Abstract

This research aims to explore: First, evaluate the Superior Class Program Policy at MIN 1 Medan. Second, knowing the strategies that can be implemented to optimize the Superior Class Program at MIN 1 Medan. Third, find out the obstacles faced in the MIN 1 Medan Superior Class Program Policy. This research method is a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. The instruments used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation studies. This research evaluation model uses the CIPP evaluation model, namely context, input, process and product evaluation. The location of this research is MIN 1 Medan, North Sumatra. This research data analysis uses three steps, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that: First, the implementation of the superior class program at MIN 1 Medan includes implementing different learning from regular ones, has more complete facilities than regular ones, and learning takes longer than regular ones. Second, the planning strategy for the superior class program, namely interactive digital learning media at MIN 1 Medan, is to be more practical and carried out as early as possible so that students can easily adapt in the future. The use of digital media also helps students develop technological skills which are very important in the modern era. And facilities such as TVs are available in superior classes so that they don't use projectors which take a long time to start learning. Third, the obstacle faced in the superior class program is Training Limitations: Even though intensive training has been carried out, there are still challenges in getting an adequate amount of training for all teachers in the superior class program. Insufficient Content: At times, the availability of appropriate, quality content to support learning in top class programs can be a challenge. Time Limitations: Implementing interactive digital learning media requires additional time for preparation and development of learning content in superior class programs. Student Engagement: Although digital learning media can increase student engagement, there are also challenges in ensuring that all students can access and use the technology effectively in accordance with excellent classroom programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran manajemen kebijakan pendidikan dan untuk mengetahui peranan manajemen kebijakan pendidikan dalam mengaplikasikan visi dan misi. Serta memiliki kegunaan untuk berbagai pihak, baik itu dari pihak tempat penelitian maupun dari pihak peneliti sendiri. Pendidikan adalah bidang yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia, pendidikan dapat mendorong meningkatkan kualitas manusia dalam bentuk meningkatnya kompetensi kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan sangat kompleks, banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan karena pengaruhnya pada kehidupan manusia tidak dapat diabaikan, yang jelas disadari bahwa pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu bangsa. Analisis kebijakan Pendidikan merupakan penelitian sosial terapan yang secara sistematis disusun dalam rangka mengetahui substansi dari kebijakan agar dapat diketahui secara jelas informasi mengenai masalahmasalah yang dijawab oleh kebijakan dan masalahmasalah yang mungkin timbul sebagai akibat dari penerapan kebijakan. Visi dan Misi merupakan tujuan atau arah utama, Maka bisa dikatakan misi adalah suatu proses atau tahapan yang seharusnya dilalui oleh suatu lembaga atau instansi atau organisasi dengan tujuan bisa mencapai visi tersebut Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan melalui pengamatan dan mencari data secara langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan yaitu, 1) Analisis Urgensi kebijakan pendidikan Menjadi pertimbangan yang saintifik, rasional dan objektif bagi semua pembuatan kebijakan. 2) Memungkinkan kebijakan didesain lebih sempurna guna mewujudkan tujuan berbangsa dan bernegara yakni mencerdaskan manusia Indonesia.

Abstract

This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

Abstract

This research discusses the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational policies at MTs PAB 2 Sampali as an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of secondary education. Qualitative methods were used with interviews, observation and document analysis. Madrasa heads were the main respondents, ensuring an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of policy implementation. 1) Policy planning begins with identifying needs and challenges involving analysis of student achievement, facilities and curriculum development. Consultation and participation of stakeholders, including teachers, parents and students, is the next step. Goals and objectives are set with a focus on improving achievement, strengthening the curriculum, and student participation. 2) The implementation process begins with careful planning, communication and socialization of policies to stakeholders, training and professional development for teachers, full implementation of policies, and ongoing evaluation. Positive impacts can be seen in increasing student achievement, student participation in extracurricular activities, and parental involvement. However, limited resources and resistance to change are challenges that need to be overcome. 3) This research provides a positive picture of MTs PAB 2 Sampali's efforts to improve the quality of education through policy planning, implementation and evaluation. Even though challenges exist, a commitment to continuous improvement can make this institution an inspiring example in planning education policies that have a positive impact.

Abstract

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. The position of learning in achieving progress in various aspects of life, such as social, political, cultural and economic, cannot be questioned. This research is carried out using qualitative methods, namely research that is carried out through observation and seeking information directly in research positions or in other words it can be said as field research. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research

