Abstract

Tata kelola TI (IT Governance) merupakan bagian yang sangat terkait dengan persusahaan. IT Governance berkaitan dengan bagaimana manajemen memperoleh keyakinan bahwa Sistem Informasi dan organisasi dapat memberikan value bagi perusaaan. Rumah sakit merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan, telah memulai menerapkan tata kelola teknologi informasi (IT Governance) melalui manajemen layanan, secara umum proses menentukan kepuasan pasien masih didominasi cara kerja manual. Hal ini menimbulkan akurasi informasi, dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan dalam memprediksi kepuasan pasien tidak efesien. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk melakukan prediksi lebih lanjut menggunakan analisa prediksi menggunakan perbandingan algoritma random fores dan linear regression, Hasil dari perbandingan tersbut menunjukan bahwa algoritma random forest memiliki tingkat akurasi yang paling tinggi dengan nilai 9.922 dari pada linear regression 9.811.

Abstract

Current technological developments are encouraging the world of education to begin transforming into a digital-based system, which is one way to improve the effectiveness of administrative services and expand access to information in the school environment. The aim of this research is to build a website-based school portal that can be used to help deliver information while supporting academic and administrative activities. The system development process employed a waterfall approach, consisting of five phases: needs identification, system design, system development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. The data used for this research was obtained through school observations, direct discussions with relevant school officials, and the collection of documentary data through photographs. The development of this school portal, the author hopes that the administration process and information delivery will be faster and well-documented, and can support the school digitalization process for information managers at SD Negeri 060878.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem yang efisien dalam mengelola operasional bisnis, termasuk pada kafe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web di The LDR Coffee menggunakan pengembangan native programming. Sistem dirancang untuk mempermudah pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan data minuman dan meja, serta penyusunan laporan penjualan secara real-time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga implementasi, dan pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan semua fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, dan efisiensi proses penjualan, serta meminimalkan kesalahan yang umum terjadi pada metode manual. Sistem ini juga memudahkan monitoring penjualan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial secara lebih tepat.

Abstract

IT governance is important because it helps make sure that a company's technology resources work well with its business goals and last for a long time. This study does a thorough review of existing research (called a systematic literature review) to look at how the COBIT 2019 framework is being used in different industries and areas of governance. All the chosen studies were looked at and sorted into groups based on the type of organization, the COBIT 2019 areas, and the goals of governance. The results show that COBIT 2019 is used in many different areas, like education, government, healthcare, industry, and companies that operate in the digital marketplace. The most common areas that come up are Align, Plan and Organize (APO), Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI), Deliver, Service and Support (DSS), and Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM). Abstract

Population administration services are one of the most important forms of public service for the community. In its implementation, the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Disdukcapil) of Medan City still faces several obstacles in managing public complaints, such as ineffective complaint handling processes, unintegrated data recording, and less optimal monitoring of complaint follow-up. These conditions can affect the quality of public services and the level of community satisfaction. This community service activity aims to implement a web-based digitalization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for public complaints at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Medan City in order to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and quality of population administration services. The implementation method was carried out through several stages, including needs analysis, system design, user training, system implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of system usage. The results of the activity show that the web-based public complaint information system is able to help the community submit complaints more easily and quickly. In addition, the system also assists Disdukcapil officers in managing complaint data, monitoring follow-up actions, and improving the efficiency of complaint services. Based on the implementation and training results, Disdukcapil employees were able to understand and operate the system properly, thereby supporting the creation of more responsive, transparent, and accountable public services. With the implementation of this digitalized public complaint SOP system, it is expected that the quality of population administration services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Medan City will continue to improve and support the digital transformation of information technology-based public services.
