada umumnya. Oleh karena itu, pembuatan soal AKM pun perlu diperkenalkan dan dilatih untuk dapat diaplikasikan pada lembaga pendidikan. Terkait dengan pembuatan soal tersebut, PKM SPS UHAMKA mengadakan kegiatan dengan topik “Pelatihan Pembuatan Soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) berbasis Higher Order Thingking Skill (HOTS)”. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa artikel pada media daring dan publikasi video melalui youtube. Adapun kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat berupa pengetahuan baru bagi para pesertanya

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan model Penta-helix saat ini di SMK Provinsi Jawa Barat. Elemen Penta-Helix ekonomi kreatif adalah Academics, Business, Communi-ties, Government, dan Media ABCGM yang menerapkan tiga C: Connect-Collaborate-Commerce atau Celebrate oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan pada tahun dua ribu delapan belas sampai dua ribu sembilan belas. Penelitian ini dievaluasi dengan SWOT Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats. Analisis ini menganalisis indikator-indikator dari Analisis SWOT dengan menggunakan perhitungan IFE dan EFE untuk mendapatkan strategi dalam meningkatkan penerapan Penta helix di SMK Kewirausahaan. Pada Komputasi IFE, skor Strengths merupakan skor yang paling tinggi dibandingkan dengan skor Weaknesses yaitu sebesar 1,924. Pada Komputasi EFE, skor Ancaman lebih tinggi dibandingkan Peluang yaitu 1.585. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi tersebut adalah melakukan uji kemampuan usaha untuk dipetakan ke dalam kelompok usaha yang sudah kreatif dan yang belum kreatif serta mensinergikan SMK. dan UKM di Jawa Barat untuk membuat program yang mengarah pada kreativitas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, test and obtain a clear picture of the influence of Prophetic Leadership and Organizational Culture on the Achievement Motivation of State Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in West Jakarta. This study used an associative quantitative approach and tested the hypothesis using path analysis with a sample of 159 teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in West Jakarta. This research shows that: (1) Prophetic leadership has a positive effect on achievement motivation (Y). It was found that the path of direct influence of prophetic leadership on achievement motivation had the regression result equation of ρY1 =0.464 and t count 6.556, (2) Organizational culture had a positive effect on achievement motivation. It is obtained that the direct influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation, with a regression value of ρY2= 0.397, while the calculated t value is 5.422, (3) Prophetic leadership has a positive direct effect on organizational culture. It is found that the direct influence of prophetic leadership on organizational culture, the regression result is ρ21= 0.427, and the t-value is 5.909. This research also shows that achievement motivation will increase if prophetic leadership and organizational culture as supporting processes run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the tahfiz Al-Qur'an instrument developed by teachers at an elementary school in East Jakarta. The descriptive qualitative methodology was adopted in this research. This study's subject was teachers that teach tahfiz Al-Qur’an at elementary schools in East Jakarta, and the object was twelve instruments created by Tahfiz teachers in East Jakarta. The data gathering method is carried out by assessing the instruments developed by teachers. The instruments were analyzed by two experts and discussed in Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and engaged practitioners, there were tahfiz teachers in East Jakarta. Beside that the, the data collection is carried out through interviews dan document study. The interview guide is used to reinforce the data related to the tahfiz teacher's knowledge of the concept of assessment. The results showed that the assessment instrument made by tahfiz teachers at the elementary school level in East Jakarta still needs to be revised to meet the assessment principles. These instruments also need to be developed to produce systematic scoring criteria and guidelines. The conformity level on material aspect on average score 2,61; construct aspect on average score 1,42; usage language aspect on average score 2,10, and average total conformity on score 2,04.
