Abstract

Extracurricular activities are a series of teaching and learning activity programs outside programmed class hours, which are intended to increase students' horizons of thinking, foster students' talents and interests as well as a spirit of community service. This research uses a qualitative research method which can be understood as a research procedure that utilizes descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and actors who can be observed. Based on the results of research on school policies regarding innovation in extracurricular activities at Budisatrya Middle School, the development of innovation in extracurricular activities at Budisatrya Middle School, extracurricular activities at Budisatrya Middle School increased with the presence of tahsin, tahfidz and multimedia extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Tulisan ini memuan pengenai teori analisis SWOT untuk mempertajam keputusan yang di ambil dan pengambilan kebijakan yang tepat, metode tulisan ini yaitu dengan kajian pustaka, mengambil bberapa teori yang relevan dengan judul tersebut. Analisis SWOT merupakan salah satu metode analisis situasional yang menitikberatkan pada identifikasi beberapa faktor secara sistematis untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaaan, organisasi, atau lembaga. Proses pengambilan keputusan strategis selalu berkaitan dengan pengembangan misi, tujuan, strategis harus menganalisis faktor-faktor strategis perusahaan, organisasi, atau lembaga tersebut dalam kondisi yang ada pada saat ini. Hal ini disebut analisis situasi. Analisis SWOT dapat pula menjadi peta, karena setelah masing-masing faktor ditemukan, kebijakan-kebijakan yang akan diambil untuk perbaikan di kemudian hari telah pula ditentukan, sehingga yang harus dilakukan lembaga pendidikan tinggal melaksanakannya dengan penuh komitmen, disiplin, dan tanggung jawa demi terwujudnya lembaga pendidikan yang berkualitas, berintegritas, dan menghasilkan siswa-siswa yang kelak menjadi sumber daya manusia yang tak hanya unggul dalam segi akademik, tapi juga moral, agama, dan sosial. Swot  terdiri dari : kekuatan (strenghtness) yaitu melihat apa saja hal-hal yang menjadi kekuatan sebagai modal yang dapat diandalkan, kelemahan (weakness) yaitu melihat hal-hal yang dipandang menjadi kelemahan sehingga membentuk prioritas untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut, peluang (opportunities) yaitu peluang apa saja yang mungkin dapat diraih untuk mengatasi kelemahan dan mendukung kekuatan dan tantangan atau ancaman (treaths) yaitu hal-hal yang dapat menjadi tantangan baik dilihat dari hal yang positif maupun yang negatif sehingga dapat  dijadikan sebagai pemicu meningkatkan prestasi suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang efektif dan efesien

Abstract

This article aims to examine various effective strategies in the management of educational organizations that can be implemented to improve school performance. The focus of the discussion covers important aspects of school management, such as educational leadership, human resource management, curriculum and learning management, infrastructure management, financial management, and school relations with the community. The qualitative approach used in this research allows researchers to gain an understanding in depth about effective management strategies in improving school performance. By exploring the experiences and views of school leaders and teachers, it is hoped that this research will provide valuable insights that can be used to develop better management practices in other schools. The results of this research reveal that effective management strategies in improving school performance include visionary and inclusive leadership, effective human resource management, positive organizational culture, optimal use of information technology, parent participation, and the ability to adapt and innovate. These findings provide valuable insights that can be used by other schools to develop better management practices and improve overall educational performance. In addition, it is hoped that the results of this research can serve as a guide for educational policy makers in formulating policies that support improving school performance through effective management.

Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to describe the homeroom Teacher’s policy in improving the quality of student learning in class. This article is scientific work created using a case study approach wth the research subject being student and teacher teaching in class. Meanwhile, The object of research is teacher policy. The data collection technique used is observation. The research results show that teacher policies have a big influence in improving the quality of student learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The strategic management process plays an important role in improving the quality of education in schools. By implementing an effective strategic management process, schools can identify and implement appropriate steps to achieve the desired educational goals. The research results show that implementing an effective strategic management process can help schools identify potential and challenges in achieving their educational goals. This process involves steps such as formulating a clear vision and mission, identifying specific educational needs, establishing priority strategies, allocating resources effectively, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation. This research aims to understand how the strategic management process can be implemented effectively in schools in order to improve the quality of education. The research method used is a case study by taking one school as a sample. Data was collected through interviews with teachers through direct observation in the school environment.