Abstract

This article discusses the learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The method used is qualitative data through data collection through interviews with one of the sources as an instrument. The data analysis procedure carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions is one of the qualitative data techniques. The data collection technique used in this research was observation and interviews with a school principal at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung. The aim of research on a learning system policy at the MDTA education level at MDTA Al Kairat Tembung is because the learning system policy at the Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDTA) education level is important in efforts to improve the quality of education. Several government policies related to curriculum, such as the Merdeka Curriculum, have been implemented to restore learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran isteri nelayan terhadap pendapatan keluarga nelayan sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Cilacap dalam menempatkan peran isteri dalam pengelolaan pendapatan keluarga secara lebih berkeadilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan responden yang ditentukan (purposive sampling). Penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan karakteristik keluarga nelayan dengan isteri nelayan yang memiliki usaha ekonomis di Desa Ujungalang Kecamatan Kampunglaut Kabupaten Cilacap, selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi isteri terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga nelayan adalah sebesar 51,55% sehingga termasuk kategori sedang. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peran isteri terhadap pendapatan total rumah tangga di Desa Ujungalang Kec. Kampunglaut memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga. Peran isteri nelayan tersebut perlu ditingkatkan guna menjaga stabilitas kesejahteraan rumah tangga nelayan dalam upaya mengantisipasi perubahan pendapatan suami selaku kepala rumah tangga yang sangat tergantung pada kondisi alam dan cuaca serta diperlukan tindak lanjut berupa peningkatan manajemen keuangan rumah tangga nelayan untuk menjaga stabilitas perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

Sosialisasi kebijakan pendidikan adalah sebuah mekanisme penyampaian informasi kebijakan pendidikan yang diambil oleh sekelompok orang dengan kesepakatan dan kemudian disampaikan kepada masyarakat untuk dilaksanakan.Tujuan dari sosialisasi kebijakan pendidikan ialah untuk mengupayakan masyarakat luas agar memahami dan mampu menginternalisasikan makna dari tujuan dan konsep dari keputusan pemerintah dan mewujudkan kerjasama pemerintah dengan masyarakat dalam hal pelaksanakan kebijakan pendidikan.Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan program kebijakan pendidikan karakter di madrasah, strategi sosialisasi kebijakan pendidikan di madrasah, dan faktor yang memengaruhi sosialisasi kebijakan pendidikan karakter di madrasah. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan mengungkapkan dan mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi pada kondisi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan, yaitu 1) kepala madrasah di MAS Tahfidzil Quran Islamic Centre Sumatera Utara mengadakan beberapa program kebijakan pendidikan karakter. Fokus utama terletak pada dua aspek penting, yaitu mendisplinkan siswa dan membina ahlak melalui pendidikan agama, 2) MAS Tahfidzil Quran Islamic Centre Sumatera Utara mengimplementasikan strategi efektif dalam mensosialisasikan dan mengembangkan kebijakan pendidikan karakter, Media sosialisasi yang digunakan seperti pamflet, poster, majalah sosial media yang digunakan untuk memudahkan informasi kepada siswa. 3) kepala madrasah memainkan peran kunci dalam menghadapi berbagai faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses tersebut. Faktor internal yang minim pengaruh negatif memberikan peluang bagi fokus pada faktor eksternal seperti perbedaan karakter dan budaya siswa.

Abstract

Educational quality is a complex and multifaceted issue. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to improve educational quality. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Thematic data analysis is used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah has made some progress, but there are still several obstacles that need to be addressed. Recommendations made in this study are to strengthen the role of stakeholders, improve the quality of teachers and education personnel, provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, and increase community participation in education programs.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of implementing gender-based social interaction in learning to enhance children's socio-emotional development at MIS YPI Batang Kuis. This qualitative research involved six participants from Class I, consisting of four boys and two girls. The findings suggest that children's socio-emotional development aligns with parental expectations. Gender-based social interactions at MIS YPI Batang Kuis, located in Bintang Meriah Village, Deli Serdang Regency, contribute to: 1) encouraging sharing among children of both genders; 2) reinforcing adherence to game rules; 3) promoting inclusive play regardless of gender; and 4) exhibiting manners and behavior consistent with local socio-cultural norms. However, certain behavioral deviations, such as hitting, pushing, mocking, and kicking, were noted among both boys and girls. These deviations can be effectively managed with the appropriate guidance from teachers. Notably, such deviant behaviors are more common among younger children. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari penerapan interaksi sosial berbasis gender dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan perkembangan sosial-emosional anak di MIS YPI Batang Kuis. Penelitian kualitatif ini melibatkan enam partisipan dari Kelas I, yang terdiri dari empat anak laki-laki dan dua anak perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan sosial-emosional anak sesuai dengan harapan orang tua. Interaksi sosial berbasis gender di MIS YPI Batang Kuis, yang terletak di Desa Bintang Meriah, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, berkontribusi pada: 1) mendorong berbagi di antara anak-anak dari kedua jenis kelamin; 2) memperkuat kepatuhan terhadap aturan permainan; 3) mempromosikan permainan inklusif tanpa memandang jenis kelamin; dan 4) menunjukkan sopan santun dan perilaku yang sesuai dengan norma sosial budaya setempat. Namun, penyimpangan perilaku tertentu, seperti memukul, mendorong, mengejek, dan menendang, ditemukan di antara anak laki-laki dan perempuan. Penyimpangan-penyimpangan ini dapat ditangani secara efektif dengan bimbingan yang tepat dari para guru. Khususnya, perilaku menyimpang seperti itu lebih sering terjadi pada anak-anak yang lebih muda.
