Abstract

Kecamatan Putussibau Utara merupakan ibu kota Kabupaten yang terus mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu, sehingga peningkatan tersebut sangat mempengaruhi ketersediaan maupun kebutuhan beras. Maka dari itu perlu diketahui ketersediaan dan kebutuhan beras. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui ketersediaan dan kebutuhan beras dan membandingkannya, serta memprediksi kebutuhan beras dari tahun sampai 20 tahun ke depan (2039). Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari instansi – instansi terkait, seperti Badan Pusat Statistik. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan ketentuan konsumsi beras setiap orang/tahun sebesar 120 kg/tahun menunjukan pada Kecamatan Putussibau Utara dengan ketersediaan beras sebesar 23.903 ton/beras/tahun sedangkan kebutuhan beras pada tahun 2019 sebesar 3.136 ton/beras/tahun serta 2039 sebesar 4.846 ton/beras/tahun, ketersediaan dinyatakan surplus sedangkan dilihat dari 17 desa/kelurahan terdapat beberapa ketersediaan yang tidak dapat mencukupi kebutuhan yang ada yaitu Putussibau Kota, Hilir Kantor, Sibau Hulu, Padua Mendalam, Datah Dian, dan Lauk. defisit ini dapat disebabkan jumlah penduduk kemudian masih sedikitnya komoditas tanaman padi ataupun luas lahan sawah yang terdata tidak sesuai dengan lapangan. Sehingga, ketersediaannya lahan rendah, maka dari itu intervasi data tingkat desa sangatlah penting

Abstract

Bangunan merupakan satu bentuk respon dari manusia dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan. Bangunan tradisional merupakan bentuk kearifan lokal serta di Indonesia sangat beragam jenisnya. Bentuk kearifan lokal tersebut dapat berupa fisik seperti bangunan maupun non fisik seperti adat istiadat, budaya masyarakat, upacara, mitos, cerita rakyat dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji bentuk struktur bangunan rumah di Desa Raja berdasarkan kearifan lokal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Rumah panggung disebut dengan rumah tradisional, karena berbentuk panggung atau dasar rumah tidak menempel pada permukaan tanah. Ketinggian dari rumah tersebut berkisar 0,50-2,00 meter tergantung dari kondisi wilayah. Pondasi menggunakan kayu ulin yang memang tahan terhadap tanah lembab dan awet hingga puluhan tahun. Tiang-tiang pondasi dipasang dengan jarak 1-1.5 meter antar tiang pondasi lainnya. Tiang pondasi kayu berukuran 0,12 x 0,12 meter. Rangka merupakan sistem struktur utama pada bagian badan bangunan yang terdiri dari batang vertikal berupa tiang-tiang kayu dan batang horizontal berupa balok-balok kayu. Untuk atap rumah menggunakan sirap dengan ukuran 0,7 x 0,20 meter yang disusun mengikuti bentuk kerangka atap. Kelebihan dari rumah panggung yaitu mempunyai bagian bawah rumah dibiarkan kosong, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai tempat untuk menyimpan barang, kayu bakar, dan dijadikan sebagai kandang ternak.

Abstract

Krueng Baro Irrigation network is a strategic technical irrigation area in Pidie, Aceh, Indonesia. The primary water source is the Krueng Baro River flow using the infrastructure of Keumala Weir in which sedimentation is currently a significant problem in its operations. To prevent the sediment from entering the irrigation channel is to settle it in the settling basin. However, the primary irrigation channel with the stone masonry walls kept experiencing high sedimentation. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the performance of the Keumala Weir settling basin including its capacity and efficiency. This study used a survey method for data collection and an evaluation method following the current guidelines for data analysis. The sediment sampling was conducted in the settling basin and the primary channel. The flushing was currently carried out for seven days. However, the settling basin capacity of 2,436.75 m3 did not meet the flushing requirements. Thus, the flushing should be performed daily for a volume of 1,859.43 m3 to fulfill the condition, so that the capacity of the settling basin was controlled. The efficiency of sediment settling was 75%, and the effect of water turbulence was in a safe condition, that the sediment settled in a settling basin would not be eroded when it is empty or full. For the flushing efficiency, the shear stress was 15,538 N/m2 that can rinse less than 16 mm particles. Based on this evaluation, it can be concluded that the sediments in the primary channel were from the settling basin. It is suggested to limit the speed in the regulating building to approximately 1.5 m/s to reduce the sediments entering the primary channel. It also requires accuracy in the operation of the primary channel intake.

Abstract

Kecamatan Putussibau Utara merupakan ibu kota Kabupaten yang terus mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk sekaligus pusat perkantoran dan perekonomian di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu, sehingga adanya kegiatan tersebut sangat mempengaruhi air yang tersedia, meningkatnya penduduk maka kebutuhan lahan untuk lahan terbangun juga akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui daya dukung air maupun daya dukung lahan. adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui nilai surplus/defisit dengan membandingkan ketersediaan air dengan kebutuhan air maupun lahan pada tahun 2019 dan memperdiksi kebutuhan air maupun lahan 20 tahun ke depan (2039). Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengacu pada Permen LH No. 17 Tahun 2009. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ketersediaan air pada tahun 2006 sebesar 767.960.195 m3/tahun, pada tahun 2013 sebesar 738.757.110 m3/tahun, dan pada tahun 2019 sebesar 610.680.859 m3/tahun, sedangkan untuk kebutuhan air pada tahun 2019 sebesar 41.809.600 m3/tahun dan tahun 2039 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 64.609.135 m3/tahun, maka daya dukung dinyatakan surplus. Kemudian untuk ketersediaan dan kebutuhan lahan di Kecamatan Putussibau Utara yang di mana memiliki 19 kelurahan/desa. Ketersediaan lahan terbesar yaitu di desa Nanga Awin yaitu 312,7 Ha dan terkecil yaitu di kelurahan Putussibau Kota yaitu 37,98 Ha, sedangkan kebutuhan lahan terbesar pada tahun 2020 adalah di kelurahan Putussibau Kota 4.172 Ha dan terkecil di desa Tanjung Beruang sebesar 139,9 Ha. Untuk kebutuhan lahan terbesar tahun 2039 adalah di kelurahan Putussibau Kota sebesar 4.565 Ha dan terkecil terdapat di desa Tanjung Beruang sebesar 176,6. Dalam hal ini kebutuhan lahan di setiap kelurahan/desa Kecamatan Putussibau Utara lebih besar dari ketersediaan lahan di Kecamatan Putussibau Utara. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut ketersediaan lahan di Kecamatan Putussibau Utara dinyatakan defisit.

Abstract

Materials technology is an excellent opportunity to be developed industrially and on a needs scale according to the demands of society, namely supporting the environment, low maintenance, and long-term use. Using composite materials with reinforced polymers is a hot topic of discussion in civil engineering as new materials, strength/stiffness enhancers, or applications in building rehabilitation or renovation. Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is excellent as a new material because, in addition to being lightweight, corrosion resistant, and easy to work with, it also has high flexural strength, so it is a consideration to replace and or strengthen steel materials that are high in cost value. However, until now there has not been found the correct pattern or variant and volume of fibre so that it can be an alternative to the use of steel. The purpose of the study was to experimentally determine the flexural strength of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) hybrid beams either with steel reinforcement, with GFRP reinforcement, or with steel and GFRP combination reinforcement and different GFRP ratios (variants) through two-point load bending tests.The designed model is a development of a previous study that used one layer of 4 mm and produced a flexural strength smaller than the targeted flexural strength, so in this study, two layers of 8 mm were used. In addition, other experimental data that has been carried out from the literature is also used where the results of parametric studies provide evidence of the positive effect of hybrid steel and GFRP reinforcement ratios when obtaining GFRP models and volumes.The materials used to manufacture concrete beam test specimens 53x15x15 cm3 with quality of fc'35MPa have been tested according to SNI standards and meet both the minimum and maximum requirements specified. Based on the results of the material test, it is planned that the characteristic concrete quality fcr'=40.31 MPa, and based on the compressive strength test, the quality fcr'=41.68MPa is produced.The hybrid designed material with concrete or concrete and steel has been tensile tested with a maximum arcing load for the two layers = 8 mm variant; the tensile strength of the GFRP woven roving type with two layers 2 x 4 mm is 92.66 MPa. While plain steel reinforcement Diameter 8mm quality 280 MPa has a minimum tensile strength of 350 MPa (3.8 times the tensile strength of GFRP 8 mm).The results of testing and calculating the effect of GFRP as a substitute for steel reinforcement contributed to the flexural strength of concrete beams on average by 47.52%. In comparison, the contribution of flexural strength produced by concrete with steel reinforcement was 107.09%. The concrete variant of hybrid steel reinforcement and GFRP contributes to an increase in the average flexural strength of 117.02% 4.8% compared to steel-reinforced concrete beams alone.

Abstract

Drainage is one of the most critical components to be maintained and developed in a strategically healthy and comfortable urban environment. There are often puddles of water on Budi Karya Street, especially at the Permai Reservoir Complex. In solving the existing inundation problem, primary and secondary data are needed. Primary data is in the form of longitudinal and transverse sections of the channel, while secondary data is in the form of location maps, tidal data, and rainfall data used to analyze hydrology. Based on the analysis of the capacity of Budi Karya's drainage channel using HEC -RAS software as a drainage channel flow modeling tool to view the water level profile along the channel, channel perspective drawing, or hydrograph, it was found that the Budi Karya drainage channel could not accommodate the planned discharge for return periods 2 and 5 Year. Therefore, it is necessary to improve drainage in the form of the normalization of drainage channels.

Abstract

Water is part of our daily life needs. To meet the need for clean water in Sintang Regency, PERUMDA Tirta Senentang Drinking Water uses 4 water sources, namely from the Kapuas River, Melawi River, Ketungau River, Kayan River with a total capacity of 295 lt/sec. This research aims to find and formulate strategies in efforts to develop the performance of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Senentang as a clean water supply agency based on the results of performance evaluations. The analytical method used in this research is performance evaluation analysis using the Balanced Scorecard method by paying attention to four aspects, namely financial aspects, service aspects, operational aspects and human resource aspects. And for analysis of the formulation of strategies in efforts to develop performance using SWOT analysis. Based on the performance evaluation, the results obtained from a series of SWOT analyzes are the strategy formulation that best suits the performance development efforts of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Senentang, namely by optimizing Strengths so that existing opportunities can be maximized so that six strategy formulations are obtained for strengthening and implementing regulations in the development of PERUMDA Water Drink Tirta Senentang. From the results of the QSPM analysis, an alternative strategy with the best policy was obtained, accompanied by determining the time period, a short-term strategy was obtained, namely increasing service coverage, production capacity and service blocks. The medium term strategy is to optimize the home connection network and idle capacity. Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a challenging task. Schools serve as a pathway to prepare students to become responsible members of society. On the other hand, vocational schools focus on providing practical skills that can be useful in real life situations. Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the education process for students. In order to make students proficient in their respective fields of study, teachers carry out advocacy programs in classrooms. Community service activities are aimed at helping vocational school teachers enhance the quality of education by using project and problem-based learning. The implementation of these services is achieved through interactions and guidance on learning models for vocational school teachers. The results of this PKM activity have been overwhelmingly positive. Participants found the activity to be 100% useful, which helped them strengthen their competencies. The material presented was highly appropriate and of great quality.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKecamatan Silat Hilir merupakan salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu, Kalimantan Barat dan memiliki 13 desa. Kendala utama dalam pelayanan administrasi bagi masyarakat adalah pelayanan administrasi dilakukan dengan cara manual. Belum tersedianya sistem informasi guna mempercepat penyelesaian pelayanan. Pada proses pelayanan adminstrasi telah menggunakan perangkat komputer, namun penyimpanan data masih menggunakan sebuah buku besar untuk menulis data surat administrasi warga. Hal ini menyebabkan masih banyak keluhan dari masyarakat terkait prosedur yang belum teratur, tidak ada kepastian jangka waktu, sehingga masyarakat menilai petugas tidak profesional berakibat timbulnya citra yang kurang baik terhadap pemerintah. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan permasalahan yang ada, maka tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menyediakan sistem informasi administrasi dan geografis untuk Desa Baru di Kecamatan Silat Hilir. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode: penjelasan/pemaparan secara langsung kepada penyelenggara pelayanan yang membutuhkan informasi tentang sistem informasi, menyediakan manual, serta pelatihan bagi penyelenggara pelayanan untuk menggunakan sistem informasi desa yang dibuat. Mitra sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah perangkat Desa Baru khususnya dan juga camat dan staf administrasi di Kecamatan Silat Hilir. Mitra yang hadir pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari camat, kepala desa, staf kecamatan dan staf desa yang berjumlah 23 peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa: (1) Menyampaikan informasi mengenai sistem informasi berupa penjelasan singkat, manfaat, dan contoh-contoh sistem informasi yang ada; (2) Mensosialisasikan pentingnya sistem informasi administrasi dan geografis bagi penyelenggara pelayanan, terutama di desa Baru di Kecamatan Silat Hilir dan desa sekitarnya; (3) Mengadakan pelatihan kepada penyelenggara pelayanan di Desa Baru agar dapat menggunakan sistem informasi dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan penyelenggara pelayanan. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; geografis; desa; pelayanan desa; desa baru. ABSTRACTThe Silat Hilir Sub-district, situated in the Kapuas Hulu Regency of West Kalimantan, comprises 13 villages. The main challenge in delivering administrative services to the community lies in the manual execution of administrative tasks. The absence of an information system hinders the prompt completion of services. Although computer tools are utilized in the administrative process, data storage still relies on a ledger for recording citizens' administrative correspondence. This leads to numerous objections from the community due to irregular procedures and the lack of defined timeframes, resulting in an alleged lack of professionalism among officials, negatively impacting the government's image. Based on an analysis of the current situation and issues, several solutions have been implemented: (1) Disseminating information about information systems through brief explanations, elucidating their benefits, and providing examples of existing systems; (2) Advocating the importance of administrative and geographic information systems for service providers; (3) Conducting training for service providers in Baru village to proficiently use the information system according to their service requirements. This community engagement involves direct presentations to service providers in need of information about information systems, supplying manuals, and offering training for service providers to utilize the village information system. Keywords: information sistem; geographic; village; village services; baru village.