Abstract

Manajemen Strategi adalah pelaksanaan yang berkesinambungan dalam mengatur, mengamati, memeriksa dan menilai setiap keperluan yang diharapkan oleh suatu perkumpulan dengan tujuan akhir untuk mencapai tujuannya. Perubahan yang terjadi dengan cepat dalam perilaku organisasi akan memerlukan organisasii yang dapat terus menilai strategi. Organisasi mendapat manfaat dari penerapan manajemen strategis dengan terlebih dahulu menentukan keadaan mereka saat ini, mengembangkan dan mensosialisasikan strategi, dan kemudian mengevaluasi efisiensi strategi tersebut. Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk memutuskan pelaksanaan manajemen strategi dalam landasan pendidikan. Eksplorasi ini memanfaatkan penelitian kepustakaan. Dalam memperoleh informasi penelitian, para peneliti mengumpulkan, memecah, menyusun sumber-sumber dari artikel, buku, pemeriksaan masa lalu tentang pelaksanaan administrasi kunci di bidang persekolahan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam melaksanakan manajemen strategi dalam pendidikan harus mempertimbangkan beberapa sudut pandang, yaitu: 1) visi, misi dan manfaat dari landasan pendidikan, 2) tujuan jangka panjang, 3) menentukan sistem kebutuhan, 4) memerintahkan pelaksanaan penanda, 5) menggambarkan tujuan fungsional, 6) fokus pada kebutuhan aset (fisik, manusia, moneter), 7) mengamati dan melaksanakan fungsional mengantisipasi praktik sehari-hari dan premis yang dibukukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap literatur terkait dan studi kasus implementasi strategi kepemimpinan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor kunci yang mendukung keberhasilan kepemimpinan di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Temuan penelitian menyoroti pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, partisipasi aktif seluruh stakeholders, dan adaptasi terhadap dinamika perkembangan pendidikan. Hasilnya memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemimpin lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan mereka dan memajukan kualitas pendidikan Islam di masa sekarang.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas bisa terwujud jika sekolah menerapkan manajemen strategik dengan benar. Berdasarkan pandangan ini, permasalahan lemahnya mutu sekolah ini terletak pada belum maksimalnya penerapan manajemen strategik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ialah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan komite sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sekolah ini merencanakan manajemen strategik melalui perumusan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran. Penerapan. Manajemen strategik dilaksanakan melalui peningkatan mutu program pendidikan, kegiatan lingkungan internal dan eksternal sekolah, budaya sekolah, penanaman norma dan pembiasaan. Pelaksanaan evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui sejumlah pertemuan dinas melibatkan manajemen puncak dan semua personil sekolah dan masyarakat baik jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the stages of principal supervision in evaluating teacher performance at MIS Al-Hikmah Namorambe and describe the obstacles to principal supervision in evaluating teacher performance at MIS Al-Hikmah Namorambe. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results showed that First, the planning carried out by the principal includes identifying problems based on the objectives of supervision, determining the supervision schedule, selecting supervision techniques that are in accordance with the needs of teachers, and preparing assessment instruments for observation. Second, implementation, which is the process of supervision activities, where principals check the completeness of learning tools, observe the learning process, and conduct assessments based on observation instruments. Third, analysis, where the principal identifies teacher weaknesses based on the observation results. Fourth, follow-up which includes providing solutions to teachers who do not meet the standards and giving awards to teachers who meet the standards. Finally, the preparation of a report by the principal as a guideline for the implementation of supervision in the future, as for the obstacles faced by principals and teachers in implementing this supervision is time management.

Abstract

Group dynamics in the context of modern organizations and their impact on organizational performance. Group dynamics is the study of interaction, communication, and relationship dynamics between individuals in a group. These factors greatly influence how groups work together, collaborate, and achieve common goals. On the other hand, organizational influences include organizational structure, culture, and policies that influence group behavior and dynamics. The importance of group dynamics and how organizational influences can moderate these dynamics. As well as how to have practical implications in effective management in managing group dynamics, creating an inclusive and supportive work culture, and ensuring that the organizational structure supports collaboration and innovation. Healthy group dynamics, including open communication, trust, and effective conflict resolution, significantly improve overall group and organizational performance.
