Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan peningkatan penetrasi internet di Indonesia turut mendorong pertumbuhan signifikan platform e-commerce seperti Tokopedia dan Shopee, yang kini menjadi pilihan utama konsumen dalam berbelanja online. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis preferensi konsumen di Kabupaten Jombang terhadap kedua platform tersebut dengan mengeksplorasi pengaruh faktor harga, kemudahan penggunaan, variasi produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah bertransaksi di kedua platform, dengan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi (koefisien 0,548) dan variasi produk (koefisien 0,183) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen, sementara harga dan kemudahan penggunaan tidak memiliki dampak statistik yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran berbasis promosi (seperti diskon, cashback, dan program lainnya) serta diversifikasi produk menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan daya tarik platform. Studi ini juga memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memanfaatkan fitur promosi dan variasi produk dalam strategi penjualan online mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam keputusan pembelian dari segi rasa, warna, harga, kualitas, tekstur dan ukuran dalam keputusan pembelian buah salak pondoh di Jombang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Analisi Deskriptif dan Analisis Korespondensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari Uji Deskriptif nilai maksimum mencapai angka 16.000 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 8.3800. memiliki standar devisiasi angka sebesar 1.94770 dinyatakan signifikan. Hasil Uji Korespondensi variabel rasa 61,0% dengan nilai eigen 75,2%, nilai C-square 2303,406 P Value < 0,05. Variabel tekstur 74,5% dengan nilai eigen 89,7%, nilai C-square 1404,989 P Value < 0,05. Variabel kualitas 47,2% dengan nilai eigen 69,8%, nilai C-square 3381,037 P Value < 0,05. Variabel rasa 77,4% dengan nilai eigen 49,7%, nilai C-square 858,459 P Value < 0,05. Variabel warna 75,5% dengan nilai eigen 50,9%, nilai C-square 4090,960 P Value < 0,05. Variabel ukuran 71,0% dengan nilai eigen 47,2%, nilai C-square 476,786 P Value < 0,05. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa dari variabel rasa, warna, harga, kualitas, tekstur dan ukuran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pemetaan image konsumen terhadap komoditas unggulan buah salak pondoh di Jombang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of free Wi-Fi and music on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire given to 90 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The independent variables of this research were free Wi-Fi and music, while the dependent variable was consumer satisfaction in coffee shops around Garuda Streat, Tambakrejo, Jombang. Results all statements are valid, reliable and pass the classical assumption test. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the variables free Wi-Fi and music have a partial positive effect on consumer satisfaction with regression coefficient values ​​of 0.588 and 0.160 respectively. The free Wi-Fi variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a Sig value. 0.006 < 0.05 or t count 2.381 > t table 1.988. Meanwhile, the music variable has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the Sig value. 0.110 > 0.05 or calculated t value 1.617 < t table 1.988. The free Wi-Fi variable and the music variable simultaneously have a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction variable, because the Sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05 or the calculated F value is 10.753 > F table 3.100. According to the R Square value, it can be concluded that from the 100% figure, 19.8% of the free Wi-Fi and music variables simultaneously / together influence the consumer satisfaction variable, while the remaining 80.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study examines key factors influencing the satisfaction of internship participants in the agricultural sector, specifically at the Agricultural Instrument Testing and Standard Application Installation (IP2SIP) in Mojosari, BSIP East Java. Internships play a crucial role in bridging academic knowledge with practical industry experience, yet systematic evaluations in agriculture remain scarce. This research aims to assess the impact of time management, work environment, and internship mentorship on intern satisfaction. Using a quantitative, descriptive-associative approach, data were collected from 30 participants through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The findings indicate that a conducive work environment and effective mentorship significantly improve internship satisfaction, while time management has a comparatively smaller impact. These results highlight the importance of enhancing workplace conditions and mentorship programs to optimize the benefits of internships in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Ecobrick is a creative solution to reduce the amount of plastic waste disposed of in landfills and allows people to recycle plastic into useful materials. By filling plastic bottles with non-biological waste such as plastic until solid. The simple and easy-to-do manufacturing method can quickly spread to various communities. In this activity, using the experimental method, students experiment by making ecobricks using plastic waste and used paper as the main ingredients. The experimental method is a form of learning that involves tools and materials to achieve a goal. Through this experimental method, knowledge can be obtained and developed through experience in learning directly. The results of observations and discussions with teachers at Kedungbogo State Elementary School obtained information that in general, teachers want the waste found around them not only to become piles of waste that pollute the environment, but also to be recycled or reused into something more useful. Ecobrick making activities not only provide practical solutions to the problem of plastic waste, but also teach Kedungbogo State Elementary School students about the importance of recycling and environmental conservation. Through this activity, students can learn how to utilize plastic waste around them and turn it into something useful and valuable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Character formation in the world of education can start from early childhood and elementary school education according to Mulyani, 2012 in (Badawi, 2023). Early childhood education must introduce entrepreneurial values ​​and character (Saaadah & Nurjaman, 2023). Efforts to foster entrepreneurial character can be done through entrepreneurial activities from an early age, and this can be applied in Craft Day activities which can be an opportunity for students to be creative in producing work and selling their own work. The aim of this program is to introduce the concept of entrepreneurship to elementary school and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students. To provide an understanding of the basic concepts of entrepreneurship related to planning, marketing and sales in a simple way to elementary school and Ibtidaiyah Madrasah students. The program "Playing While Learning to be Entrepreneurial, Sharpening Entrepreneurship Skills and Abilities through Craft Day" produces important conclusions in several aspects. Abstract

The community service program in the form of al-banjari training for TPQ santri in Kedungbogo village aims to preserve and develop traditional Islamic musical arts among the younger generation, namely al-banjari. Al-banjari is a form of tambourine musical art, which has an important role in efforts to strengthen religious and cultural values ​​in society. Usually TPQ students in Kedungbogo village use al-banjari as a herding tool during the evening Lailatus Sholawat activities. However, the lack of understanding in innovating rhythm and tone makes al-banjari activities felt less effective, and there is also a lack of trainers in carrying out al-banjari exercises. This training involves TPQ students in Kedungbogo village who have an interest in the tambourine musical art instrument. The training methods used include the caramah method and coaching. The results of the al-banjari training showed an increase in understanding of playing al-banjari using the tambourine musical instrument and by making a guidebook containing the al-banjari formula. It is hoped that the success of this training will be an inspiration for other students to be enthusiastic about preserving and developing traditional Islamic musical arts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sayuran pakcoy hidroponik di Desa Tambakberas Kabupaten Jombang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah  masyarakat Tambakberas. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling, sehingga diperoleh 100 responden. Penelitian ini  menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga, selera dan potongan harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran pakcoy hidroponik. Sedangkan faktor manfaat produk, promosi dan gaya hidup tidak memiliki pengaruh yang sigifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran pakcoy hidroponik yang ada di Desa Tambakberas Kabupaten Jombang. Faktor harga memiliki pengaruh tertinggi dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran pakcoy hidroponik yang ada di Desa Tambakberas Kabupaten Jombang dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel dan sig.< 0,05 (3,966 > 1,986 dan 0.000 < 0,05).
