Abstract

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a condition after giving birth, the situation is the main cause result in psychological stress which is characterized to hallucinate, memory disturbances, avoidance, and excessive alertness. This study, identify scientific and clinical views of the results of previous studies, to provide a baseline in identifying the factors that cause traumatic events after childbirth. The method used is a scoping review which consists of 5 stages, namely: focus review, conducting a literature search, determining several relevant studies, conducting critical assessments, tracing various data, analyzing and reporting results. PRISMA flowchart (Optional Reporting Items for Systematic and Meta-analysis) was used in the literature search. 12 selected literature and graded (A). The results showed that there are several factors that cause symptoms of PTSD after childbirth including cesarean delivery, service by health workers, previous experience of childbirth history and women having a history of psychosocial disorders.

Abstract

Adolescent mothers with poor knowledge and skills in parenting will adversely affect the development of children. In 2018, children under five in Gunung Kidul experienced developmental delays (1.05%). This study was descriptive observation with 30 respondents of adolescent mothers under 21 years of age. Questionnaires were used to complete the data. Other tools used were infantometer, weight scales, Denver II Form, Z Score table. The results show that predominant respondents have low education (66.7%) and the majority are housewives. The weight of the children is in accordance to their age, the majority of the height is normal, but 56.7% of children experience developmental delays

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of bedside teaching (BST) in clinical practice. We used observational analitic with cross sectional approach and total sampling technique. The samples are Diploma level midwifery students who have completed all the clinical practice of obstetrics and all activities in the academic year 2014/2015. We used 162 respondents. The result showed that all respondents are female, and the average age of respondents was 21 years. BST Implementation on average get good grades from students. A total of 61.11% of the students stated BST delivered well and easily understood. Average stage in the implementation of the BST gets good grades from students. The alocated time given by mentors for BTS implementation received moderate ratings from students, which is 68.52%.Keywords: bedside teaching, midwifery clinical practice, midwifery students

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the relationship socialeconomic status (SES) and other influence factor in the last three monthsdue to child development. We used cross sectional design. SSEindicators were parental level of education, montly family income,parental work . We use identity questionnaires and stimulation ofdevelopment questionnaires, Denver II. Analysis methode by chi-squereand logistic regression for multivariate analysis. Research showed thatthe level of education and occupational status did not affect thedevelopment of toddlers. Affecting factor the development of thetoddlers are parents income, gender, playgroup participation, stimulation.Logistic regresion showed that playgroup participant’s and gender weredominant influence factors for child development.

Abstract

Background: Mental health disorders in pregnant women are highly associated with reduced involvement in support, which can lead to pregnant women having to stay home or be isolated during the COVID-19 epidemic. Here, mental health disorders are including depression, fear, and anxiety. This disorder actually had existed before the pandemic and increased when the WHO announced the COVID-19. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the mental health condition of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: In the preparation of this scoping review, three databases are used, namely PubMed, Wiley, and Google Scholar. These databases were used to find the articles. The articles were considered relevant if they could answer some research questions of scoping review by using article search with specific keywords. Some relevant articles were selected by setting inclusion and exclusion criteria. Following that, Prism Flow Chart was used in the selection process to find the right article. Critical Appraisal was then performed to assess the quality of each article. Those articles were further summarized by using Data Charting and compiled for analysis based on the available evidence-based aspect. The last step was reporting the results. Results: In this study, the results obtained were 8 selected articles. A total of 7 articles fall into the grade A category, consisting of 2 articles of non-randomized quantitative research design, 4 descriptive quantitative articles, and 1 qualitative article. 1 article is classified in grade B on descriptive quantitative study design. There are no research articles categorized as grade C. Conclusion: Significantly increased clinical problems related to the mental health of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic are including anxiety, fear, and depressive symptoms. Compared to the pre-pandemic situation, the increase is caused by several factors such as pandemic-related stresses arising from related social restrictions, personal health and the safety of the baby during pregnancy, and the health of family members.

Abstract

Pedukuhan Kweni berada di Kapanewon Sewon Desa panggungharjo. Dalam menjalankan pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita di lingkungan pedukuhan ini memiliki 2 posyandu. Posyandu yang menjadi sasaran kkami adalah posyandu mawar merah II. Jumlah 50 balita dan 1 balita yang memiliki gizi kurang, karakteristik orang tua beragam. Permasalahan yang ada adalah kurangnya pengetahuan ibu terkait optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak dan kurangnya percaya diri dalam membersamai anak. Untuk itu, kami memberikan kegiatan berupa kelas ibu balita secara online melalui WAG dalam memberikan pengetahuan tentang cara optimalisasi tumbuh kembang, pemberian makan yang tepat oleh ahli gizi, dan penyakit yang sering terjadi pada anak (oleh praktisi RS) sehingga orang tua bisa menerapkan pada anak. Selain itu memberikan edukasi terkait dengan pola asuh yang tepat dengan bekerjasama pihak psikolog sehingga ibu bisa lebih percaya diri dalam mendampingi anak. Hasil yang diperoleh ibu sangat puas dalam kegiatan ini, selain itu materi yang diberikan bisa di putar ulang. Luaran yang sudah dihasilkan pada tahap ini adalah publikasi di Media Elektronik Suara Aisyiyah

