Abstract

The utilization of natural ingredients in the manufacture of dish soap has enormous potential in improving the community's economy. Soap commonly used for washing is generally made from a mixture of lye and triglycerides from carbon chain fatty acids. In the process of making soap, the commonly used foamer is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). The use of SLS causes skin irritation, both mild and severe skin irritation. With the presence of natural ingredients in the process of making dish soap, the resulting formulation can be environmentally friendly and does not contain SLS ingredients. One of the natural ingredients used is pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius), which have natural flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, polyphenols, and saponins. The saponins in pandan leaves function to produce foam and have anti-bacterial substances. The purpose of this training is to provide learning in utilizing natural ingredients in the process of making dish soap. This training involves the active participation of community members in Kedungbogo Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, and is expected to become a business opportunity and improve the economy of the community in Kedungbogo Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian minuman di Kedai D’Jawi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kedai d`jawi jombang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode penentuan sampel dengan mengambil responden yang kebetulan ada atau tersedia di suatu tempat sesuai dengan konteks penelitian berdasarkan hasil pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa harga dan lokasi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kedai D’Jawi merupakan kedai yang menyajikan minuman dengan harga yang terjangkau serta lokasi yang representative sehingga pengunjung nyaman saat berkunjung untuk menikmati minuman yang tersaji.

Abstract

This study examines key factors influencing the satisfaction of internship participants in the agricultural sector, specifically at the Agricultural Instrument Testing and Standard Application Installation (IP2SIP) in Mojosari, BSIP East Java. Internships play a crucial role in bridging academic knowledge with practical industry experience, yet systematic evaluations in agriculture remain scarce. This research aims to assess the impact of time management, work environment, and internship mentorship on intern satisfaction. Using a quantitative, descriptive-associative approach, data were collected from 30 participants through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The findings indicate that a conducive work environment and effective mentorship significantly improve internship satisfaction, while time management has a comparatively smaller impact. These results highlight the importance of enhancing workplace conditions and mentorship programs to optimize the benefits of internships in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh usia, pendidikan, dan lamanya pengalaman bertani terhadap teknik pengendalian hama pada budidaya kedelai di Dusun Doko, Desa Kepuhdoko, Kecamatan Tembelang, Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia petani, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengalaman bertani terhadap metode pengendalian hama. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menganalisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan alat uji statistik dan teori objektif. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pola dan hubungan dalam fenomena tersebut serta menjawab pertanyaan penelitian secara objektif. Penelitian ini melibatkan survei dan analisis data sekunder, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia petani dengan teknik pengendalian hama, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,281. Demikian pula, hubungan antara pendidikan dan pengendalian hama juga tidak signifikan, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,019. Namun, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lamanya pengalaman bertani dengan teknik pengendalian hama, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,060, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan positif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa usia dan pendidikan tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi teknik pengendalian hama pada budidaya kedelai, sedangkan lamanya pengalaman bertani memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya peningkatan pelatihan, kegiatan penyuluhan, dan pembinaan kelompok tani di Dusun Doko, Desa Kepuhdoko, Kecamatan Tembelang, Kabupaten Jombang.

Abstract

The community service program in the form of al-banjari training for TPQ santri in Kedungbogo village aims to preserve and develop traditional Islamic musical arts among the younger generation, namely al-banjari. Al-banjari is a form of tambourine musical art, which has an important role in efforts to strengthen religious and cultural values ​​in society. Usually TPQ students in Kedungbogo village use al-banjari as a herding tool during the evening Lailatus Sholawat activities. However, the lack of understanding in innovating rhythm and tone makes al-banjari activities felt less effective, and there is also a lack of trainers in carrying out al-banjari exercises. This training involves TPQ students in Kedungbogo village who have an interest in the tambourine musical art instrument. The training methods used include the caramah method and coaching. The results of the al-banjari training showed an increase in understanding of playing al-banjari using the tambourine musical instrument and by making a guidebook containing the al-banjari formula. It is hoped that the success of this training will be an inspiration for other students to be enthusiastic about preserving and developing traditional Islamic musical arts.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, lokasi, cita rasa, tektstur dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada onde-onde ubi ungu Bu Siblon Jombang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Linear Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menujukkan bahwa Nilai t hitung variabel harga -0,084 < 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,400 > 0,05; nilai t hitung variabel lokasi -0,927 < 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,356 > 0,05; nilai t hitung variabel cita rasa 2,473 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,015 < 0,05; nilai t hitung variabel tekstur 3,262 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05; nilai t hitung variabel kemasan -0,476 < 1,985 dan nilai signifikan 0,635 > 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh adalah “cita rasa” dan “tekstur”. Berdasarkan Uji f diperoleh nilai fhitung 14,081 > F tabel 2,47 dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka dinyatakan bahwa variabel harga, lokasi, cita rasa, tekstur dan kemasan adanya pengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada onde-onde ubi ungu Bu Siblon Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, rasa dan kualitas Produk secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian Sosis Salam Afco dan mengetahui harga, rasa dan kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembalian Sosis Salam Afco. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen Afco Fresh Jombang, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan dilengkapi uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji F), dan uji parsial (uji T). Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Dengan nilai Thitung (5.387) > Ttabel (1,661) dan nilai sig (0.000) < 0,05. Variabel Rasa (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Dengan nilai Thitung (1.984) > Ttabel (1.661) dan nilai sig (0.050) > 0.05. Variabel Kualitas Produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Dengan nilai Thitung (4.106) > Ttabel (1.661) dan nilai sig (0.000) < 0.05. Hasil Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung 47.865 > Ftabel (2.70) dan nilai sig (0.000) < (0,05), maka variabel harga, rasa dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk Sosis Salam Afco.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This community service project aims to develop the interest and skills of junior high school students in Kedungbogo Village in the field of technology, particularly in creating and managing running text. The program includes comprehensive training that introduces the participants to the basics of running text technology, including practical skills in designing and implementing it effectively. The training outcome shows an increase in students' technical abilities and their interest in further exploring the field of information technology. Although post-training surveys have not yet been conducted, initial indications show a positive response, with participants beginning to apply the technology for various purposes. This training is expected to enhance the students' capabilities and motivate them to continue exploring technology in their future endeavors. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence consumers in choosing to buy cayenne pepper in the Citra Niaga Jombang market. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, the sampling method uses accidental sampling so as to get a sample of 30 people. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to identify the influence of cultural, social, personal, psychological variables, and the use value of goods on purchasing decisions. The results showed that cultural factors, social factors and psychological factors have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for cayenne pepper, while personal factors and the use value of goods factor have no effect on purchasing decisions for cayenne pepper in the Citra Niaga Jombang market. Psychological factors, with indicators such as motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs and attitudes are the factors that most influence consumer decisions. Keywords: Bird's Eye Chili, Consumer Behavior, Purchase Decision ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam memilih untuk membeli cabai rawit di pasar Citra Niaga Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah anaslisis deskriptif kuantitatif, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sehingga mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel budaya, sosial, pribadi, psikologis, dan nilai guna barang terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya, faktor sosial dan faktor psikologis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian cabai rawit, sedangkan faktor pribadi dan faktor nilai guna barang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian cabai rawit di pasar Citra Niaga Jombang. Faktor psikologis, dengan indikator seperti motivasi, persepsi, pembelajaran, serta keyakinan dan sikap adalah faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Kata kunci: Cabai Rawit, Perilaku Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian
