Abstract

Kepuasan dari jasa yang diberikan perusahaan kepada konsumen harus selalu untuk bisa memahami pelanggan dan merancang memperbaiki kualitas jasanya. Maka dari itu perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan komunikasi, kualitas layanan dan fasiltias yang diberikan kepada Pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan atau pelanggan jumlah populasi dari bulan Juni 2022- Desember 2022 sebanyak 101 Pelanggan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 81 pelanggan CV. Tv Kabel Madani Service jumlah sampel didapatkan dari rumus slovin. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan kegiatan setelah data seluruh responden atau sumber data lain terkumpul. Analisis data dengan bantuan program peranti lunak SPSS versi 25. Nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,843 atau sebesar 84,3%. Hasil pengujian ini secara statistik membuktikan bahwa komunikasi, kualitas layanan dan fasiltias secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 84,3%. dan sisanya 15,7% merupakan faktor lain Uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung dari memiliki nilai F sebesar 144,536 > F tabel 2,72, nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0,000 < α 0,05.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to assess the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in one of automobile dealer company. This study employs quantitative research methodologies, as well as data gathering strategies such as questionnaire distribution and library data. Non-probability sampling with saturation sampling approach was applied on 90 workers. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized to analyze the data using the SPSS. The findings revealed that the variable of leadership style had a substantial impact on employee performance. Employee performance is significantly influenced by work motivation. Employee performance is significantly influenced by work discipline. Employee performance is influenced by leadership style, job motivation, and work discipline all at the same time. The percentage indicates that the factors of leadership style, work motivation, and work discipline can explain more than 90% of the employee performance variable. Other variables not investigated in this study account for 7% of the variance.

Abstract

Islamic finance has experienced one of the greatest growth rates in the previous ten years, even outpacing traditional financial markets. The momentum created by the pandemic's end can be exploited to promote the strongest possible economic expansion. Even so, the absence of a supportive organizational climate is still felt, which naturally disturbs the climate that has already been established. Every head office employee can have opportunity to act well, perform well, and, of course, be more productive at work with a positive corporate climate. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how workplace culture affects workers' productivity. This study employs quantitative methods along with descriptive ones. A sample of 30 employees was used in this investigation. A questionnaire with four alternative answers and a Likert scale score selection form was issued to all employees as the primary method of data gathering. In the meanwhile, document analyses and interviews are merely supplementary methods of data collection. Validity and reliability tests are used to assess the instruments employed, and then overall valid and reliable data is created. Data processing procedures are used to test the data's overall quality. The correlation between organizational climate and productivity was found to be 36%, and this finding indicates that organizational climate influences 36% of productivity, with the other 36% influenced by factors not included in this study.

Abstract

An organization's success is contingent upon the productivity of its employees. This research was undertaken to assess the impact of work discipline, work competence, and work ability on employee productivity inside the firm. The duration of this study, employing quantitative methodologies, was a period of six months. Benefiting from a strong work ethic, high level of expertise, and exceptional job performance. The combined regression coefficients for work discipline (x1), work competency (x2), and work ability (x3) have a substantial impact on the work productivity variable (y).

Abstract

The Studies were carried done to determine how much impact educational costs, teaching staff, amenities and excellent service have on the contentment of parents in the Yayasan Tasik (Taman Anak Sholeh Ibnu Katsir) Batam. This research was carried out using a survey method with a Google Form questionnaire to the parents of the Batam Sholeh Ibnu Katsir Children's Foundation (TASIK) Foundation (TASIK) with a sample size of 40 parents. The technique for sampling uses a method of sampling (Census / Saturated), namely sample selection method If every person in the population is sampled. Hypothesis methods are analyzed using statistical techniques, namely validation tests, reliability tests, determination tests, simple regression tests, multiple regression analysis tests, T statistical tests, and F statistical tests, using the SPSS For Windows Version 25 application. The research results show that tuition fees have a negative and insignificant effect on parent satisfaction. Educators have a noteworthy and favorable influence on the contentment with student parentsThe service excellence has a substantial and favorable impact on parent contentment. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on parent contentment.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of green human capital on employee performance with Green Structural as moderation. The population in this study were company employees. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using smartPLS. The results of this research show that green human capital has a positive effect on employee performance . Green structural is able to moderate green human capital towards employee performance. Abstract

This study explores the challenges and opportunities in talent management strategies for the gig economy, where short-term, flexible work arrangements are increasingly prominent. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing an extensive literature review of journal articles, to examine key themes related to managing gig workers. Findings reveal that while the gig economy offers significant benefits to organizations—such as cost efficiency, access to diverse expertise, and operational flexibility—it also presents challenges, including high turnover rates, difficulties in worker retention, and the integration of gig workers into organizational culture. The study emphasizes the need for adaptive talent management strategies tailored to the unique demands of gig work, such as flexible onboarding processes, project-based engagements, competitive compensation, and opportunities for skill development. Practical recommendations include fostering engagement through transparent communication and the use of digital collaboration tools to enhance remote worker cohesion. Given the study’s reliance on literature review, future research is encouraged to incorporate empirical data, such as interviews or surveys with gig workers and employers, to further validate and enrich the findings. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on talent management within the gig economy and provides actionable insights for organizations seeking to effectively engage and manage gig talent.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga merupakan masalah yang dihadapi oleh setiap Ibu Rumah Tangga. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga Kelurahan Bengkong Indah Batam memiliki permasalahan yang sama yaitu belum dapat mengatur keuangan keluarga dengan baik. Dalam upaya memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut Program Studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Universitas Ibnu Sina menawarkan kerja sama dengan pemberian Pelatihan Manajemen Keuangan Keluarga bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman tentang keterampilan dalam pengelolaan keuangan individu dan keluarga dengan pendekatan cast flow management dan tips-tips pengaturan keuangan secara efektif dan efisien., menekankan pentingnya membuat anggaran, alokasi dana, pelaksanaan (komitmen/disiplin) dan mengevaluasi atas pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga dan memotivasi meningkatkan Cash in dan menekan Cash Out rumah tangga. Metode pelatihan dalam kegiatan ini antara lain meliputi ceramah, simulasi dan diskusi. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan Ibu-ibu rumah tangga memahami pentingnya mengelola keuangan rumah tangganya dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, memberikan pengetahuan kepada Ibu-ibu rumah tangga agar dapat mengatur dan mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan baik sehingga tidak menjadi masyarakat yang konsumtif, serta dapat mengajarkan cara mengatur dan mengelola keuangan keluarga yang didapat dari pelatihan ini kepada masyarakat sekitar.

The purpose of this study is to provide information on the importance of the role of top management team in company digital transformation. The research used in this analysis uses theoretical research that will explain the role of top management team in company digital transformation. To support the exploration and development of theories, concepts, and arguments supported by secondary data. The results of the study show that the top management team has a crucial role in the company's digital transformation. The top management team is responsible for providing direction, support, and resources needed to achieve digital transformation goals.