Abstract

Masa bayi dan balita adalah masa mereka mengalami masapertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang cepat dan sangat penting,dimana nantinya merupakan landasan yang menentukan kualitaspenerus generasi bangsa. Salah satu upaya dalam menentuakankuaitas pertumbuhan balita adalah upaya deteksi dini penyimpanganpertumbuhan. Upaya ini tidak akan berjalan maksimal dan benarjika kader sebagai pelaksana kegiatan kurang memahami caradeteksi dini. tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahamandan ketrampilan kader dalam deteksi penyimpangan pertumbuhan.Metode yang dilakukan adalah Fokus Grup Discusion, Pre test, PostTest, penyapaian materi, post test dan praktek langsung. Kegiatanpelatihan terkait dengan deteksi penyimpangan pertumbuhan mampumeningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader secara nyata dansecara statistic. Saran yang diberikan adalah diharapkan kadersenantiasa mengaplikasikan deteksi penyimpangan pertumbuhan inipada setiap kegiatan psyandu yang diselenggarakan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Permasalahan Gizi pada balita merupakan permasalahan global yang disebabkan karena banyak faktor, salah satunya pola pemberian makan. Pemahaman orang tua terutama ibu tentang praktik pemberian makan sangat berpengaruh pada proses makan anak. Praktik pemberian makan orang tua dapat dikaitkan dengan anak-anak yang mengembangkan kebiasaan makan yang tidak sehat (misalnya, mengonsumsi dalam jumlah berlebihan, makan tanpa rasa lapar, dan makan emosional). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali pelaksanaan responsive feeding pada anak balita. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. wawancara semi structured face to face yang dilakukan pada 10 ibu yang mempunyai anak balita dan tinggal di wilayah puskemas Sewon II. Analisis data dengan thematic analysis menggunakan framework yang diadopsi dari Colaizzi (1978). Hasil: Terdapat 6 tema di temukan terkait pelaksanaan responsive feeding pada ibu yang mempunyai anak balita yaitu ibu belum mengetahui sinyal lapar anak; tidak memiliki jadwal makan yang tetap; anak belum fokus terhadap makanan; variasi makana; gerakan tutup mulut; tidak responsive. Kesimpulan: Berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi ibu yang mempunyai anak balita dalam pelaksanaan responsive feeding. Ibu dengan pengasuhan yang tidak responsive perlu mendapatkan perhatian dan dukungan khusus dari penyedia layanan kesehatan. Perlu adanya strategi pengembangan promosi kesehatan dalam upaya meningkatkan pengasuhan anak yang responsive.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in malnutrition in toddlers are susceptibility to disease and delays in their development. The purpose of this study was to observe the development of children under five with malnutrition. This study uses a case study description method with multiple cases. The cases taken were multiple cases with purposive sampling, with a total of 9 children under five as subjects. Data were collected through interviews, anthropometric measurements, developmental screening, and a healthy home assessment. We use descriptive analysis and pattern-matching analysis. We have a Result that seven toddlers experiencing suspected in delay development. Characteristics of the parents of 9 subjects are the subject has complete parents and living at the same home. Mothers as domestic workers. the Majority of fathers work as private workers, with unhealthy housing conditions. Characteristics of toddlers are five toddlers born with LBW, one born prematurely. Down syndrome, have a history of severe icterus, nutritional disturbances, persistent diarrhea, children completing Tuberculosis treatment, a history of epilepsy, and the other with a fever cold cough. Our Conclusions: other causes of developmental delays are due to malnourished toddlers being susceptible to disease, and low birth weight.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan yang akan berdampak pada penurunan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pelayanan kesehatan secara komprehensif dan berkualitas. Pelayanan kesehatan bagi korban kekerasan pada anak dilakukan melalui pelayanan di tingkat dasar yaitu di Puskesmas. Keterbatasan petugas puskesmas dalam mengungkap wilayah yang memiliki potensial terjadi kekerasan dikarenakan ketidakmampuan kader dalam menyampaiakan kasus yang terjadi diwilah sekitar. Kader sebagai tangan panjang petugas puskesmas pun tidak tidak berperan dalam proses identifikasi kasus kekerasan pada anak. Kader menganggap hal tersebut adalah wilayah domenstik masing masing keluarga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah peneltian Observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan 210 responden dengan menggunakan konsekutif sampling. Simpulan dari hasil peneltiian ini adalah 50% kader bersikap positf dan 50% bersikap negative. Hasil distribusi frekuensi menunjukkan sikap kader yang positif pada kader yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi, tidak bekerja dan memiliki pengalaman baik lansung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kasus kekerasan pada anak.Kader diharap meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pihak puskesmas meningkatkan sosialisasi terkait kasus kekerasan pada anak
